Great place would recommend to everyone definitely stay here again

Great location, clean and my room had a kettle and fridge. Top floor bar/restaurant is a must. Good view and lovely food, like pizza and burgers. Recommend.

Felt a bit unwell one evening and the downstairs restaurant couldn’t even supply a few slices of toast or a piece of fresh fruit like a banana. Lovely chicken soup but pricey bottle of water!

Disgusting experience.

The 'Mughchi'' restaurant is the only thing you can choose this hotel for. The location was alright, situated in front of river Yamuna. However, if you think, opting for the 'Taj view' room is worth it, you will literally have to search the monument through the window—just a little glimpse amidst other houses.

Staying here was worthless. * Although it is 'no credit card required' and 'pay at the property,' the hotel called me and mailed me asking for 50% advance to confirm the booking because they couldn't directly charge me. (they also wrote, If I do not pay, they will cancel) * While we stayed for two days, there was no hot water in the washroom. (calls were unattended) * We called in asking for drinking water 6 times but no water was sent. When we spotted a staff member in the lobby, we requested for water. All he replied was, "80 rs lagega." Did nobody teach them hospitality. After asking several times, no water was provided. * There was some Sufi concert upstairs on forth floor that the rooftop. It started around 10 and continued till 4 am. After 1 am the Sufi songs suddenly turned into some rock ones with high bass and unbearable sound. It was so horrendous, nobody from my family could sleep well. * When we asked to check the rooftop restaurant, we were told, "5000 minimum charge hai per couple." I wonder if no trainining was provided to this staff or they were trained to say the price first like street hoppers?

Location, Room, Taj View, Local vehicle connectivity, etc was great.

Restautant where vegetarian and Non-vegetarian were together. It should / must be kept separately so Pure Vegetarian People can enjoy they food at property. Unfortunately because of that we had dinner outside.

very cool bar on the roof, and room is fine.

after an issue with the room, and being woken to see if we wanted to move one staff member couldn’t care less about after we didn’t receive the taj view room we booked. and tried to turn the responsibility onto us. (dj was playing at the bar until 12:30am and the bass was shaking the bed. this was on a Thursday night fyi

Overall the hotel and its staff us wonderful....location, hospitality etc but I feel it slightly over priced around 20%... Needless to say it was good experience...

There is nothing to complain about except for tariffs...Everything went well... staff was good 👍🏻 keep it up

Gave efficient heater on demand.

Demanded to pay extra money for traditionaly complimentary bottle of water on check out in the morning while we were in hurry to airport. No windows in many rooms. Far from actual entrance to the airport 2-3 km. Early morning you will need time finding the car to get there.

Disappointing

Close to Taj west gate 8mins .... Drive opp yamuna river on the main road....

1. We selected two single beds separate room as per booking.,com, they vehemently refused saying the website is not updated and that they donot have such rooms. Finally after an hour of arguing they did do it. 2. Their front desk is rude and slow 3. The room had no window hence it was claustrophobic.

I booked the place to get to see the Taj from the rooftop. They don’t let you on that level if you won’t buy anything. The breakfast manager was so rude. They played music from 9pm to 2 am daily during my visit! The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear everything! Too noisy to have some rest.

Worst hotel,don't go don't bad management

never stay money wasted,bad staff uncleaned room broken shower,100rs for baddest coffee ever,serving broken cups,no quick room service,worst parking,valet not available all times

Everything ,wasted money on small room jyst for view but due to so much fog there we couldn't see taj mahal till 12-1pm.terrace bar club noises uptill 2am couldnt sleep well so irritating also smell in corridor and room.
