Locatie is perfect. Mooi groot bed Nespresso apparaat op de kamer Badkamer.er is ruim genoeg Tv in badkamer is niet erg praktisch

Inchecken was lastig.Hadden geen code via app gekregen.Moesten telefonisch daarom vragen.Balkon was prettig,alleen was in het appartement slechts 1 stoel. Kledingkast was een kledingrek.Kamer is wel gehorig. Één dag vuile handdoeken meegenomen maar geen schone achtergelaten. Ontbijten was om de hoek mogelijk.mooie ruimte maar ontbijt was als je niet van cake houdt een beetje beperkt. Espresso was prima,Americano is verdunde espresso. Kluisje werd gemist

Schickes "Boutique Guesthouse" in Top Lage mit exzellenten Service und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Super Erfahrung! Schönes modernes grosses und helles Zimmer. Daily Maid Service mit frischer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern war perfekt. Danke für das Upgrade von Ducchesa zu Palazzo. Tolles tägliches Frühstück in der Osteria unten im Hause. Auch Dinner dort mit guter typischer Karte war exzellent. Nettes englisch sprechendes Personal. Lage von Gatto Bianco ist perfekt mit kurzen Fiusswegen zu Altstadt, Shopping und Bahnhof.

Die Badewanne im Schlafzimmer ist zwar ein "Eyecatcher" aber hatte für uns keinen Wert, auch Dank des schönen Badezimmers. Dafür fehlt ein Tisch/Schreibtisch an dem man mal arbeiten kann. Leider kein einziger EN/FR/DE sprachiger Fernsehsender unter hundert italienischen Programmen.

We asked for two single beds and we’re not instructed that we were designated a double bed instead until we arrived. Breakfast is very basic and left out for probably a bit too long…

If I had a few days in central Bari, I'd stay here again.

The rooms are spacious. High ceilings. My room was rather quiet, overlooking the back alley. The daily cleaning service was good. Air conditioning worked well. Note that you have to leave the building, take a right and then another right to reach the location where breakfast is served. Having said that, it's a wonderful continental breakfast. Service is exceptional.

I honestly didn't like the fact that the place is located on the second floor of a building. There is no reception desk and no room key. You download an app that gives you a code for the main building door and another code for the room door that you use to enter (the code appears after the check-in time). There was an issue with my app but I called their emergency contact number and they provided the codes for me via whatsapp. Also, please note that the elevator is very small and S-L-O-W (but it works!). Parking is a big issue in this area - if you have or are renting a car, put the parking lot information in the navigation instead of the hotel address. You'll thank me later! The hotel has a discount at Garage Sella, Garage Roma and Gran Garage. I used Garage Sella and they charged 25 Euros a night (the alternative was Garage Jolly right down the street which was 40 Euros!).

Newly renovated, very central, clean and comfortable and great breakfast

Very good location, clean and modernised rooms, all beds comfortable and showers were great with good AC. The breakfast in the neighboring hotel was included and good. Communication was good and helpful.

A bit complicated check in as one room had to be changed due to a water problem, but we were able to meet a staff member to get the key once we arrived.

Terrible.

Terrible. No parking possible. NONE. I was locked out of my room by main upstairs door and was forced to sleep in my car overnight.

The fact that there was NO parking and that tge main door was closed so, despite having paid for a room, I was not able to enter the premises. Despite my efforts to contact them, no reply to date. And no refund.

Beautiful city and this perfectly located space gave me everything I needed for one night in Bari.

Location was central. I love tall ceilings. Snacks (breakfast) made starting the day easier. Tips on where to eat was nice.

I rented a large car and to get there you need to drive down super narrow streets and a lot of traffic. Got me stressed after a long day of travelling.

A very clean and nice hotel. It's all self-service but a easy and comfortable place to stay.

This was a nice place to stay and it was convenient for us. We got two rooms and both were clean and had good AC and comfy beds. There is no reception for the hotel but the proprietors made check-in and check-out easy. It's in walking distance of a great number of great sites to see and places to shop and eat. This was a great stop for us.

This was my first trip to Italy and I didn't plan well enough for parking. This is not a knock on this hotel by the way, the hotel way great, but I'd like to warn first-time travelers to understand that if they are driving they should plan for parking in a parcheggio beforehand to make their trip a little less stressful.

Satisfactory, but with better attention to details could be better.

Spacious room, balcony, lift to second floor. Location close to pedestrian areas and Centro storico. Well maintained, and cleaning staff helpful.

No glasses, only one teaspoon, and hairdryer didn’t work. Only advised how to access accommodation very close to check-in time through WhatsApp, though later found information on Booking.com.

A little cheat from the host about the parking price

The room was very stylish. The location was very good, walking distance to old town and many restaurants.it was clean and comfortable.

It was strange how the price of the car parking changed from booking to the garage. Also, not good communication from the host about it! In booking it is written that parking is available for an extra pay 20 euros per 24 hours. When we reserved the room and asked the host about the parking location, they said that it is 25 euros per 24 hours. When we arrived at the parking they charged us 35 euros. When I told the host about it, the answer was just: "Ah. Ok". That was not okay and not a good treat from not such a cheap room host.

Big spacious room in the heart of Bari. Perfect Location Cleaned properly, with balcony ALL in all great value for money

There is no breakfast option There is no Wardrobe in the room so you need to hang your clothes all over the place the slowest elevator in the universe (take the stairs) :)

Breakfast was very basic, vacuum packed cake and some nutella

The paint was peeling in the bathroom The air conditioner was very noisy and couldnt be used The curtains were broken and would not close
