This beautiful oceanfront 3BR/2.5BA condo is located in the heart of Isle of Palms on Ocean Boulevard. Convenient to shops, stores, restaurants, bars, live entertainment, and just steps away from the beach. This condo has spectacular oceanfront views directly from the balcony. The spacious condo has three bedrooms and can easily accommodate 8 people. This condo is pet friendly (dogs only).

4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

This lovely property was just as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the few times we dined in. Great restaurants (looking at you, Acme) are within walking distance. I think we were most impressed with the availability of management to answer any question we had. Their responses were swift and so helpful. Overall, this was a wonderful property in which to stay and enjoy a beach vacation!

This is our 3rd time staying on the IOP but first at this condo. We really enjoyed this location. Beachfront near things to do! The condo was great. We'll definitely be back!

2024 was our fourth year spending January in IOP. We love the Oceanview location on the beach. There's a dozen restaurants within walking distance. From the balcony you can watch the shipping traffic going in and out of Charleston. The attractions of downtown Charleston are only a 30-minute drive away.

My family and I had a great trip at this condo. It is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, a grocery store and is about 20 minutes from Charleston. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It has direct access to the beach which was very convenient. I was really happy that they are pet friendly as most of the condos that we have stayed at in the area were not so this was a big plus! I would definately reccomend staying here!

Loved the stay and the listing was as expected. The furniture needs to be replaced. It is old, uncomfortable and makes noise. Better seating in main, shampoo/conditioner and beach towels would be a very nice basic inclusion.

We stayed at this location to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The location was perfect— walked to everything. We were able to spend time on the beach for 2 of our days because the weather was great! The icing on the cake was being able to bring our fur baby. We plan to return to this location next year! This condo was perfect in every way. We loved how the location allowed us to walk to restaurants and the grocery store. The condo is beautiful and spacious. The best part is the large covered porch where we ate all of our meals. We loved being able to have our gog with us. The beach had set hours where the dogs could play off leash and ours made lots of friends.
We have already reserved for next year!

This condo is in the heart of Ocean Blvd main area. Oceanfront view was an outstanding feature. However, we were unable to have Wi-Fi access even though advertised. Something they need to look into.

Everything was as advertised. Arrived to find a clean condo with welcome music playing. Great access to the beach, and the pool was a added touch for our children. Received courtesy text throughout the week to ensure everything was ok. Will definitely stay again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Nice condo but needs a bit of updating and touch of paint. Pool is right in view when looking out at the beach. Had there not been people at the pool it would not have been an issue but they were out and facing the condo so when we were on the balcony of the condo we could here their conversations and music clearly. Great location close to restaurants and beach. Great service from management

Location could not have been better for our family of two adults and four kids (14, 11, 9 and 7) as we were right on the beach while being a very short walk to all of the restaurants on IOP. The condo was super clean, communication with the property manager was easy and quick, everything went very well. There had been a small issue ahead of our visit - the management team gave us a heads up and had someone out right away to fix it. Our kids loved the immediate beach access as well as the short drive to some other tourist activities in Charleston. Overall, a great trip and a great spot - would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect for us between walking distance to everything needed and the perfect beach for walking! Olives, sand dollars and starfish in abundance along with the sun! Being from the northeast we loved the temps - could have had a lesser breeze tho☺️ plenty of space for all of us and our pup - who LOVED all the dogs she met on the beach!
