Awesome Hotel and Hotel Staff

I am 67 yo severely disabled and Angel and Roscoe were so kind as to unload what I needed from my car and bring it to my room and Angel helped load up my belongings from my room down to my car and packed it into my car for me I am so happy that this place makes sure that all who check in are taken care of and with a smile and many Businesses today have forgotten about Customer Service with a smile The rooms are clean comfortable and no bugs I would recommend this Hotel to anyone and everyone

Fabulous place to stay

Roscoe and Angel went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress free as I am severely disabled and they carried what I needed from my car up to my room The Woman clerk (I didn't catch her name) was very helpful and pleasant The value of my room especially with a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator was unbeatable I would recommend this Hotel to everyone

My room was a bit far from the elevator for me being disabled

Hotel should advise patrons they have an elevator issue and no backup power during a hurricane. Unac

Reserved for two nights due to hurricane Ian. The lights went out, no food, no bath,no elevator At check out I asked about a discount because the hotel should have been prepared for the hurricane. They should have had a generator for the hotel that has over 200 rooms. The clerk looked at me and said we had a hurricane. Exactly, they should have been prepared. I will be seeking a partial refund for my inconvenience.

I was refunded my money. I did not stay.

The only thing nice about this option is the very friendly and helpful staff. I wasn't happy with the smell or cleanliness of my room and Larry was very kind about trying to find something to my standards. There was a full size fridge and hot plate for cooking. nice for extended staying.

Upon pulling up to the hotel there were several people sitting on the ground outside and in front of the door. Just laying around. The first room I was given smelled like an ashtray. The second one smelled dirty. The beds fell like a kindergartener's nap mat on stilts. I didn't want to touch anything or place my bags down on an surface due to the smells. The should invest in better air fresheners.

I am sure you all have heard these complete before, first of all, there are roaches in the room, no iron or board in the room, no coffee, and no free breakfast. The rooms have mildew and a bad smell.

It is a place we would consider staying again

I was pleased with the room they had everything we needed. The shower pressure was great. The beds were comfortable and the linen was very clean. They immediately fixed the air conditioner when i told them our room was warm. The people that work there were very kind and efficient.

Upon entry the lobby was hot with no place to sit and wait.
