Fabulous stay with friends.

The property was very spacious for 3 of us - bed was very comfortable. Balcony area was lovely and outdoor hot tub was just fabulous- a nighttime dip was lovely - I would definitely recommend. It is right in the centre of the old town - it was a little loud the first night but it didn’t keep me up and I thought it would be much worse considering it is directly in the centre . The staff was lovely and very accommodating

Pleasant enough.

Excellent location and overall very clean.

Reliable hot water. It ran out quickly, staff responded when mentioned but looking at past reviews this seems to be a consistent issue. The rooftop access is nice but it’s not a jacuzzi but a jetted tub and again, the hot water runs out quickly.

the lights in the hall way turn on and off ALL NIGHT LONG. since the room has a big window high up on the ceiling connect to the hallway, the hallways light brightens the room when it turns on. it is very hard to sleep like this and it’s kinda creepy, too.

Perfect Stay

I loved the location. I loved the view from my hotel balcony. I loved the hot tub on the roof. I loved the Nespresso machines in the room. I loved the comfort of the beds. I loved the room itself and the decor. I felt so safe here as a solo female traveler.

Nice location and facilities, communication could be improved.

1. Location was great as it's near old town but not in the busy streets. 2.Also the place was clean and was regularly cleaned throughout the stay. 3. Bed was also comfortable and was even given a bottle of wine.

We chose the budget double room. It was good for us but not great if you are claustrophobic. It was more like box room style but there is a window to allow air and make you feel space is more open. Also we were initially told that a taxi would be booked for us from the airport and then going back to the airport but on both occasions, we had to go to the taxi rank and get one. It was a bit tricky as not all taxis have a card machine set up. It would have been nicer to be told that we can just get our own taxi before we flew into Chania than saying we did have taxis booked.

A must stay!

Perfect and sacred location in Old Chania Town. Everything about my stay was great. I loved the interior design with all its decorative wares. The hot tub and roof terrace we're an added bonus, great to start and end the day with. I'm still reminiscing!. I had my best night sleep in this room, the mattress was so so comfy and the linen super soft.

Bed is super comfy. Good location, easy access to the old town. Enjoyed our hot tub on the rooftop, nice view. The host is friendly. Strongly recommended for city break.

So central and next to an amazing restaurant Ellatia..we benefitted from an upgrade by owner to a more spacious and lovely apartment with private terrace. Chania was wonderful and this property in the old town was really lovely

Would be a bit noisy for some given where it was but for us vibrant, safe and easy access to everywhere you d want to see n experience in Chania

It’s worth paying for the diamond suite with private outdoor jacuzzi!

Amazing location in centre of town In a busy location but was still quiet and you could not hear the street. Hot tub is a lovely touch and has a very nice view. Welcoming and friendly host Great shower

Room advertised as having a kitchenette when actually was just a fridge and kettle - this was important to us as we were travelling as a family. Iron but no ironing board. Nespresso machine but they don’t give you any pods. Check-in process- no reception, you have to call them and wait for them to come. Overall a nice enough place but not good value for money.

Great location and incredible staff

Beautiful building and rooms in centre of old town. Fabulous roof terrace with hot tub. Any issues were dealt with immediately. Highly recommend. If we come back we would not hesitate booking there again.

Excellent Location; Jacuzzi never worked

The location is great! Super easy to get everywhere. 2mins from the Venetian Harbour and from the Old town. Also, very close to the Bus station with hourly buses everywhere. The room was okay: good size comfortable bed and lovely small balcony. Even though, the room was facing the main street it felt quiet. The taxi service from and to the airport was easy and quick to book.

We booked this because of the jacuzzi which never worked! Super disappointing. We tried 3 times and there was no hot water, which also affected the hot water in the room bathroom. We had to wait 1hour or so everytime until we could shower. We asked for help but nothing really was done. Also, the jacuzzi is in the rooftop and the space is shared with the other room. The towels don't get changed often and also there were poor quality. Don't expect much help or advise; many promises but never get back to you.

Beautiful room with extremely helpful staff in a lovely location 👏

Very comfy beds in a beautiful room, with all the amenities needed. Betty was a fantastic help, she went out of her way to help us with all our queries. Perfectly located in the Old Town of Chania, 2 minute walk to the seaside port.
