Zentral, laut, freundlich

Das große Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte neues Mobiliar vertragen. Das Haar im Waschbecken ließ sich problemlos entfernen. Da an einer Hauptstraße gelegen auch nachts laut. Andererseits nur wenige Gehminuten zum Dom und der Altstadt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sauberkeit (Bad) na ja. Straßenlärm, Preis (Erfurt ist nicht Berlin, oder?)

Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurz-Städtetrip

Preis-Leistung war wirklich gut. Schöne Zimmer

Die Parksituation ist schwierig, allerdings haben wir den letzten Parkplatz auf dem Hof ergattert, der Frühstücksraum ist leider zu voll. Bei gutem Betrieb, ist kein durchkommen, leider defekter Duschschlauch! Das hätte bei der Reinigung auffallen sollen

Das Hotel braucht eine Hand, die Atmosphäre ins Hotel bringt.

Die Anbindung: Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür.

Zwei Nächte ok, Augen zu und durch. Preis viel zu hoch!

Für zwei Nächte gerade annehmbar, gutes Frühstück und ruhige Lage. Das Bett war ok.

Wie der Name sagt" Alt Erfurt" ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. In dem Zimmer im 4.Stock, wo ich übernachtete, waren lose Fliesen im Bad, teilweise Schmutz an den Wänden und lose Wandleisten.

Insgesamt enttäuschend

Das Frühstück war gut aber mit 15 Euro zu teuer

Licht im Bad ging nicht, Mobiliar ist sehr altbacken, Mitarbeiter überfordert und genervt.

Nicht zu empfehlen für diese Preisklasse…

Nichts musste sogar anderes Gebäude weil alle Zimmer belegt und komischerweise war meine Reservierung rein gekommen…. Und waren überfordert !!!

Es war provisorisch sauber gemacht kein wc Papier, es gab ein Wasserkocher und zwei Tassen aber kein Kaffee kein Zucker einfach nichts…. Sehr teuer für das was es bietet!!!

I’ve chosen this hotel multiple times as it is cheap and central. The rooms are comfortable.

Staying here in the summer time was unfortunately not as comfortable because the rooms were extremely hot and there is no air condition. A small fan was provided but the room felt like a sauna.

the location is good, the room adequate, everything is recently renovated and kept in good shape, BUT there was an ungodly smell from the canal in the bathroom which permeated even the room thru a closed door.

lovely old hotel comfortable

arrived late 1800 reception closed so they gave me a safe code out in the yard for my key. when I got there so dark couldn’t see properly no envelope waiting in safe with my name with keys. asked lady who was trying to get dog indoors she mumbled something and then came back with a key for me and when I tried to show my passport and ask for a map etc she just mumbled and went back inside . apparently she was the owner! the next day I was told I had a double room the wrong room and I would have to move my stuff into a single room up the corridor as the hotel was full and the owner had got it wrong! the reception was only open for limited hours again I tried to show the passport but he wasn’t interested. he said breakfast was15 euro and i could pay on the last day. I wasn’t paying 15 euro for breakfast . I had booked through booking.com and as I use them all the time assumed the bill was sorted as I had recently updated my credit card with them after 3 years of no travel. next thing the hotel is telling me o haven’t paid! I had left at 0630 to catch train and again reception wasn’t open. had to leave key on floor outside locked reception. then they are txting me as I am on the train with intermittent Wi-Fi and then trying to check in and saying I haven’t paid and they were sure I wanted to sort it out and didn’t want to escalate the situation! I have never not paid in my life. I sent my card details twice and they said they had not received them as it probably went straight to booking.com and their virtual assistan t jept saying they’d get back to me in24 hours. the hotel kept saying they hadn’t been paid and could I send my credit card details via their email address . in the end I gave in but not happy as not sure if secure and what happened to my details the twice I sent via booking.com website ? I hope they haven’t been compromised .

No hostels in Erfurt but this was extremely cheap, really close to the city center and the facility was actually really nice and room was much bigger than I expected.

The bed was really uncomfortable!

Great value, central location, good to explore the city by foot. Comfy with a yummy breakfast offer.

The place and its small yard front of the Hotel. Close to city tran.

Not so much clean . But acceptable for short stay.
