Logement très joli et bien situé

Emplacement parfait, endroit calme et juste à 10min des premiers restaurants. Terrasse côté lever du soleil, idéal pour le petit déjeuner. Merci à l’accueil de Marios.

Petit déjeuner très basique, avec produits d’entrée de gamme.

Ευχαριστούμε Σαντορίνη για την υπέροχη εμπειρία.

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία στο καλύτερο σημείο του νησιού. Υπέροχη θέα. Ήσυχα και απολαυστικά. Πολύ καλά τα δωμάτια – χάνουν λίγο στις λεπτομέρειες. Το πρωινό μέσα στο δωμάτιο, ικανοποιητικές ποσότητες και ποικιλία αλλά η ανανέωση εξαρτάται από τον επισκέπτη να ζητήσει ότι τελειώσει. Το δωμάτιο παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις – καφετιέρα, βραστήρα, τοστιέρα , πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά. Μέσα στο μπάνιο σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο και υγρό για τα χέρια. Πετσέτες , παντόφλες και μπουρνούζια καθαρά και καινούργια. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι στο ποιο κομβικό σημείο του νησιού. Μόλις δυο λεπτά με τα πόδια από την καλντέρα και τον πεζόδρομο που οδηγεί στα Φυρά. Χωρίς φασαρία σε ελάχιστο χρόνο θα βρεθείς μέσα στην Φυροστεφανη με τα όμορφα μαγαζιά. Απολαμβάνεις τον καφέ ή το φαγητό σου και επιστέφεις στο ξενοδοχείο χωρίς να χρειαστείς αυτοκίνητο ή άλλο μεταφορικό μέσο. Αν θέλεις μπορείς να φτάσεις μέχρι τα Φυρά απολαμβάνοντας όλη την μοναδικότητα της διαδρομής.

Τα σκέπαστρα στα μπαλκόνια που ίσως θα έπρεπε να ανανεωθούν ή να σφίξουν γιατί έχουν σακουλιάσει. Λίγο μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα. Ένα άχρηστος απορροφητήρας κουζίνας στο δωμάτιο που χαλάει την αισθητική.

Bonito pero.....

Muy buena ubicacion de lugares recreativos y restaurantes. Una bonita vista panoramica. La habitacion tenia un jacuzzi.

Al parecer es como si el hotel hubiese cambiado de dueño, porque en nada era lobque indican otras reseñas. El recibimiento del personal del hotel fue reservado y durante la estadia estuvieron casi ausentes, solo se veia el señor que limpiaba los jacuzzi. Quisimos conseguir un par de botellas de agua adicionales pero la oficina estaba cerrada, y la señora de la limpieza no sabia nada.. El desayuno no fue lo esperado. En la neverita de la habitación, te dejan un paquete de jamon y uno de queso, una recipiente de leche, en envase de jugo de naranja, cereal, capsulas de cafe y un dulce de paquete. 1 Manzana y 1 pera. Al momento de usar agua caliente tienes que activar el breaker y esperar 20 minutos para despyes apagarlo y ducharse.. Eso nos parecio un poco incomodo para un hotel en Santorini.

Beautiful, clean and stylish accommodation!

I loved the view off the balcony for sunrise, the location between fira (closer to Fira) and Oia, the cleanliness, and the room service for breakfast!

I wish there was a pool….Although honestly, we would not have spent much time in it anyway! There is so much to do In Santorini!

Great Stay in Santorini

First time in Santorini with my family of 5. The owners were warm, kind and helpful. They set up our airport transfer to the hotel and then the transfer to the port. They also set up a car rental that was so convenient because it was pick up and drop off at the hotel. We didn’t really walk and we’re grateful to have a car since it was so hot. The air conditioning worked great but upstairs because of the heat, didn’t cool off enough. We told the owner and immediately sent over a big fan and it helped us sleep soundly. The place is close to Fira, 10 minutes driving, about 20 walking. Quieter town, nice to come back away from all the crowds. Oh and we enjoyed breakfast everyday in our room. Loved the tablet in the room to order. Also, the laundry service was very helpful for my family. Thank you!

Great location to explore Santorini

we stayed in an suite, great size with a balcony overlooking the sea to the east. Easy walk up the coast to restaurants and bars to see the sunset. 20 minute walk to Thera shopping area. Staff were excellent and a nice breakfast is delivered to your room each morning Hire a car or quad to explore the island

it was just what we were wanting

The property was very well operated. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and the location to walk to all the towns was perfect . Bonus that they had great parking !

Super Santorini Stay!

Pharos Santorini Suites is in a great location looking out onto the ocean. the staff are fantastic and the suites are clean. Having breakfast looking out onto the ocean is a treat. Fira is about a 20 minute walk passing a number of bars and restaurants. Oia is a two hour hike, but worth the effort. if not the buses from Fira are regular. If you want anything from trips to hiring cars/bikes etc the team are there to provide.. A great place to stay In Santorini!!

Beautiful location, fantastic staff.

Phaos Santorini Suites are beautiful and in a great location on the east side. The staff was fantastic. Melina, the manager was very friendly and helpful with all kinds of things. She went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. The maid service was fabulous and we loved the breakfast brought to the terrace in the morning.

While we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room, the seating options were not very comfortable.

The owner said that there was a mistake in the amount of money in booking and he demanded an extra charge He cancelled the reservation ( said we didnt show up) and charged us for extra money.

A vacation into paradise

The staff was extremely accommodating going above and beyond. We asked if we could get the hot tub for later and they began working on it immediately despite it not being the typical season. Extremely clean and beautiful room. Excellent space.

Nice, quiet and spacious. Nice view over the ocean towards the east (so not towards the caldera).

The owner followed our conversations about an issue with the recepcionist via a camera. Then he called her by phone to add his bit, instead of talking directly to us... a bit surreal...

Exceptional property to stay.

The rooms has big sit out balcony and has amazing , Rooms are very clean and very comfortable loaded with lots amenities. staff are very polite and friendly. Manager showed exceptional hospitality and she helped and guided in city tours. Loved the stay and created great memories.

Nice quiet location with a basic shop/supermarket nearby. Great sunrise view and just across the road access to the westside of the island.

We rented a car so it was easily accessible, not sure how it would be without a car.

Phaos Suites is very close to the Main Street of Fira which was very beneficial for us to have dinner, even just walk around the property area was very nice as well. The room was big and very clean, I like the bath mat and bin had been changed every day.

Cozy room with beautiful views

Our suite at Phaos was lovely! Fay was a great host and helped us with almost everything starting from check-in up to check-out. She is very friendly and helpful. She made us feel comfortable throughout our stay and also told us some very good things to do around us. The bed in the suite was very comfortable and helped us get a good night's sleep after travelling all day to Fira and other places. Whenever we went out, the room became clean when we got back and new towels were in the room. The room maintenance was top notch. We were surprised to see how nicely they cleaned our room everyday. The sunrise view from the balcony is surreal. It is very beautiful! Overall, Phaos is a very nice place to stay when you are in Santorini. Also since it is not very far from Fira (which is the capital city), it is very well located.
