Beautifully remodeled 86 year-old home within walking distance to Oaklawn race track. The first floor features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen and a den. The second floor has a large bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. Patio is behind the home with a gas grill. Washer and dryer located on property. Home is equipped with a security system and WIFI. There are two sofas, one is a sectional sofa. (Not sleeper sofas.)

We loved our stay. Beds were super comfortable. I would recommend coming in on E St Louis Avenue and not Laser to prevent people thinking the area is sketchy. It’s a gorgeous house and we felt completely safe. We would recommend it to anyone.

First impression, this place was cleaner than any hotel, BnB, or Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Debi thought of everything anyone could possibly need. Instructions on how to use controllers, the security system, a/c, and anything else. The house is beautiful and is in a great location. The one I’d be wary about is the upstairs getting a little warm but we solved it by keeping the door closed and putting a towel at the bottom of the door to trap the cold air in. The upstairs does have its own a/c so they’ve done all they can to make it comfortable. Luckily we’re use to getting creative to keep cool. The trick worked! I took my best friend, partner and my mom. Everyone with me had nothing but great things to say about this place!

This rental is the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The A/C worked well, even upstairs in the attic room. The place is decorated well and is very comfortable. The only hesitation we had, was the location. While close to everything in Hot Springs, the houses immediately surrounding the property leave a lot to be desired. With an easily useable alarm system, we weren't sure if we were to be concerned or to have peace of mind during our stay. However, go just one block up the street and the homes are well kept, just as this rental is, so we went with peace of mind. We made sure to park in the back near the garage, rather than parking on the street

The house is a great historic home with an excellent central location, but what makes this an OUTSTANDING experience is the host. She takes going above and beyond to a new level. You won’t be disappointed with this choice.

Debi is an excellent host. The home was clean and so cozy and comfortable. Plenty of extra towels and blankets. Parking is tight in the steep driveway, but on street parking was safe and well lit. This was ideal for a girls getaway weekend.

We were there for my birthday and opening day at races, the cottage was close to track 2 min drive, could walk if you wanted to, cottage was clean and very cozy!!! I would stay again!!!

Overall we were satisfied with the house. I loved how close it was to everything. It was very clean which is something I look at. Debi was an amazing host letting us get there a little earlier than the 3pm mark. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this home! Check-in was easy and we had plenty of space to hang out in the house/ yard. The kitchen is nicely equipped with cookware and dishes, which was much appreciated with our 2 small kids. Everything was as advertised and we had a great vacation. Thanks!

My husband, college-aged daughters, and I enjoyed our stay at Spa City Cottage. The home is near Central Avenue and the downtown Hot Springs shopping district. It is also within a 15-to-20-minute walk of the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort. The home is clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. It is exactly as you see in the pictures. I brought laundry pods and appreciate being able to wash a few loads of laundry which saved on the amount of clothing we needed to pack. We felt extra safe with the security system. We had a great time sitting at the round table in the dining room to play board games or enjoy a take-out meal. The only difficult thing is the parking, as the driveway is on an incline which you cannot tell from the photos. We have a larger SUV which is too big to comfortably park under the carport, so we had to park in the drive on the incline or on the street. Our preference was to park in the drive. For us, that was not a deal breaker. The host was very responsive to any questions we had before or during our stay and was very accommodating. I highly recommend Spa City Cottage and would definitely stay here again.

The house was lovely and cozy and met all our needs and expectations. We very much enjoyed the well appointed eat in kitchen and the round dining room table for gaming into the night. The cottage was the perfect “home base” for us as we explored all that Hot Springs had to offer, and I hope to visit and stay here again in the future. Communication with Debi was excellent, and I highly recommend this property.

We rented this house months a head of time and was so glad to get there. The easter bunny came and we stayed so busy with horse races, go cart, magic show, tiny town, climbing mountains. The house was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

The house appeared newly renovated and was in great shape. All of that was as listed. Communication with the owner was smooth and hassle free. The only “negative” marks came from the area that it was located. We did not like the immediate area that seems like it has seen much better days. While we never felt unsafe we certainly did not want to spend any time in that area.

The property was easily accessible to main thoroughfare in Hot Springs. It’s an adorable bungalow and very comfortable and clean. Property had everything we needed. Communicating with the host was easy. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was just as advertised. It was in a low end neighborhood, but not far from some well kept properties. Felt secure with the security system. Was disappointed that there was no access the the National Park hot springs, but that was no fault of the property where we stayed. Shopping and food were easily accessed from our location. Was a very relaxing stay. Would choose it again.

Perfect place for a group of friends on a cold weekend getaway. Location is great with easy access to everything. A couple of blocks to Oaklawn park and the casino. We spent the morning shopping then some gambling in the evening. Our favorite part of the trip was sitting in front of the gas fireplace telling stories and laughing. We enjoyed the big beautiful bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The house is very beautiful, we loved all the decorations. There was plenty of room for all of us. We hope to come back when the weather gets warmer.

The house met our needs perfectly! A group of three couples going to oaklawn for opening weekend. It was a bit far for us to walk and it rained all weekend so we did uber the whole time. Our wait time was not long on any of our trips as the house is close to oaklawn. Beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels. We didn’t cook there but if we had wanted to the kitchen was very clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent as was check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!
