Disappointing; will never book a private stay again. Had used P&V before and will always do so now.

key lock box holder had been changed and no-one knew how to use it. Over an hour on the phone before, with the help of reception who was not employed to do so, managed to work out how to access the keys. Pillows very old and stained, duvets old and stained - very unappealing even with your own linen. BUT not even a toilet roll so had to buy a whole bag - very poor. Furnishings all tired. North facing so no sun on the balcony.

Habitable but should be better

Good location

Bedding was old and tired. Not impressed there was no towels or linen provided and requests were declined or unanswered. Access code was not sent in advance as advertised. Compared with other apartments in the building, this was a little dated.

Passable

The apartment was very grubby. The single beds didn’t have mattress protectors and were stained. The mattress protector on the double bed had spots of blood on it. The pillow were VERY stained. There as thick dust on the ridges of the doors. The carpet was dirty. The apartment is in an excellent location but a few basics need attention.

would not return, waste of money, dirty accommodation

good location

we did not realise that bed linen and towels were not included in the booking. therefore when we arrived we did not have any sheets for the beds, which were stained and dirty to say the least. I admit, we missed this point from the endless messages that were sent to us by the booking company and it makes sense as to why the property was so cheap. the apartment is clearly owned by an independent person and is not actually part of the sources des Marie complex, as when we asked at reception if we could hire some linen we were initially told no because it is not their apartment. I asked the lovely receptionist to talk to my booking manager for the apartment to ask him if he could arrange us some linen for the night and he refused to get us any as we needed to let him know in the morning, unfortunately we could not check in until 4pm so didn’t realise until that point that we needed linen. it was 4.30pm so hardly late. I finally managed to persuade the hotel staff to loan us some bed linen at a cost of 80€ for 1 night and an additional refundable deposit of €30, on the understanding that we MUST return the linen back to the hotel reception upon our departure, I presume the hotel and the owner do not have a good working relationship between them. a big thanks to the lady on reception as she really helped us out, we couldn’t have slept in the dirty beds without any clean linen! this is not a 5 star apartment as advertised, it is 2 stars at most. dirty and stained carpets, beds and furniture, we couldn’t wait to check out the following day. I have stayed at sources des Marie previously but in one of their owned apartments. they are much nicer and this is just some shoddy run apartment stuck in the middle of them.

it was not explained that many of the facilities were not included such as the ski locker and the swimming pool, as the apartment is privately owned and not a part of Pierre vacances. Also, it should be made clear that parking in the underground car park is not included and costs 98 euros per week.

location of Source de Marie is good, the apartment is looking to the quiet side.

The information in the offer and description of the property is misleading as the apartment doesn’t have access to the facilities of Source de Marie. we were not allowed to use ski rooms, SPA and pool, reception, and there is no wi-fi, as the owners decided to detach his apartment from the management of the venue (to make more money apparently). The apartment was not cleaned with rubbish in the bins, were not provided with bed linen as per our request, the entrance door is broken.

Position and Common facilities are good.

We were 6 people but there were Just 4 pillows. There Was not wc paper (just 2 pieces) . The apartment is inside a residence complex but property of another owner so receptionist can't help you.
