Very good accommodation, with great facilities in the area, close to the old center of Valencia.

Clean apartment in a good location, ok for families to stay few days. Clean bath and kitchen also.

Is not the case, everything was as we saw in the pictures and as we expected. Perhaps, the price, a little too expensive for this period (out of the season).

Obszerny apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji.

Duży, czysty apartament z niezbędnym wyposażeniem - jest suszarka, nawet żelazko, butelka wody i secik herbat i kapsułek kawy, cukru na powitanie, wystarczająco dużo ręczników. Personel troskliwy i pomocny - choć nie ma recepcji na miejscu, szybko reaguje, a dostarczane instrukcje są szczegółowe. Lokalizacja idealna, tuż obok duży sieciowy market, za rogiem drugi mniejszy. W pobliżu świetne jedzenie na wynos (namiar w broszurze w apartamencie). Blisko metro, które dobrze komunikuje z całym miastem. Na stacji metra można w biletomacie kupić dogodny rodzaj biletu okresowego na wszystkie środki komunikacji miejskiej (przeróżne kombinacje).

Czasem słyszalne odgłosy z sąsiednich łazienek, korytarza i chyba wentylacji.

Soggiorno eccellente, appartamento spazioso e funzionale, posizione veramente ottima!

Ottima la posizione, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro e a 15-20 a piedi dal centro. Appartamento spazioso e comodo. anche il bagno molto funzionale, con una doccia molto grande! Abbiamo utilizzato il microonde per la colazione, molto comodo.

Solo un piccolo problema con il letto a scomparsa, che aveva un difetto e non era facile aprirlo e chiuderlo, forse da riparare. siamo comunque riusciti ad usarlo, quindi nessun problema. per il resto tutto ok

Unos días en el centro de Valencia

La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de metro, autobuses de línea, mucho comercio, supermercados. La verdad que es fantástico

Nada, el apartamento esta totalmente quitado, una primera planta con ascensor, muy amplio y accesible

Appartamento molto carino in posizione strategica, vicino alla fermata della metro Angel Guimera comodo per raggiungere velocemente tutti i posti da visitare e per l'aeroporto. L'appartamento è completo di tutto il necessario, anche la cucina è ben rifornita...solo attenzione all'acqua della doccia perché è molto calda 🥰

Bon emplacement: magasins de nourriture de qualité à proximité immédiate, métro à 5 minutes, centre accessible à pied, quartier calme Pratique qd on est en groupe car une autre famille d'amis a booké dans un appartement juste à côté, facile pour passer de l'un chez l'autre Confirguration pratique en famille avec le lit double + lit superposé

cockroaches in the bedroom so not a nice experience

location was nice.

unfortunately we found cockroaches twice in the bedroom, whereby the second time on the bed! even if the apartment would have been five stars, finding cockroaches makes any stay unpleasant. Also asked the contact person a question about transportation and never got a reply, which I found a bit impolite. I received a message with a request to not give a rating below a 9, but unfortunately with our experience I cannot give it a higher rating than 4, and that is me being generous. Could be just a coincidence, but this stay was definitely not nice and would not stay here again.

The property was clean and comfy, the bed was comfortable and the communication with the host was very effective, she made us feel like we were taken care of. The property has 3 codes, one at the entry of the block, one at the apartments’ floor and one at our apartment so we felt really safe. The best part was the location, it is 2 min away from the metro, and 15 minutes walk from the city centre.

Easy and confortable for low price.

Great for its price. The staff was very nice and acessible. The apartment was clean, well located, the bed was confortable and we had everything we needed. I recommend this stay for either family or work trips. Enjoy!

Personally, it didn't bother us, but as other reviewers have mentioned, you can hear the plumbing and water from other apartments,

far accomodation, better for summer time

entire apartment available, well equipped close to the north train station

the apartment has no heating source and it gets cold in the winter time at night. the airconditioning can be used to hear the appartment but is usefull only in the TV area. the bed had only one blanket of 120 cm (single person) which is not usefull for 2 people. all of this can be avoided if you travel in the summer times.

Location, clean, value for money

No pots or pans, I could not cook anything. I want to stay somewhere I had kitchen facility but useless without the utensils to use it.

it has to be more clear self check in on first floor not entrance. Also we booked 4 and only 3 could go would not let us check in as booked for 4, fortunately i had my husbands details.
