Our home has 6 bedrooms with 8 beds and 2 sofa beds plus 5 bathrooms. The modern primary suite features a king bed, sofa bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV and en suite bath that includes a sunken jetted garden tub, separate glass shower and dual vanity sinks. Doors in the primary suite open to porch and pool deck for a midnight rendezvous in the pool or spa. Large walk-in closet has a desk and chair for your remote work.
Bedrooms 2, 4 and 5 have king beds; Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds. Bedroom 5 has 2 king beds, a secluded sitting area plus a large desk with a chair for remote work. ALL bedrooms have Smart TVs and ample storage space. A Jack and Jill bath between Bedrooms 2 and 3 has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a private bath with a walk-in shower. The fourth bath is not attached to a bedroom and features a tub/shower combination for guests staying in Bedroom 5. Brand new linens and towels have been added throughout the home. Our previous host cancelled on us two days before we were supposed to arrive. We found this beautiful home last minute and the host was very responsive!
What a fantastic time our family had in your home. Everything was so nice and clean. We had everything we needed to accommodate our needs. The pool was fantastic, the water was warm and the putting green for our family of golfers was a big hit! We really enjoyed the location as it was close to everything.
If I had to give a negative comment for anything, it would be to remove the pool table to a different location to allow a bigger sitting area in the living room for everyone to gather around, especially since the home allow for 18 people. We had 11 and we made it work.

Our group had such a wonderful stay at the Mesa LUX. A group of 8 men who were here to participate in the MSBL World Series over 50 baseball tournament. The house fit all of us comfortably. The backyard pool and hot tub were such a welcome feature to sooth our weary bones after games each day. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed to make our dinners each evening, along with the grills in the backyard. The casitas was a great spot for one of the guys to have as his own house and all the other bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious enough that we did not feel as if we were overcrowded. Mountain bikes were great to have for a few of us to enjoy an early sunrise ride and after we were done with the baseball tournament, having the poker table was great for us to enjoy our own poker tournament one afternoon. Property management team was wonderful in communication throughout the whole process of checking in and out. Location of house was perfect. Plenty of things to do within a 1/2 hour. Great house and thank you for your hospitality.

We were in town for a high school tournament. A group of parents stayed at this house in Mesa. It was the perfect location! About twenty minutes from Bell Bank Park and within five minutes of groceries and great local restaurants. Usery Park is practically in the backyard and beautiful! Be sure to check for events in the park, we went on a full moon high and a fantastic morning hike. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. We’re planning to return to AZ for a longer trip and will definitely stay here again.

This is a nice, well stocked vacation home. Lots of room if you have a large group. Beds are firm, which I don't mind, but some people may not prefer. Ceiling fans are a little loud, so some of our group switched rooms. Kitchen has everything you could need, but the casita did not have much, so a lot of things needed to be borrowed from the main kitchen. We only had two issues while we were there for 8 nights. One was not having the garbage bins brought back from the main road when they were supposed to be. One call to the management office and they were returned within a few hours. The second was the pool not being serviced properly. The pool cleaner came but basically did nothing. Did not refill the chlorine tablets that were empty or put any chemicals in the pool, so we had to call the management company and they sent someone out and the pool had to be shocked based on algae accumulating. Had it been done properly the first time, we could've avoided that issue. Keep in mind that this property is located in the back of a private road. If you're having anything delivered (food, groceries, etc) or Uber/Lyft services, almost everyone had a difficult time finding the house. Other than the private road, it's extremely close to the freeway and restaurants and other shopping. It's also less than 30 minutes from the airport, so the location in general is great. You also have control over the thermostat, which is nice since some places restrict how low/high you can set the temps.

This house had everything, all the king beds and private bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. We were in Mesa for our daughter wedding, and everyone had a great time at this house, really made the trip special that we could all send it together!! Meals, swimming and family fun.

Came for a family wedding, needed a place to accommodate lots of family and kids. This place was AMAZING! Did Not disappoint. Kids loved the pool. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Great property for the 8 boys to stay while on our golf trip. We were excited to have a place with a putting green but extremely disappointed with the condition of the putting green and bunker. Pictures online didn't really show the shape and condition but other than that everything was great!

