It's walking distance to the Notre Dame campus and minutes away from dining, shopping, entertainment, grocery and everything else South Bend and Mishawaka have to offer!

Chip and Kathleen truly care about their property and the guests that stay at their home. It was spotless, the property immaculate and their attention to detail not lost on us. We stay at many VRBO properties and this one is at the top of our list. The owners reached out to us to make sure everything was OK. We had one question which was answered very quickly. We hope to stay here upon our return to Southbend!

The house was very clean! The host provided snacks and bottled water even left for pizza in the freezer. I was very satisfied with my two days staying in his home. I would recommend a lot of people for this house.

We loved our stay -the house is in a safe neighborhood, and was very clean and well decorated. We will definitely stay here again! We really appreciated the oatmeal packets as we didn’t have it in us to walk (or Uber) to a grocery store to buy breakfast food after walking 7 miles all over ND campus (as we toured the school for college decision time) — THANK YOU!!!

We were very impressed with the accommodations. They were exactly as stated and everything went very smoothly! If we are in South Bend again next year for a swim meet, we will definitely stay here again! Thanks Chip for great communication!

In a good safe neighborhood close enough to walk to Notre Dame. Adult son & his wife took bedroom with queen bed. I took one of the two twin beds in the other room. The one bathroom is pretty small, but we managed to make it work. Large dining area. Kitchen has most anything you'd need to eat in, except a dishwasher (i became the designated "dishwasher"). Appreciated the water bottles, coffee and snacks. Would book again.

Great little gem of a house with a lovely backyard! Nicely decorated,very clean and wonderfully organized! Especially appreciated was the step by step directions on how to work the TV and the delicious ground coffee that was provided for us to use! We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

The home was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The host was great and welcomed us with thoughtful and delicious snacks. We stayed at the property for our daughter’s graduation and it was conveniently located near campus. We will definitely look to book this property again for our future visits to Notre Dame.

Perfect spot for a weekend stay in South Bend to visit our college sons. Close to campus, clean, all the comforts of a home, all the conveniences of a hotel. Kitchen was well appointed, and extra touches like travel size toiletries, coffee and breakfast snacks, and nice pillows made our stay extra pleasant. Grateful!

We highly recommend this property! For a relatively small home the owners make great use of the space inside and the yard is amazing! The home is very well kept, extremely clean, warm and welcoming. Super close to Notre Dame we were at the Joyce Center for a week long event. Proactive owner who contacted me after noticing an potential A/C issue. Stayed in communication. While we didn’t use the outdoor area like I had hopped it was exactly as pictured. I would recommend.

This home is perfect for families visiting South Bend. The hosts have created a welcoming, comfortable space and thought of every little thing that instantly make you feel "at home". The hosts have gone above and beyond to make this home perfect. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a dishwasher, but other than that this has everything you could want.

I can to visit my son who is in college here. I had planned to stay 5 days but had to extend my stay for 3 days due weather issues. Chip was so kind and accommodating. This home is wonderful! Any little thing you didn’t remember they have in this home. There is also snacks, coffee, creamer and the home is very comfortable. Will stay again when coming to visit again!

Our stay was amazing! Great home in a great location. The house was stocked with so many supplies that we didn’t expect: all bathroom toiletries, coffee and creamer and even a log for the fire pit! Chip was wonderful with communication and information. Will definitely stay here again when we come to visit our son.

This house has the perfect location! Close to stores, restaurants and Notre Dame! Check in was seamless! Several amenities that added to a very pleasant stay! We loved using the grill and fire pit as well! We highly recommend this adorable house in a very quiet neighborhood!

The house is located in a cute, safe neighborhood very close to the Notre Dame campus. The hosts thought of every little thing to make our stay comfortable and make us feel like home. I really appreciated that the house was clean and matched the description and pictures. We loved the backyard and fire pit. So many nice little touches and positives. We will definitely be back!

We loved the house and the location. It was great to be able to walk to the game. Our interactions with Chip were great. Everything went well. We would definitely stay there again. Perfect for a family or smaller group.
