If you're looking for a nice getaway in the Beaver Creek area of Lake Cumberland then look no further!

Conveniently located 1 mile from the Beaver Creek Marina and only 6 miles from town. Conley Bottom Resort is approximately 10-12 miles away.

The Lake House at Beaver Creek is a beautiful clean decorated modern home with the following:

- 3 bedrooms includes KING, QUEEN and FULL size beds plus a QUEEN size pull out sleeper sofa. All linens provided.

- 2 FULL BATHS (towels and washcloths provided)

- LIVING AREA with 52" flat screen t.v. and local cable

- Free WiFi

- FULL KITCHEN with refrigerator that includes ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave/oven combo, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cooking pans, silverware, cooking utensils and more

- LAUNDRY ROOM includes front loader washer and dryer

- Nice OPEN DECK in the back with table, chairs & umbrella. Lower deck has a swing, picnic table and grill.

- FIRE PIT in the back lawn to enjoy with your friends and family (includes chairs but feel free to bring your camping chairs).

We provide starter supplies such as soap, shampoo, detergent, etc.

Also, nice drive to park your boat with PLENTY OF PARKING for several vehicles & boats

This was our second stay. It is not fancy but it is clean and they added a cover to the deck out back. The location is fantastic. We love staying near BeavrCreek Marina. Close to several landmarks.

Clean, well appointed small home. Everything that you need to live a great lake life except the boat. Plenty of easy parking for the boat though. Covered deck is absolutely wonderful for evening conversation and morning coffee. Communication with Heather is incredibly easy and she is quick to respond. This was our 3rd of 4th stay at one of the Parmley properties. We'll be back.

Everything was perfect for our family. Heather was exceptional for being responsive and accommodating. This 3 bedroom 2 bath house is perfect for time at the lake with the family.

Overall the house is great. It was in a great location. I wished they had either Roku or an Amazon fire stick on their TV because the few stations they had were from the 80s to 50s which was disappointing. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the front porch light or the lower back light My wife was a little grossed out from all the black hairs that were in the spare bathroom, but I didn’t even notice until she said something. Plenty of supplies in the house too. We’ll be back.

This was our third day at the lake house at Beavercreek. We have enjoyed every minute of all three stays. Nothing compares to the view from the deck of the sunsets. So close to the lake for boating! Very comfortable for six people to congregate and sleep here. Always plenty of firewood available for the fire pit! This is becoming a tradition for our family so will hopefully not be the last time we book this house. Heather is very quick to respond to any questions. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

This property had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of kitchenware and other necessities. It was a lovely property. It was a bit difficult to access the grill and fire pit because of the slope in the back of the property and we are not very good with that many stairs. The property needs a little TLC in the bathrooms. There were a couple of dents in the smaller bedroom and a we couldn’t get a couple of the outlets to work in the master bedroom. Communication with the property owner was excellent.

My family and I loved the house. It is spacious with Great amenities. Has a nice raised deck, a shaded outside lower seating/relaxing area and back yard. We enjoyed our time on our vacation. The host, Heather, is so sweet and was very helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend this home. 💜

We liked the cleanness and the nice deck in the back. Even everything was clean and neat inside etc. it also was easy to see that the finishing was made as cheap as possible, which didn't justify the price we had to pay. The communication with the host was easy and pleasant.

So quiet at the house. Back a hollar leading up to Safe Harbor Marina at Beaver creek. Barely anyone comes back by. If you want a reasonable price and relaxing spot this is for you. We docked at the marina for 25.00 a night. Fire pit out back would’ve been great but it rained on and off on us. We had to move the trip due to some unforeseen circumstances and the property manager worked with us without any issues. I would recommend staying at any of their properties.

This is the second time I have stayed here - once in 2017 and now. The property was improved since then as it now has a fire pit (wood included!) and additional outside area under the deck with a picnic table and extra chairs. The view from the deck is gorgeous even though it's not on the lake. Quick one mile drive to Beaver Creek Marina. This trip I stayed with my daughter, son-in-law, and three young adult granddaughters and we all had a wonderful time. Hope to make this an annual event! Heather is a great hostess and extremely responsive to any questions I had.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s located right up the street from the marina and it was very clean. Great communication was given and we enjoyed the provided games, wood and shower gestures provided.

Great location and property.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property with our 3 young kids. We like it because of the convenience to Beaver Creek, and the kids like it for the toys they have. The mattress in the master bedroom is very firm, which we were not fond of and the master bathroom is small and outdated, but I think with price and location this place can’t be beat. We plan to stay at the tiny house that they offer next year.
