We invite you to stay in this beautiful oceanfront seascape with views of the Pacific Ocean and the neighboring islands of Molokai and Lanai. Relax and enjoy West Maui in Quam Properties Hololani B304. We look forward to hosting you! This fabulous corner, direct oceanfront, the condominium is on the 3rd floor of Hololani Resort. Hololani is a small 64-unit complex on the water in Kahana and offers easy walking access to restaurants, and shops and it's just a short drive to the stunning beaches at Kapalua, Kaanapali, and Lahaina. This dual master suite condo boasts a private lanai for each bedroom! Both bedrooms feature a queen bed, and a private bathroom and the living room offers a queen sofa sleeper. This property doesn't have a/c, but each room is adorned with a ceiling fan, and the West Maui trade winds are sure to keep you cool. This condominium features a fully-equipped kitchen and an in-suite washer and dryer and is stocked well with bath towels, beach towels, a beach chairs cooler, and more! Take advantage of our free high-speed internet and unlimited coverage to the U.S. and Canada. Hololani B304 is 1100 sq ft. Minimum 4-night stay. There is a $300.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.42% State Taxes added to all rates Standard Cancellation Policy: You may cancel outside the 30 days before your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.

The view is a-maz-ing! We loved the double rainbows, looking off deck toward Molokai. Whales and babies everywhere. Nice beach chairs. Deck furniture very nice and comfy. Nice beds and very nice linens. Lots of spices and oils in cupboard. Swimming pool is warm and clean. Yard and landscaping is delightful. Games located in community room. Love the digital, keyless entry. Very nice neighborhood. Only a few blocks to walk to restaurants and shopping.

This unit was the perfect place to enjoy Maui's oceanfront views and breezes. Every day was different: double rainbows, dolphins, sea turtles, sailboats, and of course, beautiful sunsets! It is in an older complex, but the unit has been nicely updated and has most everything you'll need. We appreciated the elevator from underground parking, fully-equipped kitchen and beach gear!

This place was perfect for our family. It was two adults and three teenagers and we had just enough space for us all. We Loved everything about this condo. It is just as described and more !! Would definitely stay again !! Thanks so much for a great first time in Maui!!

Our visit in late January was perfect for whale watching. The unit is everything they say it is and all the people we dealt with were wonderful! The only problem we had with the condo was the lack of a bathroom door in the master bedroom. I realize it’s a very tight space, but I think a barn style door on a rail might work

Very clean and amazing views from every room. You feel like you are on the water. Lack of AC was fine while we were there since it was kind of cool and rainy but I’m sure it would get pretty warm when it’s hot outside. Nicest pots/pans/kitchen stuff etc that I have ever used in a rental. Very well equipped with beach chairs, towels, etc which was really nice!!! Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was very nice! Not quite as big as the pictures made it seem, but still plenty of space. It was well stocked with kitchen appliances and basic spices. Plus use of snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, etc. The only complaint we had is the pool (but that’s not on the condo rental company). The pool could be better maintained. It was a lovely trip!

The management team was nice and responsive. The view was amazing. But there was a full remodel being done on the unit right below us most of the week and the noise from all of the loud tools lasted all day. It was tough to stay in the condo past 10am and I could hardly ever get my toddler to nap. :(. Other than that quam properties was great.

Wonderful stay - would stay again!
This was a wonderful property. Both bedrooms were equally nice, and each had a wonderful water balcony view. We could hear the waves at night. It was well appointed and in a great location. Would stay again!

As all the other VRBO units I've stayed in, there was always spices, oils lotions bug sprays shampoo etc that guests would leave as to not take back on airplane. If you stay in this unit...you must anticipate buying all things. ( that's just a tip, not necessarily being rude). Did I say the view was a MILLION dollar view....we had a great time but for the price it needs a lot of work.

Waking with Rainbows
Beautiful place, woke to rainbows every morning. There was construction on the pool and the seawall but it never bothered us. Loved having a private lanai off the back bedroom. Would stay again.

Great location, great condo unit.
Wonderful double lanai for all day sun. The interior is beautiful and has everything we needed. We enjoyed great meals on the lanai and close walks to the beach. We will be back!

Great for a family vacation
We are a family of 5 and stayed for a full week. The unit worked out great for us. The pictures accurately represent the unit. We enjoyed beginning and ending each day on the balcony. Loved having a kitchen to start the day with breakfast. Enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony of the adjacent islands and sunsets. As others have mentioned, the unit does not have A/C. While it was humid, and got hot during the day, the unit has ceiling fans which made it comfortable to sleep. Beautiful beach access is just a short walk away. Parking in a covered garage helped keep the car cool. The property management company was pleasant to deal with and responsive. Would stay again and would recommend to friends !

It doesn't get any better!
The view is most spectacular! Wide open ocean views from every room in this well appointed condo. The decor was perfect and comfy. Very clean with everything needed to enjoy your stay. The resident manager is very friendly and keeps the grounds beautiful. Great location, close to a couple of good happy hours. Highly recommend!

Great condo
Been to Maui 6 times already and first time at this unit. As all other buildings in the area the complex is a bit old but well kept . They have someone clean those bbqs every single morning and they are spotless. The pool was also well kept. No beach access due to erosion but lots of beaches within walking distance so not an issue for us.
The condo has been renovated recently and was immaculate. we honestly tried to find a negative but couldn't. The view, the breeze from the ocean, the location,, bathrooms were clean etc... Quam Properties manage the condo and bookings. They are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. be ready for an additional 3% processing fee that is not mentionned on VRBO. I highly recommend this unit.

Paradise!
I was a little nervous about there being no air conditioning but it wasn't a problem at all. It was humid the first day but we kept the doors open and fans on which made it comfortable. The condo was very clean and updated. We loved that they had beach supplies available to use. There was no direct beach access which was a bit of a bummer but there were so many that were close by that it wasn't an issue. It is also walking distance to some yummy places like Maui brewing company and miso phat sushi. Location was great! Drive north and explore the coast like the nakalele blow hole and south to Kaanapali. I also recommend driving down the road to bad ass coffee, so good! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will book again!

Amazing trip of a lifetime
We so enjoyed going to bed each night with the windows and sliders open listening to the ocean waves lulling us to sleep. Also enjoyed waking up to rainbows right outside our balcony and later watching the sea turtles swim right up on our mini sandy beach. The amenities were great and the unit was clean and beautiful 😊

Spent a week here with the family. It was Awesome!!!! The views from the condo were breath taking . Everything in the picture was just as pictured. We had awesome neighbors that were very welcoming. We were close to a lot of restaurants and down town Lahaina was just a couple minutes away. We would definitely book here again when we're in Maui.

Such a great experience!
We were so happy with this place! Two bedrooms, two baths (one with a bathtub for the kids), two lanais with incredible views...it was perfect. Very well kept, upgraded, it had everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach toys, snorkels, and beach towels. No complaints. Regarding heat- we were a little nervous about no a/c, but it was fine. We opened the front door and lanai doors for a very nice cross breeze- the front door has a screened security door so you feel more secure about leaving it open during the day. All rooms have fans overhead, and with the doors open for air, it was perfect. We highly recommend it! Only issue is that the designated parking spot in the covered lot has a continuous drop overhead onto your car- but the property manager and the on-site property manager gave us permission to park elsewhere during our stay. And just an FYI- no beach access. We were fine with this- we did a lot of exploring to the local beaches.
