Great for a couple of nights

We were upgraded to one of the "4 rooms in a house" from a sort of semi-detached caravan thing as it was quiet season, so the room was better than expected. Shower was very nice, the park was very quiet and it's a very short walk up and over the dyke to the sea. It's only a short ride/drive into the local town where there is a superb Italian restaurant. There was a fridge and it's wasn't too noisy. Parking was right outside our door, but that wouldn't be the case for most.

Small towels, no bathmat, on-site restaurant was closed.

Schöne Unterkunft in Deichlage.

Ferienpark, direkt hinter dem Deich. Etwa 4km außerhalb von Den Oever. Sehr leckeres reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Das einzige Restaurant in der Anlage ist leider dauerhaft geschlossen.

Ein sehr schöner kurzaufenthalt.

Die Lage der Anlage, die Austattung der Zimmer sowie die Organisation und die Parkmöglichkeiten haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Betten empfanden wir etwas zu weich. Zudem wäre eine Aussendusche / Außenwaschstelle wünschenswert gewesen (in Bezug auf das Wattenmeer).

Mooi en schoon!

Vriendelijke vrouw aan de receptie, je voelt je gelijk welkom. Alles was netjes en schoon. En alles mooi onderhouden!

Janmer dat de tv niet kon draaien door de vaste beugel. Hierdoor kun je niet goed tv kijken vanuit het bed. Je kon wel goed kijken vanuit het zitje. Wellicht is de beugel nog aan te passen door een flexibele. Verder was alles oke!

Beautiful nice place to relax

Very nice area. Just some meters from the north sea. Very quiet neighborhood. Parking for the car next to room( home)

As we were nothing near by was open to have some lunch.

Sehr ruhige Lage und abseits gelegen

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Restaurant am Platz von Montag bis Mittwoch geschlossen. Sonntag angekommen und abends keinen Platz mehr dort bekommen. Gastronomie im Ort übersichtlich und schließt um 21 Uhr. Sehr, sehr ruhig und einsam dort. Weite Strecken müssen gefahren werden. Wir hatten einen Strand erwartet und fanden einen Deich vor (unser Problem, hätte ich mich besser informieren müssen), aber auch der war nicht einladend.

Great place for relaxation

I did a bike tour across the Netherlands and randomly chose whatever was available close to Den Oever as I was planning to cycle along the Afslijtdijk. This place is perfect - it is so quite, like end of the world. There are very small villages around. The place itself is a camping base, few houses and plots for tents. I spent a night in a very nice little house called Chalet. All was perfect, the bed, the shower, little kitchen, little terrace, quietness, environment and a breakfast! The place is far from popular tourists' locations. I would definitely recommend it for cyclists and would love to come there for a weekend with my family. As I was late in the evening we agreed with late check-in, thanks to the owner!

I don't think there may be something disappointing there :)

Nice rooms

Really nice and quiet area. The rooms are nice and well equipped. Mattress is super soft and comfy. There is coffee and tea and a kettle. Really good price for the comfort.

Wonderful, peaceful, quite stay. Chalet was clean and cozy with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. We havent tried their restaurant.

We were expecting to find a beach by the sea, but there's only dijk. That's not parks fault though :)

Beutiful little houses, great value for the price

Location is perfect. Room was very nice, clean and design was beautiful. Breakfast basket and picnic on the terrace was amazing, we had a great stay.

Neighbours sometimes too loud-people from upstairs and next door can be heard, but it was ok.

Modern and well equipped bungalow. Quiet place with many things to do if you have a car (beach, Texel trip, boat trips, historical towns etc. )

The bungalow gets very hot with warm weather. An airco could be helpful. We did not have an umbrella on the terrasse.

Really nice place surrounded by the nature

That was a nice stay! Our chalet was really cozy. It had well-equipped kitchen with everything that we need to cook something. The private bathroom was also modern and clean. Really nice area, surrounded by the nature. I can highly recommend this place to relax and recharge your batteries.

The heating system produced some weird loud frustrating sounds.
