Clean, modern, comfortable and spacious with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms.
It’s all great. Wish check out could be noon but overall it’s worth it.

the style of the room had a fire place
one of the hot tubs were out of service.

The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and tubing, but the tubing had been moved to a new location and it was a disaster.
The room wasn't the right size accommodation for what we booked-there was 2 beds for 6 people. We were charged double than the price advertised. They did not have any more towels after the 4 that they gave our party of 6, so wound up using 4 wet POOL towels to shower with They were unhelpful, unaccomodating and had an "I don't care attitude". There was literally no front desk, just a girl with a table and computer. The hallways looked as though they were doing some renovation on the walls, but the walls in the hallways were missing the bottom half of wall (water damage? termites??), no explanation given. The tubing that we paid for had been moved to a terrible new location without letting us know and we wound up making the best of it, but it was not what you would expect from a resort.
It was not a good experience, would not recommend and will not go back.

went there to take my kids rubbing and honestly it was the biggest let dow. of a tubbing hill for the price of it.

location is awesome,
rooms, jacuzzi, swimming pool outside were pretty clean
the resort has apartment with full kitchen and plates, glasses, so we brought a lot of food with us
nice bar on the second floor of the lodge
some rooms upstairs had constructions during the night - 1am. We complained to the management twice in one night to make it stop
overpriced
crowded lunch places, not much variety of food on the first floor, no latte, cappuccino machine
no lockers on the first floor of the hotel for ski gear - need to take everything on the room with you
no places to change wet swim suit after outside jacuzzi or swim pool
no ropes

The location and size of the room were great. It was slope side and that was a huge plus.
From the beginning of check in, the front desk receptionist was unpleasant and condescending. We had booked a room with three beds and a pull out couch, and she stated that she couldn’t promise us that room and it was due to an error with booking.com and they should have never advertised the room for 8 people when it’s 6 people maximum. When we asked for an additional room or cot for the remaining 2 people in our party without a bed, she said she could not help us or provide any discount for the confusion. We had asked for towels, towel service is outsourced and she didn’t know when we could get new towels… so we had to reuse same ones for the pool and whenever we wanted to shower. Everytime we asked a question or a service, she was not helpful… and if it weren’t for a shuttle driver overhearing my question and offering his help to get to a restaurant we wouldn’t even know that service was available when we were having difficulty getting to a restaurant.

Location
The rooms were very old, dusty and the carpet smells very bad. Also, last night the building was flooded

our shower wasn’t working and there was no staff around to help us out after 8pm.

Room was huge, and had everything I needed - full kitchen with all cooking utensils, dishwasher, etc. plus a lovely living room area with fireplace, bathroom with separate bath and shower, and massive bed (plus balcony!). I was there for a Spartan race and location was super convenient, but meant I didn't get to explore much of the rest of the hotel. Underground parking garage was easily accessible, and staff in lobby were all very nice and helpful.
Pretty minor - towels could be fluffier, and hotel decor could be updated (though did very much feel like a cozy ski chalet, so may have been a conscious choice).

The stay at Mountain Creek resort was horrible. I booked a 2 bedroom suite which ended up to be in another off site location called Black Creek Sanctuary which was about 0.5 mile away. Not on same site at Mountain Creek. The entire 2 floor home was very outdated and smelled horribly of mold. The smell was so bad it made my family and I nauseous. I was afraid my asthmatic child was going to have an attack from the strong scent of mold. I contacted the front desk and the receptionist offered to send maintenance over with an air freshener, by the time they arrived I had already drove to the local Acme to purchase air fresheners. When maintenance arrived my husband stated they wouldn’t even come in but instead handed him an empty bottle of Lysol spray. However I must say that the receptionist was very understanding and very sweet she apologized numerous times and when I stated I wanted to cut our vacation short and leave first thing in the morning, she agreed to only charge us for the one night. The entire place was filthy I was even afraid to sit on the couch. The freezer had strands of hair in it, there were cobwebs in the bathrooms and the fridge had a leak which wet our food overnight. The beds were horrible and the television in the room did not work. There was no Wi-Fi and the other TV in the living room had about 3 channels total. Totally disappointed. Will never stay again!
This was our first time at Mountain Creek and we did not have a great experience. The only fun time was the zip lining because the crew were very funny and made the experience great. The mountain biking was fun for my husband and kids but very pricey.

The location was wonderful, the customer service was wonderful, and the ease of booking was wonderful!! I had people who have mobility issues and the layout of the space was wonderful!
It would have been nice to have some furniture on the back porch so that we could sit out as it was a beautiful weekend.
