4.0
Amazing location, amazing property but the facilities are pretty basic for the amount they are charging.
No staff at the property but customer service on call were pretty amazing.
>Distance from the village square. Shuttle services run every 15 mins during the day so we had no difficulty transporting between the accommodation and the village square.
> Good common area to sit down and relax in the evening. We were travelling with friends so had an amazing area all to ourselves to hangout in the evening.
> Early entry to the common area to put out luggage. Even though the rooms were locked we could access the common area for storing luggage before the check in time and this helped us a lot.
>Easy check in and check out using the TTLock App. We informed the property well in advance that we had 3 families booked in for the same days and they put us all in the same apartment.
> Drying area and rooms had ample heaters and hot rods available for our wet gear to dry overnight. This was a big help at the end of the day and we had warm stuff in the morning.
Extra touches you expect from these kind of places were missing. They want to be a premium stay property but lack basic finishing touches.
> No linens were provided , even though the booking description mentioned these. However we reached out to the host via the booking.com message function and they called us immediately and provided us access to linen cupboard.
> Bathroom accessories - Body wash, shampoo and conditioner were all empty. House keeping can do better to maintain the property.
> Kitchen had a lot of basic stuff missing. No Oil, not enough spoons and forks, No dish tablets for the dishwasher, no scissors, etc
>Entrance to the property is quite steep and with constant ice and snow around the ski season, one has to be very careful to watchout where they are going or would end up slipping.
> Ski lockers had broken door handles and needs upkeep.

The living room and kitchen~
The way of opening the doors and the bad sounds insulation
3.5
New lodge, not many were there luckily when we were there
The electric entry
The shower
The view we were assigned as requested
The heating
The tiny drying room
The kitchen not being clean enough from others
Greasy benches etc , stove
Not basics in cupboards that could be there always
Like tissues in room etc
Like normal tea bags and little UHts until we get our own milk
Stairs not vacuumed
Long black hairs everywhere

Modern, clean and warm property.
The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable, to the point that we considered not staying for our second night. No wifi was available. Had to send a photograph of my credit card to check in.
3.0
- Lockers for snow gear at entrance
- Leaky shower
- Range hood needs cleaning
- Only 1 pillow on the beds
- Small rooms
- No dishwashing detergent
- Electronic key was annoying - a pin code would be better

The property was well located, the staff were friendly.
When we tried calling with an enquiry no one answered the phone, we left a message but they didn’t call us back. The ammenities in the shower (shampoo, soap etc.) were all empty.

Location was great the room was comfortable and well equipped.
The Kitchen and other facilities were really good also.
It would be good if there was a toasted sandwich maker in the kitchen, who doesn't love a toastie at the snow

Well presented and clean.
Kitchen was too small to share with many groups but we got along so it worked. Very few kitchen staples supplied. The shower didn’t hold a steady temperature. Our bed was hard.

Definitely get a mountain view because WOW. Absolutely stunning. The beds were comfy, space was clean, and staff were attentive. Highly recommended this place.
3.5
Good location and facilities.
Beds were rock solid and the bathroom light were struggling to operate properly. With internet service being poor on the mountain, it caused issues with generating the lock on the app. Could not get access until 4:15 despite being on mountain all day and refreshing the app all day.
4.5
Great value for money, only a short walk from the main village. Great stay. The TTLOCK app on my phone worked great and the staff were really helpful, allowing me to drop bags off in the building (secured) prior to checking in to the room. This way I could start hitting the slopes and check in to room later. Room was very clean and the common kitchen area / dining / tv area was great. I pre-booked the ride share through the Mt Buller website, which dropped me right at the accommodation.
I wasn't sure about when I was asked a couple days out about sending them a copy of my ID and credit card. But I read the other reviews and this seemed pretty normal, so I wasn't too concerned.

location was great
our room was 501 and it is right next to the wet room. It is impossible to sleep when the boots and clothes are getting dried.
I complained to management and their response was: turn off the dryer if you want. Which sounds like a good enough solution, except other guests needed their clothes and gear dried and we had to play the turn on/turn off dance with them during the night. Thank for there were no altercations but it was FAR from comfortable.
Soundproofing 501 needs to be done ASAP.
4.0
cleaniness and access inside of building
we booked two rooms and both being bunk rooms on different levels. we had two small children and having to travel up and down the stairs was annoying. bunk beds needs to be discounted from parent (bigger) room. not same price

a bit dirt on bed sheet

Location was a short walk to the ski slopes, so fantastic!
Nothing really
4.0
Great location on the mountain, easy walking distance from the village
Kitchen was good, most of the essential equipment for cooking there - would have been great if kitchen staples were supplied (salt, olive oil)
Lock app worked really well and had no issues with entry
I would certainly stay here again
Our room was situated on ground level next door to the drying room which was very loud, the machine appears to be on a timer but it hadn’t stopped by 11pm so we had to unplug it to get some shut eye
The floor drain in the bathroom made the room smell like sewage (we had to fill it with water each evening to get rid of the smell)

We were given a bunk bed, the washroom was dirty and wet.

location!free shuttle bus within 20 meters . modern facility! Clean and tidy! Will consider back next season
No room service! Shared kitchen! Run out of coffee! Busy kitchen! Noisy at night, you can hear people move chairs , talking laughing, close the heavy doors, etc. No WiFi!
3.0
we met friendly people there
There was no view, the room was next to the dryer room and was noisy because to the dryers, no enough blankets and, as there was no even one tea as a welcome to the snow.
4.5
I like the kitchen and lounge area, it was very cozy, and the people staying there were mostly hanging around which was good you get to make friends, It was like a backpackers area but you have your own room and toilet. Theres a couple of bar nearby which I enjoyed. It's about 7 mins walk to the main ski/snowboard area/village which was fine.
I didnt like how the check-in worked. I caught the snow bus/buller bus which arrives early and there's nobody to talk to if ever you want to check in early. There is no reception/lobby area. No wifi for an expensive place. you can hear people in the kitchen in your room.
3.0
nice, new, modern. Good cooking facilities, fantastic drying room!
No wifi, barely any phone reception in the area... No bedside light and the bathroom lights turn off automatically so you could only have very bright overhead lights on.
3.0
The facilities are not fit for purpose. The ski entrance was dangerous when walking in ski boots or trying to put them on. there needs to be some kind of mat. I fell over on the wet floor. Also, we had to wait for a taxi for 5 hours with no access to a toilet.
4.0
Was there breakfast? I didn't know there was.
It was clean & cosy. Nice common area.
There was a cold draft from above when showering the shower.
Was far form the main ski lifts.
