- The ground floor is composed of an entrance, a living room opening onto a private terrace, an open kitchen, a bathroom (shower, sink and WC) and a storage area.
- Upstairs, three bedrooms, one opening onto a balcony (nice view of the golf course), a bathroom
(bath and sink) and a separate toilet.
