We are located in a fantastic spot, plus have a safe, underground carpark space.
A 2/3 minute walk takes you to the city walls and there starts the vast array of shops, bars & restaurants within Old Town Lagos. Wander through these beautiful cobbled streets, down to the main square within 5/10 minutes max.
A further 10 minute walk takes you to the stunning Marina de Lagos which offers further bars, restaurants plus boat trips. Taxis and Uber are easily and cheaply available as is Public transport.

What a beautiful area! The apartment was well appointed, amazing views from the balcony, very close walking distance to shopping and LOTS of restaurants/cafes/bars. We enjoyed sunning by the pool in the afternoons after a morning of sightseeing. Paula was very easy to work with and quick to reply. The only reason I marked a 4 for âaccuracy on listingâ is because there is not a dryer. Everything else is as beautiful as the pictures show!

We had such a relaxing time in Paula & Simonâs apartment. It is so well equipped with all mod cons, they have thought of everything and Paula is so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Without a doubt an exquisite experience. Would recommend to everyone. Location, views, cleanliness, all amenities, comfort +++. More than anything else was the communication with the owners. Every WhatsApp was replied to almost instantly with so much care and information. Most helpful people we have ever rented from. We hope to get back some day. I 100% recommend staying at this condo! My husband and I were very pleased with this home. The photos perfectly match the condo. It is a very bright and cozy place where we felt very comfortable and relaxed. The cleanliness is a huge factor for me and this home did not disappoint. I am a bug-a-phobe so thankfully there were none. The very modern kitchen comes equipped with everything you need. The balcony had lovely seating with a BBQ/outdoor kitchen area but we unfortunately, did not get to use thanks to the rainy days. We made use of the multiple food suggestions Paula had forwarded to us instead! The home is in a great location. It is in a great area to walk around/sightsee along with great food options. We did rent a car and there is a parking spot inside the building which was very user friendly. Communication with Paula was excellent. She had left very clear instructions/guide on everything in the home and promptly responded to any queries we had. We enjoyed our stay in Lagos.

Modern upscale apartment. The hosts have gone out of their way to supply what is needed . The coffee pods were greatly appreciated. Appliances are new and in great shape . The BBQ was fantastic to have! The larger balcony has awesome views of old town and the beach. The smaller balcony is sunny and warm .We were within walking distance to old town the Marina and much more. Our breath was taken away when we walked in! It is the nicest apartment I have been in on our Portugal travels. The owner provided us with many tips on restaurants which came in really handy. The place is just superb! I canât say enough about it . We are hoping to be able to return!

We had the best holiday staying in Paulaâs apartment. It is in the perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town and the marina and beaches are also in walking distance. The apartment itself is just stunning, it was sparkly clean on arrival, lots of space, the kitchen has everything you could need. The views from the front balcony are amazing, a lovely place to sit, nice views from the rear balcony too. Lots of wardrobe/drawer space in the bedrooms, powerful showers in both bathrooms. The swimming pool is lovely, plenty of sun loungers, we had it to ourselves whenever we used it.
We had great communication with Paula, her instructions to find and access the apartment were perfect and her recommendations for places to eat were really helpful. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Paula and Simon!

Beautiful home with a stunning view in a. Fantastic location! This condo has absolutely everything you need! It's right around the corner from old town (less than 5 minute walk) I would prefer this location to being right in Old town because it is on a main road with a parking garage which makes it far easier to drive and park than if you were located right on old town where the roads are so small and narrow. We were able to enjoy walks to the marina ( about 15 minutes) to enjoy boat and kayak tours. There a few beautiful beaches within walking distance. We were able to explore so much no problem on foot. So many restaurants and cool little bars including Karokee. Tons of shops and local vendors are all basically steps away. The building is secure and clean. It is very quiet and has a elevator which makes for easy luggage transfer. The first thing we noticed upon entering the apartment was how bright and clean everything was. The next was the stunning view!! The balcony off the bedrooms was an added bonus as was the outdoor kitchen on the main balcony!! Paula was an excellent host with fantastic communication and even provided a list of great places to eat!! If you are looking for a fantastic place in a perfect location look no further!!

Comfortable and best location
We had the pleasure to stay for 33 nights at Paula and Simonâs home. A spectacular view of the Ocean, old wall and the town itself greets guests off the main balcony. The second balcony also shows off the old wall. The home is very clean and bright. The unit is fully equipped including an electronic safe and the linens, appliances, gas grill, wide range of dishes, cutlery including the balcony furniture all show attention to detail. This unit is intentionally outfitted to function as a home which provides a fantastic guest experience and not some cheap unit to make a buck - no plastic furniture! There are dozens of local restaurants within a few minutes and old town is a few minutes by easy stroll. We found it easy to access the highway for day trips but a vehicle is not required for the day to day. We are thrilled we chose this unit and would easily stay again.

