Good but not great

Multiple pools

Just needs to update few things 2 time been there kids love it but pools need a bit of work and the cafe needs to be a lot better, Thai restaurant is great

It was lovely, comfortable, clean and easy.

The pools, grounds were all gorgeous. It was well maintained, easy access to town. Great value for money and plenty of room in the apartments.

Permanent residence weren't happy with our occupancy, especially with the children who ranged from 2 - 11 and asked us to keep the noise down from he children, even when they were swimming in the pool. Being on holiday they are excited, a little over zealous and can be a little noisy. It was a family reunion for my 70th birthday and my daughters and grandchildren all travelled from different parts of Australia to be together to celebrate. It put a bit of a strain on our stay trying to make sure the kids didn't make too much noise.

Very comfortable apart from kitchen

No fan in the kitchen and the aircon was not sufficient in the dining area and the kitchen was very hot

Wonderful staff, spacious rooms, pools everywhere, right next to the botanical gardens, close to the airport, and walkable into cairns.

Close to town pool close to our villa and tennis courts

One of the air cons in the living area didn’t work where the tv was located there were no doonas just top sheets and a blanket so our kids got cold there was hair in the bathroom cupboard and floors in main room hadn’t been vacuumed or near one side of the bed. Can opener didn’t work and lacking basic condiments such as olive oil paper towel glad wrap which is not great when you are travelling from the west coast and then we had to buy everything left it in the fridge remembered after we checked out (20mins called to say we were coming back to do so and they had thrown everything out expect for the alcohol)

The pool was lovely. There was a loose wire in the internal pool light. May want to check that. Rooms were excellent. Felt like I was on holiday except I was working! Restaurant and reception were fantastic! Thank you!

Carrying my bags on departure early in the morning from room to taxi was difficult as I was on second level without lift. Very kind gentleman helped me up to my room on arrival. Thank you.

I have stayed off and on for 3 months in different villas the resort is wonderful it needs maintenan

Everthing looks old and dated AND it is in desperate need of a gurney on ALL walkways

Very spacious and clean apartment located not too far from Central Cairns

Location is great.

No hot water for the 3 days we were there. No hair dryer.

The property was very clean

The couches need replacing as they are old and dirty, the toilet seat was broken and there was a sheet only on the bed so we were cold (but it was too hot to put the warm blanket we found in the closet on). A cotton throw or light bedcover is needed.

Great location if you want to be near airport, botanical gardens or Cairns touch grounds

Comfortable and spacious. kids loved the pool. loved our apartment walked straight out onto pool. Bathroom updated. lovely coffee at cafe in resort.

Wear an tear to apartment. broken light fittings. hairdryer wouldn’t work. super dark apartment. noise of planes from near by airport

Nice resort facilities and reasonably good location.

Room needs some maintenance... missing shower curtain, toilet water inlet not filling correctly, grounds could do with some upkeep.

I bit of a walk to city centre and didn't see a bus very often. Really need a car. The choice of pools was nice.

The initial look of the property when arrived, the entrance needs a spruce up. Air conditioner didn't really work in one of the apartments we rented Rented for 10 days and no one ever came to clean or change towels

the standards of the property needs to improve

location to edge hill, airport and easy to navigate cairns from there. one of the pools was nice,

dated - very tired - needs some serious TLC - some real simple things like gardens, maintenance of common areas, 2 sets of access keys are required, curtains had holes in them, air cons for temp control was difficult, the iron nose was sharp/broken and no hair dryer in the apartment

Wonderful, luxurious stay.

Tiegan was wonderful to deal with and made our holiday extra special. The pool was great and the two bedroom apartment was amazing very spacious and had everything we needed.

Servicing of rooms would have been nice while we were there, but I understand that's not how they run.
