About this apartment rental

Our bright and cheerful ground-floor unit has one bedroom, one bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo has been fully remodeled for your enjoyment. The comfortable furniture in the living area includes a sleeper-sofa, and the king-sized bedroom suite with a top of the line mattress will ensure a restful night. The bathroom includes a beautiful step-in shower, granite topped vanity, and all new tile. Also included is your own private wi-fi.

You’ll love the condo's location at the back of the complex with its own private patio and patio furniture. It’s close to the pool and on-site laundry facility. We’ve tried to include all the amenities you’d have at home to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. The decor is 'beachy' to ensure that even when you're not strolling with the sand between your toes, you feel like you're still there.

Within the complex there are two pools (one heated), a fitness room with weights, lifecycle, treadmill and other equipment, tennis courts, and a children’s playground. The clubhouse offers free wireless internet access and a business center. It also has a big porch with rocking chairs that overlook the duck pond where you can even cast a line (catch and release.)

Ocean Walk is a beautiful condominium community loaded with amenities and surrounded by giant oak trees and a large duck pond (with many families of ducks). The condo is just a short walk or bike ride to the Village, pier, park, shops, and numerous restaurants. The public beach, with ample parking, is just 8/10 mi. away. You’ll love the convenience.

The island offers so much to do: golfing, fishing, historical sites, water sports and an abundance of shopping. There are bike paths all over the island. You can also use St. Simons as a base to explore Jekyll Island, Savannah, Little St. Simons, Cumberland Island, or Amelia Island and Jacksonville. All of these are short day trips with lots of adventures and history. We want you to enjoy your stay, whether it’s for a few days or a few months and return to the island again soon.

Super clean and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing getaway. We cooked a few meals and kitchen had everything we needed and more! Bathroom was huge with luxurious towels and large walk-in shower. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Property was very comfortable and in a nice location, easy access to shops, dining and restaurants. Short drive to the beach. Nicely decorated and we appreciated the extras, such as coffee and a few snacks. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo. It is beautifully decorated, super clean and very well-equipped. The king size bed is extremely comfortable. The community pool is heated and nicely landscaped. I spent many happy hours there, soaking up the sun & floating in the pool. The property is just a few miles from the village where there are a bunch of cute shops, a pier, restaurants and a historic lighthouse. This was our first trip to St. Simon’s Island and we loved everything about it. We will probably be coming back to St Simons next year and we would definitely stay at this condo again if it is available.

From the beginning of the booking process to the end of check out, everything was perfect. The condo was immaculate and pristine. It is within walking distance of the beach and the pier with exclusive, dining and shopping. Kathy and Tom did an amazing job as host for this property. Would give 10 stars if it would allow . We will definitely stay here again thank you Kathy and Tom.

Ocean Walk is a beautiful community. P11 is so pretty and comfortable. The mattress was extra comfortable. The back patio was a nice place to hang even with the summer temps. The ceiling fan works great. I would love to come back again:)

An outstanding property in a super convenient location, close to the Village and Pier and all the shops and restaurants. The unit itself could not be cuter or cleaner, and the hosts of thought of EVERYTHING you could need. It was a lovely spot from which to explore the island, go to the beach, walk to town, and simply enjoy the property complex itself. Cozy, comfortable, pet-friendly and private - could not ask for more!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Walk P11. The unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated with many personal touches that made it comfortable and homey. The bed was comfortable and so was the seating in the living room. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and this unit was perfect for our dog too. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, and the unit was nice and clean. We enjoyed the ducks that visit in the back yard area. So cute! We have been coming to St. Simons forever and always stay in Ocean Walk, so we will definitely be choosing this unit to stay in again in the future. Communication with Kathy the owner was easy and we had no issues with our stay. Thanks for providing such a nice, clean, pet friendly unit. We will be back!! : )

My fiancé and I had the best time and this unit was wonderful!! We brought our dog and this unit was perfect for him too. The extra tub of dog towels and sheets was so helpful. I feel like you get a lot of privacy being on the back side so we loved sitting out on the porch. We had everything we needed while we stayed as this unit was well stocked. The location to the pier and the beach was perfect. We also loved walking around ocean walk and hanging by the ponds. We would recommend this unit to anyone and will for sure stay again!

We looooved our weekend getaway in St. Simons and this condo is PERFECT! I couldn’t be with my Daughter on Mother’s Day, so we celebrated the following weekend with our first trip to the island. Condo is beautiful, immaculately clean and perfectly located. Property has tons of character (ducks cruising by our patio several times a day!) and beautiful trees and pond. The owner has thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We rode our rented bikes to the village, pier and lighthouse. It is very quiet and peaceful at the condo as well as the whole island. People were friendly, sunrise and sunset on the pier were beautiful, food is delicious. I could go on and on! HIGHLY recommend this condo and St Simons! Thank you for a beautiful weekend with my daughter (goes to Georgia Southern) that I will never forget!!!!! Definitely will stay here again!

Our two-week stay was lovely. So pleased with the quiet location of P-11, the casual and friendly community, also such nice amenities - including pools, chairs, grills, walking paths, laundromat, pickleball courts, dog run. Condo is “beach” kitschy, immaculate and well-appointed, perfectly stocked kitchen, extra nice towels and linens. Owner Kathy is incredibly responsive and helpful. We’ve signed on for two weeks in 2024! A most pet-friendly environment. Seems that more than half of Ocean Walk owners and guests have dogs! Condo is an easy 10-minute walk to “town” and 10-minute drive to beaches. These beaches are exquisite - long, wide, clean, usually uncrowded, perfectly packed sand for extra long hikes. Leashed dogs welcome! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the condo. MJ had the property very clean, and it has everything anyone would want. This is our first visit to St Simons and will not be our last! This condo is very pet friendly and ideal for our small dog.
