No Pets, And regardless of what you smoke? No Smoking or incense burning inside please. There is a comfortable outside deck with a table, ashtray, lights, and outside stereo. This studio is equipped with a queen bed, hardwood floors, granite counters, a jacuzzi bathtub, full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, a large 60-inch flat-screen TV, DVD Player, cable, WI-FI internet access, leather reclining couch, and leather reclining chair, full-size washer & dryer, laundry soap, fabric sheets, stereo, central heat & air, towels, sheets, 2 pillows, bedding, and outdoor uncovered parking. The view is residential (nothing fancy) but this studio is a luxurious place in North Charleston. Sorry, but due to extreme differences in preferences for personal items (such as soaps, body washes, toothpaste, and razors) we do not supply these items.

This was the best VRBO we have stayed in. The studio was spotless and very nicely appointed and furnished. The host has thought of the guests in every way with many amenities that made the stay seamless, such as coffee creamers, spices, and all necessary kitchen items, for example. He was attentive to details and made himself available for any questions or concerns. Location is easy access to main travel routes. While the neighborhood is not upscale, it is a safe, quiet neighborhood and the apartment could not have been any better! Highly recommend.

Tony is an over the top host, he’s definitely gotten my husbands vote, our stay was amazing. Such a spacious studio, with just enough if not more space than we could ever imagine. Beautifully decorated, super clean, very relaxing. This will not be our last time, highly recommended.

VIP TREATMENT!! We are traveling musicians who've travelled around the world. We must say, this is the best place we have stayed in- don't let the middle class exterior fool you-truly a diamond in the rough! Fully stocked kitchen, laundry & bath! Our unit had a large screen TV & a garden jet tub that worked perfectly! Mints on pillows & bottle of wine completed the full VIP experience! This will be our go-to spot in North Charleston for all future visits!

The outside of the property is in a neighborhood right off a main road. Outside at night was a little noisy but the room is well insulated and cozy. We found everything we needed. Perfect for a couple. We did have to turn off the ice maker since it was so noisy at night. It had a well stocked kitchen and huge TV. We would stay again

This property was amazing. Tony did an amazing job on the room. The full kitchen was wonderful. The jacuzzi tub was a wonderful addition and relieved sore muscles after a long day. The studio was beautifully decorated and amazing lighting for a romantic getaway. The wine and snacks provided by the host was a really night addition. The sweet cats on the porch was just a delightfully wonderful addition. We plan to book here again next year!! Stay here you wont regret it!

This studio apartment was absolutely perfect! Tony did an absolutely amazing job with all the finishing touches from chocolates on the pillows, snacks, even a bottle of wine! The apartment was so clean and absolutely beautiful! I loved the stray kitties that were on the porch as well!! We will definitely be back many times. Thank you Tony!

Check in was great and very nice studio inside. The snacks and drinks were wonderful for beach snacks since we didn’t make it to the store before arriving! Great location for heading into downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.

The best place to stay! Within 15-20 minute drive of all the main attractions Charleston has to offer and is located away from all the major traffic. I loved the music playing when I arrived, the bottle of wine, the treats, the thank you note, everything about this property was beyond expectations. The host also doesn’t require you to clean or do laundry before checkout. This is the only place in Charleston I will stay. Thank you so much Tony for proving such an amazing experience staying in Charleston!

This studio was so much more than we expected! It was such a wonderful retreat from our travels. Everything from the communications before we arrived to the style and cleanliness of the unit surpassed our expectations. It felt like everything was thought out to make us comfortable.
The washer and dryer was a big plus. We highly recommend this studio.

Good location to get to golf courses, plantations etc outside Charleston but at the same time easy to get into the downtown core. Area is a little run down but felt safe. Tony was really helpful and stayed in touch while we were there. Great value. Exactly as advertised.

This property was amazing and the reviews were 100% correct! Such a great price for the amount of space you will get. There is a huge bathroom, open kitchen, and a huge TV - not to mention over 100 DVD’s to choose from! Overall a great place and I will recommend to everyone!

One of the best we have stayed at. It’s in an older neighborhood but once you entered the lodging, everything was first class. Lots of “extra touches”——bottle of wine, snacking chip packs, mints left on the pillows, bottled water in the refrigerator & laundry soap & fabric sheets for the washer & dryer. If we ever come back to Charleston, we’ll stay here again!

We stayed here on Labor Day weekend for our one year wedding anniversary and could not have been more pleased! It is such a cozy, clean little place just big enough for two! There was a bottle of wine waiting for us with music playing, chocolates on our pillows, snacks by the huge flat screen tv and the fridge had cold drinks in there as well. There was a nice big tub with jets that we took advantage of. It was immaculate and cozy! Tony was very sweet and communicative. Fully stocked kitchen, soft, clean towels in the bathroom, cozy bed. Now for the area: the neighborhood at first seemed a little sketchy, but it was so quiet and no one bothered us. We felt completely safe. It is just minutes from a huge mall and plenty of restaurants and just a hop, skip and jump from the interstate. Downtown Charleston is about 15 minutes away, and maybe a 25 minute drive to Sullivan Island/Isles Of Palms. Oh and one of the best parts, there is a sweet little kitty that stays on the porch. I fell completely in love with him! Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed! We will definitely being staying here again for our next trip! Thanks Tony!

This place is a great getaway. My wife and I spent our 22nd anniversary here and will definitely return. 15-20 minutes from the best attractions and the beach. You can’t go wrong for a couples retreat.

Don’t let the outside neighborhood fool you! As soon as you step through the door, you’ll find that the studio apartment is very clean and cozy! It had everything we needed and we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and two glasses ready to celebrate our sixth wedding anniversary! We will definitely be staying here again when in the area!

This was first time visiting Charleston. I thoroughly enjoyed my stayed. The room was beautiful. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. I had all I needed in one small area of N. Charleston. Tony was available if needed. Communication with him was easy. He was very accommodating and my stay was awesome. I can't wait to go back.