Arizona Vacation Home Rental Office was very helpful. The inside of the home was clean and well appointed. A few items in the backyard need some attending, but the pool and hot tub were nice amenities to have during our stay.

My family and I booked this property as we have family in the area and wanted to gather for the thanksgiving holiday. From check in to departure, it was a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, and the outdoor entertaining area was wonderful for lounging as well as pool activities. Highly recommend!

Our group of 9 adult women really enjoyed the house. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived at 1am. I had to call the owners since we couldn’t find the property using GPS, mostly because it was very dark and I couldn’t see the road signs. The good news is a guy answered my call promptly and stayed on the phone with me giving turn by turn instructions until we found the house. Very nice property with plenty of space for our group, perfect for any large group. We enjoyed the outdoor heated spa especially since we needed to soak our muscles from several days of bowling, I’d definitely stay there again!!

Excellent property in every way. We chose this property for our family vacation this year and couldn’t have been more happy with it. The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay. The property managers communicated with us every step of the way making sure our stay was just how we hoped. I would highly recommend staying here!

AZ Family wedding
The house was very clean with everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry. Appreciated the coordinated bedding and condition of all sheets and towels. Our family loved the pool, pooltable and putting green. It was so convenient to shopping, groceries and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Our original reservation was cancelled two days before the competition. The property owners worked with us so we got a place to stay. The property was as good as it looked in the pictures. The kids enjoyed the putting green and pool.

A Real Stinker of a Home
First of all, this home was advertised with the title Mesa Desert Oasis when we booked. It has now been changed to County Island. Hmmm?
Positives: The home was conveniently located and in a safe neighborhood. The layout and furnishings provide a lot of options for sleeping arrangements.
Negatives: The home has been lived in hard. Pretty beat up with paint and caulking peeling. The house had a smell of marijuana when we checked in. The casita reeked of marijuana to the level that someone must be living there full time and smoking when guests aren't using the home. AVHR told us to open the windows and turn the fan on. That was a bit patronizing to a party that obviously is educated enough to pay for our stay. They brought an odor eliminating machine over that had no effect despite running it for two days. The toilets in 2 rooms barely flush to the point they won't fully flush urine. I bought a plunger that works and donated it to the home so the next guest can actually go #2. There is most likely something wrong with the septic system as there is a smell of sewage right outside the front door. The neighbor in back of the pool (whom we're guessing are the owners of the home since it's a shared driveway to a 4 car RV garage/shop) like to come over daily and rev their muscle car engines. Upon checkout, our party swept up the casita and found tons of bugs under the bed. Maid service obviously doesn't clean thoroughly.
When contacted, AVHR started as small as possible with open the windows and turn on fan. When pressed, they offered alternative accommodations that would have split our party up. We asked to refund 1/6 the cost of the stay (since the house has 6 rooms and the casita was a pit), and they seemed amenable but then put me in touch with the owner of the company, who tried to explain why he couldn't do that. (Bottom line: he's greedy.)
In the end, they offered less than 5% off our stay which was not commensurate with the inconveniences. AVHR made their profit on our party this time, but they won't in the future as nobody in our party plans to stay here or use AZVR again.

Fantastic house for a big family get together
We were there for a family wedding so 2 of our families stayed at this property. We had a wonderful time and loved the space that this property provided us inside and out! The amount of king beds was a bonus, kitchen was huge and well stocked, and the outside space was fantastic! The pool and spa took a little figuring out but after we dialed it in it was perfect! The sonos system in the back was easy to use and nice to have. We had a couple minor issues but the maintenance staff was there right away to address them. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun accommodations
Great place for a multi generational and multi family gathering. We had to book last minute to attend a funeral. There was plenty of space to spread out and everyone have their own space. There were so many games and activities that everyone had a great time.

Although it needs a few minor improvements, this home was clean, roomy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the patio, pool and backyard amenities.

Desert getaway
This property was perfect for a family group of 10. The outside patio/pool are was great. Spent most of the trip in the pool. We had a small issue with the spa, but they took care of it quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!
I stayed here with my wedding party and we had a fantastic time! The house was beautiful and the pool was perfection! Whenever we had any questions or issues, the property managers were easy to get in contact with and they were always quick to answer! Definitely recommend this house to anyone looking in the east valley!

