• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Great visit. Comfortable home close to the beach. Dog friendly. Parking is difficult. Our car would not fit into the assisted parking spot. The bbq needs to be replaced. The interior paint inside the grill is flaking off badly. The patio is nice with picnic table and chairs but another chair option would be nice for just sitting in the sun or reading a book.

This Beach Haven was an absolute delight from start to finish. Booking, check-in, and check-out were a breeze, making the entire experience stress-free. Situated in a fantastic location, just steps away from both the beach and the bay, it's a paradise for both humans and furry friends alike. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from beach necessities like towels and chairs to a fully-equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the neighborhood was lovely and welcoming. With parks, shopping, restaurants, and Belmont Park nearby, there was never a shortage of things to do. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, Beach Haven has it all. We can't wait to return!

The rental was just as listed and photographed. However, it's loud with neighbors above. The primary bedroom has noise from cars and people talking on the street. The studio above was loud when they moved furniture to pull out the bed, or at least it sounded like that.
The bathroom has a pedestal sink, nowhere to put toothbrush or any toiletries.

We had an incredible time staying at this perfectly located property. It was very clean, great access to the beach, and great access to the restaurants and entertainment at Belmont Park. We would definitely book to stay here again as it was perfect for our family and was very pet friendly also.

Perfect Beach Vacation
Property was clean and conveintley located! My teens were able ride their bikes everyday to and from the property and we all enjoyed the beach everyday. It was a little warm inside the home, but other than that everything we needed this place had. Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach games, sand toys, and more! We all had a great time and hope to come back soon!

Close to the beach! Great for our family! My wife and I wanted a place that was close to the beach and close to Belmont Park for our two-year-old daughter. Also, we brought a small dog who love taking walks in the grass nearby. This place is 25 feet away from the beach, besides being on the boardwalk you can’t get any closer! The area was quiet and safe, never felt uncomfortable. Plenty of places to get coffee and walk to you in the morning. Would like to stay here again!

Fun Beach House
We all had a blast at this place, the highlight was the oversized patio & close proximity to the beach. It had everything we needed including bbq, kitchenware, beach chairs and boards, and comfy beds. Good location, but noisy accommodations
Not thrilled with cleanliness of this home. Unit above is very noisy, you hear every move they make. Pillows need replaced. What we did like about the home was the location, close to beach and park. I will say the management team responds quickly to questions and did offer to send someone to clean, but I had already done it.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a family friendly area, literally 30 seconds to the beach and easy walking to dining and Belmont Park. The patio was fantastic for us to gather during the day. Clean inside with comfortable master and sofa. We'll return with a smaller car next time. Thank you Surf Style host!

Perfect for Families with Children
1 house off the sand. The fenced in patio is perfect for small children. We had 8 ppl, 4 adults, 4 kids (1,2,2,5) and we loved it. 10 min to Sea World, 15 min to Zoo, and steps from the sand. Will definitely book again

This property was very clean, practical and a few steps from the beach. It was small but had everything we needed. They had boogie boards and sand chairs provided for us. It was perfect for our family of 7. The garage is tiny and impossible to park a large vehicle in and parking in the surrounding area is difficult.

Steps from the beach
3 bedrooms2 baths. Small living room area. Our family of 4 adults and two children 4 and 2 years old used the large outdoor patio space quite a bit.Noise from parties nearby was a detractor. Otherwise, great beach getaway with ability to socially distance and wear masks when appropriate. Green Park steps away. Had a memorable time.

Perfectly located one house away from the beach, which compared to ocean front has much better privacy, less windy but with all the benefits of being close to the beach. Also near Belmont Park restaurants & rides with activities for all ages. The boardwalk extends a great distance for easy walking, sight-seeing and biking & scooters. The house is well-appointed with essentials and some extras like washer/dryer, BBQ grill and outdoor seating in the patio. I would rebook this house, if I'm staying in the area again and recommend it to my friends.

Great location, charming property.
This property is exactly as advertised - charming and in a great location. Lot's of options for dining and entertainment within walking distance and the sunset views are outstanding. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms are updated and the beds are comfy.
The only caution I have is a reminder that this is a lower floor unit. Depending on activity in the upstairs unit you can be impacted by their noise level which was unfortunately the situation during our trip.

Great house! Few steps from the beach and has a huge stone patio from which you can see and HEAR the waves. Walking distance of Belmont Park and many great dining options. Mostly though, it's peaceful and relaxing there! Beautiful, clean bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen (I was delighted to find large mixing bowls and baking sheets since I was cooking for my large family). Nice sized bedrooms, big closets! Very comfy!

Twenty steps to beach
Nice place. Can walk to everything. Beach, park, Roller coaster, shops ,& pizza shop! Or take a short ride on electric scooters that are everywhere. Drove a minivan full of family to stay at this great place, but van was too big for garage. Oversized parking is available but cant stay at between 8am to 10am Sun-thur . Next time will bring smaller vehicle.

We had a great stay and the unit was very accommodating. Only issue that we had is that we couldn’t find the sheets to the sofa bed but there were plenty of blankets. We would love to stay again in the future. 😊

We had a great time last week in San Diego.
The location was great - liked that it was off the main street and close to the ocean side. The bedrooms worked out for our family size, and the downstairs had enough sitting and eating areas. We liked the outdoor area in front of the house - a little cool to eat dinner outside but we did use the grill. The house was adequately supplied with paper products to start, though a suggestion would be to supply some Swiffer cloths to use on the floors and some additional kitchen towels.

Back again & loving it more
Back again from our first stay in 2016, and we're pleased to put in our review how nicely updated the unit is. The kitchen is completely brand new from our last visit, and it's now nice and bright and sunny. We still have the huge front patio with ocean view, which we love. Bring a smaller car as parking is tight, though the managers at Surf Style do a good job of including parking measurements in their ad.

Everything is so nice and bright and clean!!! We were informed by the manager that the unit was just remodeled. The new kitchen, floors, and brand new beds were impressive. The location and the front outdoor porch area (just for our unit!) is 5 stars. Can't wait for another great holiday vacation next year.

Great for pets & people! All of us had such an amazing time and want to thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful beach home. It was really more than we expected, the interior and location and views absolutely exceeded our expectations. We also loved the fact we were able to take our dog on the beach and bay during certain hours of the mornings and evenings. A big Thank You to your management team!!!
