Amazing pool, beautiful rooms
Kids club isn’t really a kids club, but good for when the kids needed a break from the pool
4.5
Very clean and very large comfortable rooms ! We received a bootle of champagne on arrival as well as alot
Of desserts all free of charge, the pool are is spacious and breakfast is a big banquet of all the food you can think off.

Loved everything about this place,
Nothing
4.5
Decent room size for a family with a toddler
Staff kept asking for payment (ie. spa, pool side dining, room service) despite asking to have to charged to the room which a hold deposit was paid for per night.
Breakfast buffet was a under whelming with bad coffee.
4.5
The rooms were a great size and well-equipped, clean and we were left fruit and cakes each day. The first mini bar items were complimentary. Huge pool but the water was freezing so kids didn't stay in for long.
- The place felt quite empty and soulless. We tried to get a pre-dinner drink in the bar by reception but it seemed to be closed and we were redirected downstairs each time. No music playing in communal areas etc.
- Monkeys by the pool really affected our ability to lie there and enjoy the space. They were stealing guests' drinks, staff seemed scared by them and threw rocks to get them away. Same on room balconies - we were warned not to leave clothes out to dry etc as they might be stolen by monkeys, so we didn't feel comfortable sitting out there.
- We requested interconnecting rooms but this could not be honoured and our kids were next door.
- It's an uphill walk to the road to get anywhere from the resort and with young kids it would have been helpful to have a golf buggy service like the W does to avoid the road with no footpath/traffic.
- We couldn't get the shower anything hotter than lukewarm. We called maintenance and they said it's set to a max temp but can't reach that when the hotel is busy.

Lovely hotel, excellent value for money. Just watch out for those cheeky monkeys!

We were upgraded and hence stayed in a massive room, which was more of an apartment. Gorgeous views.
There was a complimentary cake and fruit. The breakfast was nice. It's not amazing, as is some other hotels of such ranking, but with a great selection. The pool is nice. Good spa treatments.
We were for sure grateful for a free upgrade, but from reception, restaurants, etc . - staff was not really forthcoming, interested, efficient. It was for us by far the worst "hospitality " experience on the island but also all around. Such experience should not be acceptable for a hotel of such ranking. Honestly, the experience put us off Radisson blu overall, as I now doubt that it is a good value for money. This hotel was certainly not. We chose it also due to the beach access. The fact that many steep stairs led to the beach did not bother us. What absolutely did was how dirty the path to it and the beach were. I find it to be a shame to profit from beach access but do not invest any resources to help keep it clean.

A szállást aznap foglaltuk le, amikor megérkeztünk Uluwatuba. 10/10!

Beautiful, clean hotel. Everything about the hotel is exceptional. The breakfast selection is the best I have ever experienced and the staff cannot do enough for you. When I come back to Bali, this will be where I stay again!!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was amazing and plenty of towels and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Would definitely stay here again
The scooters that you hire from the resort were a little more expensive than what we had experienced at previous places

The hotel is beautiful, well-kept and great facilities. All staff were incredibly hospitable and did everything to ensure our stay was a delight. Amazing service throughout. Sudi from housekeeping also added a lovely extra touch to the room. Breakfast buffet had lots of options.
Could not fault anything.
4.5
Everything- particularly the pool area and how they catered for my husband’s allergy to nuts.
Nothing- just note that sometimes Monkeys may appear by the pool and that the location of the hotel means that you may choose to get a short taxi to places rather than walk.
4.5
Staff were nice and accomodative. We complained about breakfast to Cindy and she handled it well and we ask to meet the Chef and Sous chef came and defensive in the beginning but then apologetic.
Breakfast was very bad, mediocre. The cook did not even able to make decent fried rice and fried noodle. It is an embarassment to international guests as well as local guess. Really how can this cook get hired?
Bedroom issue: the mattras is sinking and when we get up in the morning we have backache. The hotel is around 6-8 years old. Need replacement.
We left something behind and inquire through IG and no reply.
Bidet is old fashioned and not acceptable to indonesian and japanese guests since it has no water spray to use for rinsing.
Dead hotel no activities , NO SOUL. Lobby is not 5 star.
Conclusion: We are disappointed with mattras and breakfast and toilet so we will not return to this hotel again.

