Nice location
Shower cubical floors were dirty and slimy.
There was definitely no view which it was supposed to have.
Windows wouldn't open, and there was a ceiling vent fan that loudly blew freezing air into the room intermittently and there was no way to turn it off

I loved how friendly the staff was! Francisco was so kind and helpful and amenable! They were next level hosts! It was a lovely stay and I can’t wait to go back

Location is great..Everyone was friendly
No one told ss there was acontinental breakfast No one cleaned our room.Light was broken. Lunch there was unacceptable. They were out of everything and it took 2hrs to make it The office closed up no one to call if needed to. Disappointed as this could be a really great place with more care and upkeep.

No tv in the room. The room needs updating.

Location private and beautiful
Rooms filthy and not attended to. No early check in and then annoying phone call to tell you about the resort you were turned away from. Front desk staff need lots of training.

Going home.
There is too much to say. Honest, owners should sell to a group that cares. There is nothing I can say that will at all come close to helping these people. I stayed here last year so I knew what to expect but unfortunately instead of getting better things got much worse.

The pool was great. Lunch was decent but the portion for what you pay, not too great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bartender Jose was awesome!!
The place on the whole could use a good cleaning. And touch up paint. Also this was a holiday weekend they could have had some more activities.

The silent location.
Upon arrival, we were given room "19". After entering, discovered the room was not at all up to standards, VERY tiny and had no basics such as microwave or coffee maker. The bathroom door was a giant piece of wood that slid back and forth and the tub had spiders in it. To make things even more weird, the "fire tv" located Inside room was propped up on top on a chair, not on stand or mount. The firestick was missing so the TV would not work. Even the staff sent to check it out stated "I don't know why they have it on the chair still, I told them to hang them up" grabbing his head in disbelief. After making some calls, we were now being moved.
We spoke to staff who then switched our room to room "25" because the "TV worked" in that room, not that it was much cleaner. This would've been an "upgrade" if the room we were moved to didn't have a SMALLER TV (mounted this time) and we went from a queen size in room 19 to now a full bed in room 25. The carbon monoxide detector alarm kept going off loudly after EVERY shower. I overheard one guest explaining how the staff told him a trick to flush the toilet because his didnt work...nor did ours not flushung all the way!! Just all around laziness to ensure quests are comfortable upon their stay. I along with person I came with witnessed front desk staff lie to a couple and tell them the manager wasn't there (afrer going to back TO speak with manager in clear site of us) when they complained the rooms weren't clean enough. I've never Heard a deaf person speak so clearly when I tell you the man was beyond angry and waved hands in air to staff yelling and I quote "KEEP THE MONEY". Their idea of Cleaning was to send someone up with new sheets, nothing else. This clearly upset them to the point of leaving & they literally sped off from the front entrance. Save your money & stay ANYWHERE else but here!!

Beautiful property with no draw. Great pool and the dance club is nice as well as is the EXTERIOR of the property. A great location as well. But the place was a ghost town on July 4th weekend.
It was July 4th weekend and there was no one there. Used to be packed. Rooms are musty. Staff is nice but know nothing about the property. I used to go there years ago and since the new ownership there is no outreach to the gay community to make it what it used to be.

Location was great. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Key for the door didn’t work, replacement key also did not work. Had to get a new key from maintenance. Hot water in shower was hooked up backwards, turning to hot made it colder.

It was extremely dirty. Floors not vacuumed. Shared bathrooms were discussing. No toilet paper. No air conditioner in private room. Bed practically on the floor. And only breakfast offered was a cold bagel

The loging at Rainbow Mountain is basic and affordable. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Security is prevalent with video cams and personnel. This is a place in which anyone from the LGBTQ can feel protected. The guests interact with eachother and the wonderful care and appreciation of the brilliant team of the employees of Rainbow Mountain
There's a community that celebrates life at the pool, a DJ spinning tunes, and coming together.
Rainbow Mountain provides that.

The staff, the location, the pool is the best, the vibe and ambiance of the place.
Facilities need an improvement! The price charged for the rooms is not matching the quality. It seems to be a problem with the water (low pressure or not water at all). I was also shocked that I had to pay $11.00 fees because I booked it in here instead of directly with them, after already paid $5.00 fee in booking.com for facilities fee. :(

Francisco checked me in and was very attentive to all my needs to make it a very comfortable stay!
4.5 / 5.0
Quiet room, small but clean. Very "Poconos lodge."
The cleaning solution upset my lungs. The bed had a ditch in the middle (single sleeper) which made a couple sleeping in it difficult. The check in limits were shocking when exposed only after buying the non-refundable room. There might also have been check out limits we didn't meet, but at least a gentleman opened the door and took out keys.
