Set up was odd. Some kitchen must haves, we not there. There is an oven, no oven mits. Closet to washer/dryer area was broken. Wouldn’t be bad if it wasn’t directly in front of you as you go up steps to second floor. Bit creepy that you were able to see into the attic area that was unfinished. This cabin is super nice. It needs a little, very little TLC, it could be a one of the most amazing cabins in the area. Small things. Little bottle of dish soap, oven mits for hot dishes. Wires not strung Willy nilly across awesome fire place mantle. Has huge potential to be next level.

Cabin was as listed, great location away from town. The only issue was it took so long for the hot tub to heat up. One the cover is replaced that issue should resolve. We will be back.

The property location, style and amenities were all perfect for a getaway. Hot tub was great, sauna was great, the cabin itself was great! Overall a very pleasant experience and would 100% rent again! Communication with management/owners was professional, courteous and responsive, highly recommend!

When we arrived at 4:00 to check in, the cleaning staff was still there so we had to wait. The lights wouldn’t turn on in The upstairs bedroom so we had to use flashlights to find our clothes, the ceiling fan sounded like it was going to fly off we couldn’t use it. It was so hot upstairs for first 2 nights which sucked. Place was very dated. The dryer didn’t work well, we had to run it through 3-4 cycles to dry clothes. The disposal didn’t work and actually started spitting food out and clogging. The toilet in the master was constantly running, the flooring needs to be replaced by the entry way and kitchen. The hottub wouldn’t go above 101, it was locked so it wouldn’t let us go hotter. I def won’t be staying here again.

Everything was beyond expectation.
Was clean and happy with the location.
The only downside was the pool table was not level and the felt needs replaced, No Chaulk for the pool sticks, and the pockets could use some repair.
The hot tub looked as it was purchased from a secondhand store.
The light needs repaired in the outside screened porch.
But was very happy with the overall cabin,
Would stay there again.

Although this cabin was clean it was very "Bare Bones". The road to the cabin was winding, narrow and steep with a sign that stated that snow chains were needed if the weather was bad. The streets were poorly marked. Faucets and toilets dripped all night. The kitchen was equipped with the very bare minimum of supplies. No seasonal decorations.

We booked this listing to enjoy the 10 year anniversary for my wife and I.
On arrival we discovered a number of listed amenities not functional and proceeded to report them on the first day of our arrival. The internet, television, radio/boombox combo, upstairs gas fireplace all were non functional. As you might imagine the internet and cable were the most impactful since there is also no cell service whatsoever in the vicinity of the cabin. At the end of the driveway you can get enough signal for a call but no data. Which coupled with their amenities being non functional meant there was no entertainment available at all.
When notified of this the representative seemed entirely untrained and unprepared for how to handle such a customer service situation saying at least twice “well I don’t know then.” In regards to the issue and ultimately I had to ask for them to take the steps to contact Comcast/Xfinity to request a resolution as I has already troubleshot the issue and determined that the issue would likely require a company representative. After committing to do that, we had to specifically request a call back.
This call back did not happen.
There were not enough characters to fully detail the lengths of the poor customer service but I will summarize it thusly. All communication responsibilities fell to us, there was no effective communication between associates on their side, and the issue was never resolved and no customer service resolutions were offered. STAY AWAY

Property was beautiful and peaceful. We are planning our next visit already. . The only issue we had was the upstairs a/c unit did not cool. We contacted the Property manager and they emailed us back quickly, they advised us they would get it fixed. Definitely would stay again!

We have stayed at Copper Ridge several times, so, obviously, it is one of our favorites. There were a couple of minor issues, but CeCe was quick to respond and did her best to fix them. There are still a few more minor things that need to be fixed, but they have plans to get them taken care of. I am sure we will be returning! Thank you for providing such a beautiful, relaxing place to stay in the wonderful Smokies!!

Cabin is soo beautiful. However the cleaning or dusting wasn’t the best. Some weed care would have been great as well. We loved our stay but was slightly disappointed.
