Comfort nice location. king bed was amazing best nights sleep in a long time! If I could I would like to know what exact mattress and firmness was in E01 thank you!
Noisy when emptying dumpsters you could hear people moving carts in the paved walkways no TV in guest bedroom

Nonrefundable despite being uninhabitable due to no power or water and bridges drawn during Ian so no access was available and will not rebook as stated. Very disappointing.

First of all, we were sent an email with instructions of which I could not get into on line. Also, there were NO directions on where the unit was. Very confusing after a long day of air travel. Light outside was not on. No One at the resort to assist so someone at the property office helped us get in. Very upsetting!!! The washer did not work and resort man replaced it, toaster did not work, no instructions for anything, light/fan in guest bedroom did not work, 1/4 inch dust in guest bedrooms. Those beds are awful and need new mattresses plus there was mold in the shower area.
Read above!!!
The unit is in terrible condition!!!!! TV’s too small plus awkward in Master bedroom.

not much at all, but if I had to choose the best part I would say the kitchen the nicest/cleanest part
plumbing problems (master tub doesn’t drain fast enough to keep the water out of the tub while showering), giant hair ball in tub drain, broken shower curtain/liner/rod with holes and stains, small master toilet/shower area, peeling paint, small tv’s and only one useable, parking two buildings away, closets dirty or with exposed wiring, minimal places to hang wet towels/suits, missing smoke detectors, unpainted wall/ceiling repairs, stained ceilings, pull out bed had no bedding and mattress and multiple stains, pullout couch would not go back in, entire pullout couch/sectional was in poor condition, worm/centipede type creature crawled out from under refrigerator and plenty more

The landscaping was beautiful and the location was close to many things. There were plenty of towels. We found it very relaxing.
The mattress were old and the sheets on the king bed didn't fit well. We didn't spend much time in bed so that wasn't a huge problem.

Good location on the intracoastal waterway with a great pier. Pool was warm enough to enjoy. Nice to have pickleball court. Plenty of towels provided for pool use. Kitchen was supplied with great pots and pans and silverware. Great ice maker in freezer. Large closet in bedroom.
This property was outdated and badly in need of repairs. The glass tabletop was impractical for a rental. The couch was broken down and torn. The foldout bed was disgusting and unusable. The master bedroom/bathroom had no towel bars or hooks. The pictures on the wall were partially hidden by the headboard which showed a lack of care and concern. The shower door in guest bathroom was off the track and the air vent looked moldy. The patio door did not slide easily. The dryer was rusted. The washer did not spin dry correctly and the clothes had to be wrung out by hand. The dishwasher detergent compartment did not dispense the soap completely.

Great location. Beautiful condo. Close to beaches and places my family live. We visited Siesta Key beach, Turtle beach, Cortez beach, and Venice beach. Adequate linens & kitchenware. Appreciated the beach chairs left for use.
The spin cycle did not work on the washing machine. Washed a load of clothes and had to wring the water out by hand. Took the rest to a family member's house when needed to do laundry. Also found tiny ants in the living room area any time we sat drinks on the coffee table. Found out the day we left we were to have had a designated parking space & sticker, instead of parking in visitor spots.

Everything else was excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The only problem I had was the washing machine ruined 2 of my brand new clothing items!!

The pros, it was very pretty inside and decorated nicely. First glance i was very happy with what i received. This was a downstairs (i didnt know it was a condominium lol) the closets were huge! The bed was super comfy.
Over all it was ok, and i would stay here again in a pinch.
The parking was kinda hard to get in and out of. Didnt have hot water for 3 days. Fridge was disgusting, hot water heater thing blew sparks at one point. Remotes had no batteries, barley any channels on the tv that weren’t Spanish, washing machine didnt work correctly (had to stop it to switch the cycles manually, and it sounded pretty scary like it was going to take off with a small load in it), def not walking distance to the beach, some of the doors were not in good shape.

Not much to like about this property
The unit is supper old and outdated, was not clean at all, hair where in a lot of places.
The horrible part is that they have closets under lock but those doors just felt off of the hinges, and we have 1 year old and 3 year old just waking around, so that was scary part. Location not is far away from everything, there is no short access to the beach, technically you need to drive to main siesta key beach because small beac access doesn’t have enough parking spaces.
For the price it probably can make 2 stars but rest of it it’s just 1start
We are saying it from experience as we coming to siesta key few times a year, and travel a lot other places
The washer machine was just flying around and making noise as you next to airplane
Will share some pictures later

There was something wrong with the washer and dryer and the master bathroom shower was plugged
3.0 / 10.0
The pool was heated.
Everything else. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, the AC was broken, it is not walking distance to the beach. It also doesn’t sleeps six comfortably. The pull out couch was a joke, no one could ever sleep there.

It was clean and had comfortable beds. It also has most things needed to make it through a vacation stay
There was less than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no dish soap or cleaning supplies. So we had to go purchase it which was fine but I expected toilet paper to be included the stay of the room.
