About this cabin rental
Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful treetop cabin! This cabin combines luxury with rustic elegance. The beautiful fireplace makes for a relaxing, cozy atmosphere. Take in the view of the beautiful Arkansas Grand Canyon from the spacious balcony. You will have the option to relax in an incredible jetted air tub or an amazing waterfall showerhead. With beautiful decor, incredible views, and other luxurious amenities your stay will be unforgettable!
This cabin has an open concept kitchen/dining room and living room, lined with a wall of massive windows to enjoy the stunning views of the Arkansas Grand Canyon. The master bedroom and master bathroom complete this floor. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, as well as a Dish TV. The bathroom is a beautiful space with a jetted air tub and a shower with 3 different shower heads including a waterfall.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom. Outside of the bedroom there is a sitting area with a full sized sleeper sofa. There is a small loft above the bedroom as well.
The balcony has a propane grill (propane provided), a gas firepit (propane provided), dining table and 6 chairs along with an outdoor sofa.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, grilling utensils, toaster, coffee pot, coffee beans/ grinder, filters and some sugar and creamer. We provide all the bed, bath and kitchen linens. There is a washer and dryer for guests use.
The cabin is stocked with dishwasher and laundry detergent as well as dishwashing soap.
You will have access to the entire cabin aside from a few locked cleaning closets for host's use.
We are not on site but we are happy to help you with any questions you may have via phone call, text or email.
This cabin is on the side of the mountain south of Jasper on highway 7. It is secluded from the highway, but it does share a driveway with one of our other cabins.
HOUSE RULES
-Check in time is after 4PM
-Check out time is by 11AM
-Must be honest about number of guests. Additional guests will be charged extra guest fees.
-Quiet time from 10PM-7AM.
-No pets, smoking, fireworks, substance abuse, or ATV use on property.
-Vehicles must stay on designated driveways and parking areas.
-No loud music or noisy partying.
If these policies are broken, you may be charged a minimum fee of $250. Outdoor surveillance in use.
DAMAGES
If there are damages found, you will be subject to a damage fee or, if your reservation included an incidental deposit, Buffalo River Vacations, LLC reserves the right to charge for any damages found.
CANCELLATIONS
Strict - Free cancellation for 48 hours
After that, cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee and Taxes. Cancel up to 30 days before check in for 100% refund minus service fee and taxes. Cancelations less then 14 days prior to check in are no refund.

The property was absolutely beautiful and was stocked with everything you could need. The view from the deck was spectacular. The fresh baked brownies that were waiting for us when we arrived was so delicious!! We cant wait to come back and stay soon!

Spectacular view. You all take great care when thinking about the customers with all the supplies and little touches. They even left a pan of fresh baked brownies with a welcome note. The cabin is in great condition and customer service was wonderful!

The cabin smelled so fresh when we walked in and it was very clean. We had everything we needed during our stay - everything has been well thought out and made convenient for the guests. The porch is very nice and the view is beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! The brownies & chocolates were a very nice treat too :)

We were so excited to stay at this cabin because the pictures made the lodging look so cozy and the view picturesque, but after arriving we realized that the pictures did not do this cabin justice - everything was even better in person! The brownies waiting for us at arrival were an exciting treat that kids (and adults) enjoyed! We cannot wait to plan our next trip!

My son and my new daughter were married in Dover. I rented this cabin for them and even added a day with not much notice. They were amazing to work with and the cabin is just beautiful with breathtaking views. Jordan and Vanessa live in Nebraska so it was all new to her. We stayed here as part of an Ozarks road trip and my family is still talking about how much they enjoyed this cabin. I have high standards for cleanliness and this place was immaculate. The view and peacefulness of the area was more than we expected. The little town of Jasper was beautiful and the everyone we encountered was kind. The cabin feels secluded but is only a short drive to several dining options and a grocery store. The personal touches and snacks provided by the hosts help make it feel very welcoming. We bagged up the rest of the fresh baked brownies to take with us on the next leg of our road trip. As we packed and got ready to leave, we found ourselves wishing we had more time here. Highly recommend!

The whole family had a great time, the house was fun for the kids, every detail in the kitchen was thoughtful, we had everything we needed! Close to multiple hikes in the ozark natl forest. Perfect spring break getaway!

These folks did not scrimp on the details or quality. From the basics of having a comfortable bed and enough hot water to fill the tub! Not to mention the quality of the cabin, the beautiful view and the personal touches from the owner. We have stayed in multiple cabins in the area over the last 30 years, this is one of the best by far.

My wife and I needed a weekend getaway and this place was fabulous! Very nicely decorated and the view is Amazing!! When we arrived the property manager had left us a dish of homemade brownies and the fireplace was lit! We have already made plans to visit the house again next month!! Highly recommend this property!

Booking Fail
For our third stay at this wonderful property, booked 4 months out to celebrate my husband's milestone birthday. Received multiple confirmation communications. En route, requested entry code info and was informed they had double booked the property, and the only available accommodation was a converted building in town without any view at all. While very disappointed, we assumed positive intent until we had to chase down a full refund for months. Ratings for cleanliness and location are for prior stays. Won't ever be back. Buyer beware!

Friends and Us enjoyed everyday. From relaxing in the house and sleeping in to returning to a nice hot shower after long day hikes. Had everything we needed and more. The snacks were perfect for our hiking days and the brownies. OMG the brownies are so delicious!!! Every time we return we will want to stay here.

Friends and Us enjoyed everyday. From relaxing in the house and sleeping in to returning to a nice hot shower after long day hikes. Had everything we needed and more. The cabin is filled with thoughtful touches from warm brownies upon arrival to the water, coffee, and snacks basket. Lots of little details like the chocolates on the bed and little shampoos. Amazing view to have dinner outside on the patio. Even with the neighboring cabin being occupied, it was super quiet and serene!

It was tastefully decorated for Christmas, which we greatly appreciated. All in all, another wonderful experience!

Great stay at Mountain Crest Treetop Cabin
We three ladies (mom and 2 daughters) stayed 4 nights. Were seeking a relaxing place to stay with beautuful view. This cabin delivered! I had previously stayed here with my husband and another couple, our best friends. Both stays were all we could wish for. Beautiful cabin and very clean. Enjoyed eating at local restaurants in Jasper and Harrison. Lillie Hobbs Mercantile was a favorite lunch location. Delicious food and sweet treats! Plan on returning to stay here again next year.
