Very clean house with all the amenities we needed, reception staff was helpful. There were bikes and boats free to use, and they had life vests of all sizes, including for a 8 month old baby. Sauna was inside the house and we enjoyed it daily. The surroundings are well maintained, nice lake and forests with walking paths all around the site.
The lake was a bit too far from our cottage for an efficient dip after sauna :) also, there was no real double bed to sleep comfortably with the baby. The makeshift bed of two singles was offered and it kind of did the job but was not very comfortable as it was sliding apart. I managed to fasten the beds tohether but having a double mattress topper would have been helpful.

Clean and comfortable with good sauna inside. Lovely cottage on the shore of a beautiful lake with good and hot sauna inside. A small fireplace in the living room gave the feeling of being at home in the country. Rowing boats for fishing are also available . You can also take your own boat and catch a lot of fish in the area. Very nice beach easy to swim .

Cabins are really lovely. The environment is clean and there is a lot for the kids to do.
nothing.

The place itself is very beautiful. The houses are located in the forest on the lake shore. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets, fishing, swimming, collecting berries and mushrooms. There are several walking trails close to the property with a clear markup. The staff was very helpful and supportive, and immediately fulfilled any request we had.
The houses are small. We stayed with 2 chidlren, 10 and 16 years, and there was hardly enough space for the 4 of us. The staircase to the attic (which can only be used as a sleeping place, because the ceiling is very low) is dangerous. Our children are big, so they were cautious, but I would not stay in such a house if they were smaller.

Beautiful location near the lake, in the forest, beatiful sunset, many boats free to use, perfect place to swim, several bikes free to use, many games available: badminton, mölkky, cricket, various balls, football goals, darts, small basketball basket
There should have been WiFi in the cottage, but apparently the router was not working.

When we stayed at the place there was no restaurant or bar facility available due to COVID. Despite this the place, location and staff exceeded out expectations. Great for water sport lovers as it is by the shores of lake Saimaa. Fishing aficionados would love the place, there were guests that brought their own small boat even. Close to Savonlinna and the rest of the Saimaa region at a location that is beautiful to just walk by.

The location was good, the lake is beatiful with free boats for guests use
The cabin was clastrophobic. The staircase was very dengerous, for kids and grownups. The second floar had low ceiling everywhere (even in "high" part) so we hit our heads several times each. The place was advertised to include free wifi but there was no WiFi in the cabin or anywhere near, very dissapointing. We escalated the issue and got no solution, the receptionist said she will check but nothing happened and no one contacted us regarding this issue.

Location and quality of the accommodation.
Some facilities were closed, however didn't bother our stay at all.
Small extra costs like sheets / cleaning. 10€ / h playing snooker is just too much.

- Location: all cottages even on the 2nd line have lake views. Generally area is very nice, scenic sunsets, many places/spots to visit within 1,5h drive (Imatra, Lappeenranta, Savonlinna, Parikkala Sculpture park, Puumala, Järvisydan, Punkaharju, Linnansaari and Kolovesi National parks etc)
-Free boats to explore the lake
-New cottages with washing machine, drying cupboard, floor heating, own sauna
-Distance between cottages allows enough privacy
-Own coal grills for each cottage
-No breakfast option
-No kayaking rents available
-Not much options for lunch/dinner in the area around (basically would need to drive to Savonlinna), main would need to cook yourself all the time
-Some grill accessories were missing

We stayed at lake-side cottage with stunning view. We enjoyed the peace and quite. Apart from rowing and bike, the hotel also provides games for kids such as badminton and daft. Supermarkets and restaurants are 7km away at Sulkava town.
Be prepared for lots of mosquitos at night in forest and by lake.
4.5
location by the lake and amazing views from the pier
the cottage was new and clean
very well-equipped
great that you can use the boat or rent a motor boat
outdoor darts and frisbeegolf available
some playground for smaller kids also a plus
BIG MINUS for the fact that you have to pay for final cleaning and you get this information AFTER the reservation is made. It is obligatory payment and as such should be stated while you browse the options.
We had to keep an eye on our dog as food leftovers (bones) were left in other cottages' vicinity.
Pity that the restaurant was closed. I understand the "corona" situation but other places where are more ppl offer restaurant services.
The nice lights along the walking path should be switched on at dark.

Amazing landscape. Located next to a lake with free access to rowing boats and sport equipment for kids. The facilities were very well maintained. Very good place to spend some holidays with kids. They loved it!!
Everything was good, perhaps missing some cleaning products.
4.5
Fantastic location, nice beach, free rowing boats. The kitchen had everything we needed. Fabulous sunsets. There was enough calmness even though the cottages were close to each other.
There was no bedside lamp or reading light. Really missed it.