Fantastic Lagos Apartment
This is a beautiful apartment very close to the town and all the restaurants and bars. The facilities are excellent, hi-spec kitchen, very spacious lounge/dining area and two good size bedrooms. The balcony is amazing with fantastic views and a great barbecue. The booking process was very easy and the hosts Paula and Simon were very friendly and even came to the apartment when we had a problem with the TV. I would highly recommend a stay at this place, you won't be disappointed

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick ĂŒber Lagos
Wir haben uns lĂ€ngere Zeit mit der Suche nach einer Wohnung mit Meerblick beschĂ€ftigt und sind auf dieses Objekt gestoĂen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem GebÀudekomplex mit jeweils 6 Einheiten pro Haus. Es handelt sich um die oberste Wohnung und es befindet sich nur noch eine weitere Wohnung auf der gleichen Etage.
Von der Hauptterrasse hat man einen sehr tollen Blick ĂŒber Lagos bis zum Meer. Wir haben im September den Sonnenaufgang zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck sehr genossen. In wenigen Gehminuten befinden man sich bereits in der Altstadt.
Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet (u.a. sehr gute Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer, KĂŒhl-/Gefrierkombination mit EiswĂŒrfelbereiter, Induktionsherd, Wasseekocher, Gasgrill, mehrere TVs, Musikanlage).
Die Betten waren fĂŒr unseren Geschmack in Ordnung. Das Bett im Hazptschlafzimmer dĂŒrfte ca. 160 x 200 sein mit einer mittelfesten Matraze und eigenem Bad. Im 2ten Schlafzimmer gibt es 2 Betten. Das gröĂere ist ca. 120 x 200 cm groĂ mit einer harten Matratze. Beide Zimmer liegen zur StraĂenseite welche tagsĂŒber recht viel befahren ist. Nachts fĂ€hrt nur ab und zu ein Pkw vorbei. Insgesamt also eine recht ruhige Lage.
Im zweiten Bad befindet sich eine Badewanne. Wenn jemand badet und gleichzeitig duscht reicht allerdings die Wassertemperatur nicht fĂŒr beide aus. Nach ca. 15 - 20 Minuten Wartezeit ist wieder genĂŒgend warmes/heiĂes Wasser (ca. 40° Grad) vorhanden.
Was sollte man noch wissen:
Es gibt einen Aufzug, den man leider in der Wohnung hört. Nachts aber nie ein Problem, da nur eine weitere Wohnung belegt war. Es gibt einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt waren nur ca. 20% aller PlÀtze in dem GebÀudekomplex belegt.
Im Innenhof (welchen man von der Hauptterrasse sieht) befindet sich ein Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen.
Die Wohnung war trotz Navi und Google-Maps nicht leicht zu finden. Ein Foto von der AuĂenseite wĂ€re in der detaillierten Beschreibung die man erhĂ€lt sehr hilfreich.
Salz, Pfeffer, Ăl sind nicht vorhanden aber der nĂ€chste groĂe Supermarkt (Intermarche) ist recht nah (ca. 700 m) und die Lebensmittel sind zum Teil recht gĂŒnstig.
Paula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir haben Sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt aber die Kommunikation inkl. vieler Tipps via E-Mail und WhatsApp war bestens.
Fazit: Wir wĂŒrden die Wohnung unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen. FĂŒr Paare und fĂŒr Familien mit 1-2 Kleinkindern ideal. Bei z.B. 4 Erwachsene wirdâs eng.

Paulas apartment is drop dead gorgeous. Spacious, modern and stunning views with all the amenities you could need. Location is also amazing just outside the old town walls no more than 3 mins stroll to old town Lagos. Paula was also so helpful with recommendations and ensuring I settled in comfortably. Gorgeous clean apartment in the heart of Lagos
We absolutely loved our stay at Simon and Paulaâs apartment in Lagos! The place was sparkling clean and all amenities were brand new (including having Apple TV and Bose speakers throughout the house). Paula was lovely to deal with and even shared some great local recommendations for restaurants and day trips. I couldnât recommend the place more or the hosts more both were a dream! Having two balconies one with a BBQ and a view overlooking the ocean was icing on the cake, thanks Paula & Simon!

Great Apartment
We spent 5 days touring the Algarve using the apartment as our home based. A very nice apartment thatâs well appointed near the old city of Lagos and all the restaurants and shops.
Beautiful view of Lagos and the beach from the balcony. Spacious balcony that we sat out on to eat our breakfast and a bbq we used for the dinner we ate at the apartment.

Fantastic find in Lagos!
We had a marvelous 3 nights wishing we could have stayed longer. Plenty of room with a big balcony and sweeping view of Lagos. Three of arriving by car. Google maps directions not very accurate because it told us to drive through a pedestrian only area. Highly recommended this property.

Super View Great Location Very Clean
This condo is in a great location. Just outside the old city wall. Go down hill you are in the old section with a riverside walk, restaurants and historic ambience every few meters. Go uphill and things are a bit more modern.
Everything was clean, well stocked and spacious. Paula has beach towels, a great kitchen, a shopping cart,, this is a well thought out condo. The balcony fits 6 person easily and has a beautiful beach view, as well as a view of the courtyard and pool. Very comfortable and easy to access this condo was terrific.
The instructions Paula gave were great. Our GPS put the address just past where it truly is. We arrived at a dirt parking area that is accessible from the rear or over the curb in front. The Block 7 sign is not visible from the street or sidewalk. Just walk uphill from the dirt parking lot and go up the FIRST small set of stairs (there is a ramp too) tucked in there to the right, you will find the entry to Block 7. Parking was never a problem (September) just 10 meters to 50 meters away. It felt very safe here. We walked everywhere. We chose to go the Praia do Luz so we took our van to this beautiful beach about 10 minutes away. This beach was great for a full day stay. Go enjoy this condo.

Very clean, walking distance to downtown Lagos, excellent amenities, large rooms, beach towels, breathtaking view from the balcony, many more...Street parking only, but we didn't have any issue finding parking very close. The communication with the owner was excellent, as well as the instructions left inside the apartment. We re commend this place...
