Dovolenka k spokojnosti

Príjemný personál, hlavne Dianka. Napriek tomu, že hostia niekedy robia zbytočné drahoty, personál rieši požiadavky promptne, ochotne, k spolojnosti! Strava bohatá, z reštaurácie je výhľad na more, atrakcie pre deti, bar s terasou, pláž blízko, večer hudba, okolie pekné, je tu všetko, blízko Lidl, nákupné centrum (tieto ale smerom nad hotel do kopca), promenáda pri pláži Uhol pohľadu: riadny fitness návrat z pláže do kopca, no za týždeň lepšia forma 😉

Nie je to sťažnosť, len rada pre tých, čo tu plánujú dovolenkovať a v ponuke to nie je jednoznačné: hotel má hlavú budovu- tú na fotkách, a vedľajšie pavilóny (budovy - patriace k hotelu - v lesíku hneď za hotelom). Treba len zvážiť, komu čo vyhovuje. Na hotel praží slnko, len s klímou sa dá fungovať, no je tam terasový bazén; v lesíku je primerane chládok, izby sú rovnako moderné a plne vybavené- treba však ľúbiť prírodu so všetkým, napr. aj s chrobáčikmi. Psy sú v hoteli vítané, tak pre rodiny so psami by som odporučila tieto pavilóny. Postele sú príliš mäkké.

Gut,bis Matraze in Hotels. Sind zwei Matrazen ,die sich stets geteilt haben ,beim Schlafen

Matrazen waren nicht so praktisch.

The worst

When we came to the room we realised it was 500 meters from the reception to the room on foot.The building did not have a single elevator it was only stairs with no help.When we arrived to the building with the rooms we had to climb the stairs to the third floor,it was tiring.The check-out was at 10:00 in the morning.The time was very inconvenient because we wanted some rest.The staff was very unfriendly and rude.In the bathroom the water when we wanted to shower was flowing out the shower and it flooded the room.When it was time for the breakfast to end,the waiters were grabbing our plates while we were eating.Worst experience ever

Pool was shut . Restaurant was not the best payed for all you can eat but was clearing it away .

Quite new hotel, clean, nice breakfast/dinner, swimming pool with an amazing view.

Double check the location if you plan to stay with a small kids. There is no lifts, long distance to the sea, steep slopes.

The staff, facilities, the breakfast, clean rooms - everything was really hreat and we enjoyed our stay - however except of a room size and shower

I suppose the sizes of rooms are difficult to be reconstructed but for example for a 4 member family it was very small and very discomfortable. Also there was a problem while showering - since the shower was open, everything was wet, water even got thourgh bathroom door to the room…

Suitable for 2 people and weekend stay

Renovated rooms, balcony, location, staff, pool area, drinks at dinner,

Lack of space for clothes - enough closet space for weekend getaway, but I realy don’t know where would we put all our stuff for one week stay?! Only one small closet. Bathroom is also small but that wasn’t a problem for us. Breakfast and dinner - great variety of food but not that tasty (unseasoned food).

Not a convenient stay for families with young children or people with mobility issues.

The rooms were a nice design, and the food was good.

if I knew the property was on a steep hill and wasn’t stroller friendly, I wouldn’t have stayed here. also the man ant the reception desk was extremely rude .

Great hotel and lovely atmosphere

Great location, nice view, very good selection of food at the buffet. The staff is very polite and helpful, they resolved our issues quickly. Overall our stay was pleasant and I highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Sometimes there weren't enough parking spaces, but that is usual for places like this.

To much money spent on this

The breakfast was fantastic! Also the rooms were clean.

We were settled in annex, there was no refrigerator. Beds were uncomfortable, the room was really small. If you are searching for seaside location this is not the place to stay (a lots of stairs, uphill location). The staff in main complex (reception) was not having their day.

Annex and Hotel are Ok, but for price paid, I was expecting a better service and infrastructure

Hotel is close to the beach, room was as described in booking.com, food was ok. When needed, staff was helpful. When asked for help, they come quickly.

1. Balcony had a view to a bunch of trees, not the beach. 2. Shower is a nightmare. Even with the most of care, water is splashed all over. Please, put a door, or make the floor inclination steeper. By the look of door and wood decoration (swollen by water), this happens to everybody. See attached photos. 3. Cleanliness is bad. People simply make the bed, and little more.

Breakfast and dinner were ok. The room was very clean. They gave us enough towels.

We could not lock the door to the room (we lost a lot of time due to the repair). Half the time there was no electricity in the room (we could not use the air conditioner or charge our mobile phones). The shower door was torn off.

Great food, lousy room

Food was excellent, big selection of dishes, tasty desserts. Beautiful view from the main building.

Room had a bad moist smell. The shower was absolutely terrible, there was water everywhere in the bathroom. The shower head was broken, it fell apart while I was taking a shower.

Not bad at all; great breakfast and dinner options

Great location, very close to the beach. Food was great, lot of different choices, lot of different desserts. Very tasty and abundant. View from the dining terrace was stunning, I enjoyed it very much. Room was nice and clean. New furniture, big bed, room amenities covered all the basics. I loved the balcony. The sea view from our room was great! Staff was really friendly. Free parking at the site was a big plus.

The shower in the bathroom is very poorly constructed. No matter how careful you are being while taking a shower, it will leave the bathroom quite soaked. Bed was a bit on the soft side which is not my cup of tea but it wasn’t that bad. I didn’t like the pillow. The path from the main building to the annex isn’t lighted, it is up hill and you have to use your phone torch to get up there. The biggest disappointment of all was that the hotel is promoting their new pool complex which is not even closely to being finished. One can assume from the website that there are 4 pools, while there is only one smaller outdoor pool which you can use.

the receptionist was very nice and even spoke german and english. She was very helpful. Meals were fine and the pool was awesome.
