Views were exceptional, staff were really friendly and helpful. Room had a rustic theme with a balcony facing the mountain. Underground parking was spacious and well sized. Easily reachable by motorcycle if you take it easy. Breakfast had good choices. Value for money was excellent.
Restaurant was a little pricey.

Nice place on the top of a mountain with very nice view. Great parking garage (no extra costs) and a friendly staff.
Rooms are outdated (everything is yellow). Small beds and the WiFi is really terrible! You can eat a buffet for € 30,- per person all in, but most of the food is cold and not very good prepared (positive it includes the drinks).

Great setting, and the swimming pool and outdoor terrace are very nice; bedrooms are functional and comfortable, though they would be better for being aired before guests arrive; and bathrooms perfectly nice.
Dining experience is bad. I don’t mind buffet offer for both supper and breakfast but neither was of a sufficient standard to a allow for an enjoyable meal.
The dining settings are also sterile, echo-ey and lacking any atmosphere. As a result we chose to sit on the outdoor dining terrace, as did plenty of other guests, and staff made up a table for us. We only later realised that all the outdoor dining furniture comes with a warning sign saying ‘beware of the resin’ - only after some of our clothes (all new purchases for our holiday) had been stained. It is NOT acceptable to provide seating outdoors that can only be used if you are prepared to sacrifice your clothes to stains!!!
Also, the hotel signage is low quality - just computer print-outs on paper taped to walls, tables etc. Could easily be remedied.
Finally, a strange thing: we were required to pay as we went. So we paid for our rooms on arrival, we paid for our bar as we ordered, and we paid for our supper on entry to the dining space. I found this very unwelcoming and rather unsettling.
All in all, or stay was not at all representative of the food and hospitality I have enjoyed elsewhere in Spain.

The actual hotel that we had booked was deserted. Eventually we found a note with another hotel address a few kilometers away. This was a good hotel, we assumed run by the same people. We were not given a satisfactory explanation for the problem.

Everything! Great location, very peaceful and relaxing. Friendly staff, great buffet breakfast. Good size rooms. We are a family of 3 (our daughter is 13) and our room had a double bed, bathroom, small balcony and a 2nd room off our room with 2 single beds where our daughter slept. We also took our dog and there was a dog bed and bowl in our room when we arrived.
Nothing to dislike!

We were unable to go to the hotel because of a burst water main. So the weekend was spent elsewhere. However, the hotel they put us up at as a replacement was very good.
