Quite disappointing and poor value for money. Over hyped property & food. Staff too need to be more

Over hyped property, location & food. Everything was average or just above average. Not value for money at all.

Despite our request, the rooms were not adjacent / opposite each other though it could have easily been done.

Fabulous location and service but avoid room 1

Location is heavenly, must be quietest place in India! That is other than on a religious holiday. Walking the immediate neighbourhood was superb. The garden and views are delightful. Staff were fabulous. So interested in your enjoyment and well bring. Restaurant crew especially Raju were great. Manager was always checking on us and arranging outings for us with their excellent driver. Restaurant was superb but I stuck to Indian cuisine. My wife had some disappointment with other Asian food being too spicy (but staff happily replaced).

Our room. Room 1 opens off the entry lobby so exposed to all passing through the lobby. Above all its noisy from reception, restaurant directly above and cycle parking outside the window. Also hotel is crowded on holiday weekend with visitors to restaurant which was very busy during the day.

Simply fabulous!!! Made my daughter’s 18th birthday very special

Everything about the property exceeded my expectations. Vikram and Arjun took such great care. The entire staff and their service was excellent. They have a great set of professionals who love what they are doing. They made fabulous arrangements for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Thank you so much For taking such good care of us.

The location and food were excellent. Slightly expensive but gentry is great. Staff was super helpful.

Lovely property, but make sure you get a room with a view

Beautiful property in a great location

Could have been cleaner. Also we weren’t given the rooms that we specifically booked via booking.com Had to wait a long time for check-in and then shift rooms as we were given the wrong rooms.

Food is superb , staff are very courteous.

As it's a heritage property, rooms doesn't have direct hill view, don't go for room no. 1 and 2 they opens directly at reception and view is of parking . But they do have open area for hill view.

not worth the money.

the property was cold, no heating anywhere even though it was 7 Degrees outside. the restaurant was always cold as was the food. when mentioned to staff they didn’t do or say anything.

Landour trip was awesome due to stay in Rokeby Manor.

Location, room cleanliness, safety( important as I was a solo traveller). Also liked the library and hot water bag given every day.

May be instead of single bed, double queen size can be provided . Though room had a cozy and comfortable feeling.

We enjoyed our breakfasts at Rokeby Manor. Emily's, with its long verandah-style seating area, its library, and its terrace over the porch, was beautifully situated.

All four of us loved our stay because of the serenity.

Very attentive staff. Great breakfast. Loved the heritage feel.Having tea in the Tea Garden overlooking the valley was lovely.

One of our rooms opened into the reception lobby which was noisy throughout the first night. They changed the room to our satisfaction the next day. I do understand though that this is a heritage property and not originally built for a hotel.

Overall a lovely experience, even though the rooms are a tad bit expensive.

It was great to sit out in the sun and eat breakfast. Beautiful views and very relaxing.

I wish the bakery items were better prepared. For the price that the hotel charges the breakfast was just okay - not that great.

Lovely property

Lovely staff, fantastic views in an incredibly peaceful environment. Rooms and bed very cozy and comfortable. My stay at Rokeby was wonderful.

The restaurant was good (no complaints), but a bit more simple compared to the rest of the place.

The aesthetics of the entire property, the goodness of the staff, the quality of the food (especially breakfast) and the charm of Landour captured in every nook and cranny of Rokeby.