Great week in a new place with friends
Our group of 14 (3 families) really enjoyed our week in Arizona. The house and pool was great and the location was close to restaurants, shopping, grocery and hiking. All of the amenities were great and it was nice to stay in a place where necessities were stocked. Towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc. we had no issues and were grateful for such nice, comfortable and safe accommodations.

Amazing House!
Myself and 6 of my friends take a girls trip every year. Each time we pick a different location and have been doing this since 2009. This house has by far been our favorite. It literally had everything we could have ever wanted. The kitchen is so well stocked along with 3 refrigerators. We talked about just making this our spot next year. We had to reach out to the managers for a couple of things but it was handled very promptly. We would definitely rent here again!

Made our Trifecta of Celebrations So Amazing
House/Baths accommodated us so well. Owners really have the things right that you need in a rental for lots of Family. Two large tables outside and two large tables inside, Music speakers on patio and kitchen and Sonos app was great. Lots of fun things to do and the fireplace at night was just an awesome end to each of our days. The Management Co was super responsive.. really excellent. The water feature pond was very green and one of the fountains wasnt working., We notified the Management Co and they seemed appreciative. Pool needed shocking when we arrived and the Management Co sent someone right over. Then checked with us to be sure it was clearing up. Cant say enough about it. Dont hesitate and worry this house may not be the right one for your gathering... it is a hit and a perfect one for sure.

This was a great place to stay there were 16 of us ! It was very comfortable and clean! Communication with the management company was great with quick responses! Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Perfect Staycation House
Spring break staycation and house was perfect, 6 teens & adults each with our own bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable home, ample space all around. We took advantage of all the amenities (bikes, basketball, billiards, chess, smart TVs), especially the pool and hot tub and chaise loungers. Heater for pool and hot tub were perfect and easy to use. Kitchen was very roomy and had all the essentials we needed and then some, including a Keurig. Visited Usery Mountain Park 3 times, so close with a great variety of hikes. And Starbucks, restaurants, grocery store, CVS we’re all very conveniently a couple miles away. Had 2 small issues when we arrived on a Sunday, management company got both resolved SAME DAY and were super kind about it. Plenty of pool towels, loved the outdoor frig, and the casita was the teen guy's man cave. We would definitely recommend the property for larger families or multiple families, and we'd consider returning ourselves.

A great space. Has everything you need and more.
Everything was seamless. The house is huge and has beds for everyone. Kitchen is completely stocked it has everything you need. Two gas grills in the backyard, pool, Jacuzzi, chipping and putting area for golfers. A great outdoor space with an outdoor TV and speakers. This house really had it all. Will certainly consider renting it again next year for our buddies golf trip. Convenient to stores, golf courses, etc.

NYE 2020
We rented this house over New Year’s and it was amazing. The house was exactly as described, 6 big bedrooms with king/queen sized beds, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would want to cook, grill, etc. The backyard was an oasis - the putting green is great during the day & the grill / fireplace was great at night. Would highly recommend for groups / families looking to get a few days in the AZ sun! Just be sure to cover the pool at night!

House with everything!
My group had a great experience. House was clean and everything was as advertised. Plenty to do at the house. It has pool table, card table, games, bikes, basketball hoop and more. It has pool and spa but it was a lil too cool in the evening for us to hop in. We loved that the bedrooms all have big queen and king beds. Guest house was really nice too. Thats where I stayed. Has its own kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and a big bed in there as well. Backyard has 2 gas grills. We made use of one of them. Lot of other neat things in the backyard, like a lil cascading water thing, a chipping and putting area, big tv, plenty of seats, wood burning fireplace. Has a firepit too but doesn't really give out any heat like it should. Customer service was great also. All our needs were addressed and someone messaged me every day to see if there was anything we needed. We're already thinking about trying to book this property again in a couple months.

Superstition Mountain Wedding stay
10 in party, brides family and friend, was 10 minutes from venue. We stayed 5 days, Very well appointed kitchen, plenty of space. accommodation is as advertised, the casita is very nice if someone in your group needs additional privacy or has health concerns during time of covid, glad we had it as well.
