About this apartment rental

Our home is centrally located in the charming hilltop neighborhood of Mt. Adams, just about a mile from downtown Cincinnati, 3 short blocks from The Monastery Event Center, and an 8-minute walk from The View. The two-bedroom apartment (one king bed and one queen bed) is the entire first floor/separate unit of our well-tended two-family home with a private entrance and courtyard. We live in the upper unit. Amenities include wifi, Youtube TV & Netflix, Keurig & coffee pods, dishwasher, and hair dryer. Designated parking for one car is available on the street directly in front of the apartment.

We are within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, the Playhouse in the Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum, beautiful Eden Park, and the Krohn Conservatory. The apartment is less than 1.5 miles to Fountain Square, the Reds and Bengals Stadiums, the DORA (Designated Outside Recreation Area), and the riverfront parks and restaurants. Music Hall, the shops, restaurants, theaters, and bars of historic Over-the-Rhine, Washington Park, and the Hard Rock Casino are all within a 5-minute drive. The University of Cincinnati and Xavier University are within 4 miles, as are most of the area's many fine hospitals, including Children's Hospital Medical Center. We welcome families with children and have everything you need for your baby - wooden crib, stroller, and high chair. The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens and Newport Aquarium are both about a 10-minute drive.

This is a beautiful house in a fantastic old neighborhood. Several bars and restaurants you can easily walk to. It’s a short Uber ride to downtown, the river area and the ballpark. We would definitely stay here again and probably will next time we are in town for a baseball game.

We had a fantastic visit to Cincinnati made even more special by staying at Mt Adams. The rooms were so clean and the extra touches, like snacks and cold drinks, useful items in the bathroom were much appreciated.

We loved our stay in Laura & Mark's vacation rental on the first floor of their home with a private entrance. Comfortable king-size bed in large bedroom (didn't use the second bedroom). Property was spotless and had everything we needed as well as amenities that we didn't expect such as a plentiful assortment of Keurig coffee pods. Also enjoyed the peaceful outdoor space. Parking spot provided right in front of the house. Our hosts were very helpful suggesting excellent restaurants & bars in the area. Everything was within a comfortable walking distance from the property so we never needed to move our car until we checked out. Would definately stay again when back in the Cincinnati area.

The property was unique, clean and very well appointed. Enjoyed walking around Mount Adams and checking out the cool architecture of the neighborhood and views of the Ohio river and downtown, views and restaurants within easy walking distance. Met both hosts and they were lovely. Look forward to a future stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Mark and Laura’s beautiful home. It truly feels as if you’re a guest in their home, as opposed to just renting a place to sleep for the night. They’ve thought of everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I enjoyed having coffee on the patio, which is also super cute and welcoming at night. I also enjoyed exploring the quaint neighborhood of Mt Adams. Highly recommend!

Property had everything we had anticipated and then some. Clean with plenty of inside space and each room met or exceeded our expectation. Great outside entertainment space with their side courtyard that we took advantage . Only issue we had was our connection to internet. We made it work. We would stay there again. Thank you.

My friends and I came for a concert at Riverbend. The location was only a short drive away. The home was so lovely with all the amenities of home. The host was very communicative and welcoming! Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been using VRBO properties for years and nothing was ever this nice. Clean, comfortable and incredibly well stocked with everything you need. Laura is an amazing host who thought of everything and anything you might need, Quiet neighborhood so slept great. Not walkable to downtown but so easy to drive there (and anywhere else). There are restaurants within walking distance. In a word, fantastic.

This house is absolutely adorable, they have thought of every detail. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, snacks, and drinks to get you started. The place is spotless, the beds are very comfortable, and there are plenty of extra towels, blankets, and linens. The patio is inviting with cute decorations, lights, and plenty of seating. Mt Adams is very quaint and the house is within walking distance to several bars and restaurants. The dedicated parking space is so convenient. The delightful owners live upstairs and are very friendly. I can’t recommend this property enough. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.

The apartment is very well maintained. Very clean and organized. The owners were great to communicate with. We plan on coming back and staying again, hopefully longer next time. There is one parking space reserved so that helps since it’s a narrow street with limited parking. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay.

We have stayed at this property several times, it's our home away from home while visiting Cincinnati. Very well stocked with all the necessities and the beds are super comfy. It's in a great location with good restaurants within walking distance and close to downtown. Great communication with our hosts. Nice, spacious floorplan, quiet (landlord lives upstairs), immaculate cleanliness, nicely decorated, two bedrooms not adjacent, plenty of natural light, parking in front of house, quiet neighborhood, only local traffic (minimal), landlord friendly and accommodating. full kitchen. Will stay again.

Laura was so friendly and accommodating to my mother as she stayed in Mt Adams for my daughter’s wedding. There were some snacks to great us when we arrived. The location is within walking distance of some fun eating establishments. I would highly recommend!

We were in town to celebrate our Son’s birthday. Second time staying I’m here but won’t be the last. Beautiful home, perfect location in Mt Adams located near restaurants, bars and the UDF to grab anything we might need. Stayed recently for a long weekend visiting our daughter at the University of Cincinnati and I would absolutely recommend this property to others. Communication with the owners was excellent, we were even greeted at the curb when we pulled up. Of all recent trips to Cincy, this property definitely tops the list. The apartment was spotless and exactly as advertised. Great neighborhood to explore on foot with restaurants, bars and coffee shops w/in a quick 5-10 minute walk. Don't miss the awesome view overlooking the river at the top of the hill. Our family has 3+ years of trips to Cincinnati ahead and we will definitely look here first when planning our return. It was a great trip from beginning to end!

The property is large, quiet, and beautifully appointed. Laura and Mark are great hosts, friendly but unobtrusive. Laura greeted us when we arrived, and waved us off when I texted to say we were leaving. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the Cincinnati area for any reason.

We had an amazing stay at Laura and Mark's place. The apartment is cozy and the neighborhood is walkable (it's on a hill) - the walk to Downtown Cincinnati is about 20 minutes downhill. Laura and Mark are also great people (they even put in some drinks and small snacks and recommended restaurants and events to us. I would definitely recommend and come back to this place!

We really enjoyed this apartment in the quaint area of Mount Adams. It was so clean and Laura had some nice extra touches for us on arrival. It was an easy downhill walk to downtown although the walk back up the Mt Adams steps may not be for everyone. Very easy check-in and out, I would highly recommend if you are coming to Cincinnati.

It was our second visit to this adorable place! Great location in charming Mt. Adams. Love walking around the neighborhood and Eden Park. We even walked to and from Great American Ballpark (totally doable if you don’t mind a lot of stairs). Mark and Laura’s place is so quaint and has everything you need. We appreciated all the little extras. The cute patio is great for morning coffee or evening drinks. Looking forward to another visit in the future!

Highly recommend! Wonderful hosts, property and area to visit. We walked to the stadium for the Reds vs Padres and then enjoyed the lovely neighborhood! I will stay here again!

We were able to get away for a quick trip with our grandkids and enjoy some fun in and around Cinci. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the Mt Adams neighborhood. The house was very clean. We appreciated having plenty of extra blankets and towels. The king bed was very comfortable. Communication was very good. The location was very convenient to getting to fun activities.
