Hyggelig vert, bra plassering og god madrass.
Slitent, og litt mye støv i krokene på rommet.

I liked the location, the staff and the people I met there.
The wifi was so weak that you couldn't get connected, as a result, my friend who came from Berne had to go to 7/11 very late at night to buy more data package for her phone because she couldn't connect to the wifi in Overgaard.

Easy to reach from station in Lillehammer. Very peacefull and quiet. Friendly hosts.
It was very quiet, feeled a bit lonely. No other guests that moment.

Location some 10 min from the train / bus station and even closer to the city center and Olympic park, simple accommodation, but offers all that one needs for a short stay for a very good price.
Please note you may be sharing bathroom with some other person - someone may consider it an issue.
Also, the walls are "thin" so you may hear /be heard, more than you would expect.

It was very cozy and comfortable room with a window that opened wide to reveal a mountain view across the valley. It was safe and accessible to the train station and the town shops and restaurants. The woman who let me in was very friendly and helpful.
It was unclear where to enter the building, and it took me awhile to figure it out. The front of the house/hotel appeared very overgrown and untended.

The room was big with a beautiful large wooden table. Very convenient for me as I was remote working during the day. The host was friendly, offering discussions, and giving tips on what to visit.
You need to like old style furniture :)

Good location.
Bath window glas broken. Missing window piece that air flow in/out. Bed smells unpleasant.

The location is really good. Only 500 meters from the station and exactly in Lillehammer city center. The hosts are very helpful, they allowed me to check out at 1 pm and also check in earlier. The shower is really good. The kitchen has all the utensils needed.
This is a very old house and the living room still has very strong old house smell. Lucky, the room itself was fine. The curtains were quite see through so you need to sleep with eye mask. The walls are really thin too, you can easily hear your neighbor's alarm.

Only 10 minutes walk from Lillehammer train and bus station, so ideal for catching the ski buses to Nordseter and Hafjell. Nice and warm, with good shower. Has a small kitchen, so great for self catering. Comfortable shared living room. Friendly host.

The host was very welcoming and helpful and I appreciated the availability of a kettle and drinks. The shower was great and the room was a good size. The value for money was excellent. Overall then, I was very pleased with the accommodation and would definitely stay again.
The walls were quite thin and so I could hear the guest in the room next door when they got up in the night. I know there is not much that can be done about this - but will take ear plugs next time.

The place is very nice. Home has an amazing vibe, you can feel very good energy there. Located very close to public transport. If you would like to go skiing, there is a short walking distance to the buses which will bring you directly to the highest and beautiful part of the mountains. The Home has a very nice view. I met the owner who was very helpful and gave me advice on what is worth seeing and visiting, as well many tips for skiing.
The rooms are okay and the kitchen has basic equipment so you can prepare food and really feel at home :)
I stayed in double room, in the second room there were two more guests. Maybe to have one more pot and pan would be helpful. But not really so important. We managed and because we had sharing kitchen we had some nice conversations :)

Its old, very nice house. For winter it's a little bit cold. Breakfast are wonderful.

This accommodation was in a great spot within the city. It works well for anyone who is having a little city holiday without a car or other means of transportation. Most shops and restaurants were within 5min walk from the hostel which meant that there was no need for a bus pass or a car. The neighbourhood was calm, tidy and safe, so it is very suitable for anyone travelling alone. As a lone traveller, I highly recommend this hostel!
The only negative thing that comes to my mind was the window in the room, which let in some cold air to the room, even if it was closed. The hostel is an old house, so it naturally has its own little quirks. However, the place has tried to compensate this with good bedding and a functioning radiator, which did help a lot.

NO breakfast was offered despite being listed as available for KR 80. We had no warning that breakfast was no longer an option. Try buying breakfast ingredients in Lillehammer on a Sunday afternoon!
No TV. No radio. No breakfast. Accommodation was clean, but "tired". Parking on a muddy lawn. Double bed, which was comfortable and clean, but only one reading light. We were due to arrive between 1200 - 1300 but delayed by traffic in Oslo; consequently no-one there to meet us so assisted by a fellow guest! The accommodation was as per a hut, not an hotel, so had I known what this "hotel" was like, I would have rented a hut at a third of the price. I would personally advise any prospective guest to go somewhere else. Dreadful!!!