The pretty looks don't make up for the shortcomings of this place.
Pool: Nice pool, large and never crowded with plenty of places to lounge.
Rooms: Clean and spacious with a great balcony, nice bathrooms and good AC.
Facility/Grounds: It was a nice facility, clean, well kept and pretty.
First time staying at a Radisson and had MUCH higher expectations - disappointed.
Food: Was honestly terrible, they have multiple "restaurants" but they're all from the same kitchen with the same menu and it was by far the worst food we had in Bali all trip and far more expensive.
Drinks: Cocktails were underwhelming. Ended up mostly just drinking beers. ~ $14 USD for a Aperol Spritz
Cancellation Policy: Is criminal, wanted to change my dates of stay (mind you this was months in advance) and they flat out refused to change my dates and forced me to pay full price for the original dates and charged me full price for new dates of stay despite making the change less than one hour after booking. They stole my money for nothing and probably rebooked the rooms the other nights. Any respectable hotel typically has a 24 hour grace period.
Location: Don't expect to walk anywhere quickly, it's a minimum 10-15 minute walk just to leave the property. That was very annoying because there wasn't a lot to do at the hotel besides the pool and since the on-site restaurants were so bad you had not choice but to either eat there anywhere or get a car to go offsite.
Rooms: Not soundproof - could hear neighboring rooms conversations in the middle of the night despite our doors being completely closed.
Amenities: Outside the pool, there wasn't really anything else to do unless you wanted to drop $$$ on the spa (which was easily 5x more expensive than any other spas in Bali, and there are a TON of spas in Bali.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room with a very nice pool! Strong AC and water pressure.
Nothing I couldn’t overlook but breakfast might get a little repetitive after 4 nights and there might be some mosquitoes near the pool

Majority of the breakfast options were sweets.

everything was good

Nice staff (as you would expect from any place in Bali).
Horrible management. It felt like there was no grown up to run the show and every staff was rowing in a different direction.
4.5
Big size room & comfy bed
Took hours to get our room ready on check-in, had to wait until just after 5pm & we were one of 9 other families.
About 10-15 minutes walk to the main street for shop’s & restaurants.
No direct access to the beach, it’s about 15-20 mins walk with steep steps.

Great food, kind staff.
Our room was positioned in front of the construction site. We asked on the reception if there is any chance to replace the room, they said that every room is positioned on a construction site despite that was not true. We came to the vacation listening to drilling maschine which was not pleasant at all. Totally not worh it for that money. Furthermore, room at the check in was not clean at all, all the photos of the dirty room were shown to the reception stuff.
4.5
We like the design of the property, the size and design of the room as well as the location. It was peaceful and private.
Some of the room items e.g. towels, robes could be newer. They were very well used.
4.5
Good location, isolated enough from the hussle and bussle of Uluwatu but also not too far from shops, pharmacies etc. Lovely staff. Beautiful, architecturally design premsis with restaurants, bars and activities. An amazing pool. Definitely the best resort in its price range in Uluwatu.
Not enough bottled water is provided - two small bottles and two large bottles each day which just isn't sufficient for the heat, nor is it in line with how much water you're supposed to drink every day and we felt we had to ration it.
Laundry service was not good - had to follow up to get my laundry back (if it's collected before 9am it's supposed to be returned by 6pm). When it wasn't returned, I called and was told I had those timeframes wrong and that it would be returned within 24 hours. A couple of hours later that night it finally arrived. It was expensive (450,000 for 9 items including underwear etc) AND 3 very expensive shirts were returned shrunken (only noticed this after we had checked out) but I'm really disappointed.
There's only infrequent shuttle transport provided so you'll have to make your own arrangements to come and go. The transfer from the airport offered by the hotel was about three times the cost of a Grab, which is fine, but just be aware of that.
Small gripe but the constant need to sign for drinks poolside, despite having paid a large deposit for spending on-site, can get a bit annoying. Does kind of kill the vibe.

Incredible & immaculate property, the views from the balcony were picturesque. The resort never felt busy & had a great vibe throughout our stay.
Morning yoga & meditation by the pool was a nice way to start the day. Welcome macaroons & dessert on arrival were a nice touch.
Not deal breakers but the hotel is animal friendly. There was the occasional monkeys that made an appearance at breakfast but staff were quick to shoo off. Also a wild cat.
The hotel has a really long driveway so it's not really possible to walk out of the hotel. You'll always need a driver/taxi. The resort is nice & secluded so something to keep in mind if you're coming in & out of constantly.

Limited drinking water

Place was not crowded and free snacks most especially the ones in the little fridge.
No bidet.
