Location was great just walk out front and you can walk along lakes edge or have something to eat or drink in cafes below.
Parking is a real issue. The up & down Ramp are very steep and sharp turns. Not suitable for larger vehicles.

The view from the first floor was very good.
The room was tired and needed a coat of paint and refurbishment. The carpet was frayed. The shower was a step over into a bath which is very dicey for us older folk. We had to pay $20.00 for secure parking for which we were unaware and had to have a an orienteering degree to get from the car park to our room. The dining room chairs were dirty and stained. Noisy guests in the adjacent room added to a bad night’s stay. Never again.

The apartment was two storeyed. Bedrooms were on seperate floors.

Great location
Very run down , tired looking, pool lounges were all old and broken, our door key kept not working and had to be reset.

Location is excellent for the beach and places to eat. Pool is very good but in need of renovation - plenty of missing and broken tiles on the bottom to stub/cut your toes on (which I did).
Staff member on arrival unfriendly and smug. Second staff member unfriendly and miserable, like we were in the way when we asked, for example, for pool towels. Our room didn’t match the website photos -the view was ordinary and the room was clearly designed for the disabled, with grab rails in the bathroom. Couch cushions were dirty.

Great location and friendly front desk staff.
No instructions how to get into the property from the carpark. Mould on carpet room 425. Old lounge and cushions. Room needs a desperate upgrade. Paid for water views and got alot of roof tops with water in distance. Dryer in laundry hanging on by a thread. Usually go next door was hoping this would be a nicer experience. Really disappointed. :(

We liked everything about the hotel. View was amazing, staff very polite helpful and always had a smile on their face.

it was beautiful scenery great staff perfectly clean room I would love to come back
just bathroom essentials was lack only enough for a night same as tea coffee sugar and milk and I brought my own ashtray as one wasn’t provided on the balcony but still would recommend as my number 1 stay

Location
The floor above us extremely noisy from 2am to 4.30am. Stomping around in and out sliding door every 10mins. We didn't get much sleep which was disappointing

Traffic noise or something like it early in the morning, uncomfortable couch . The apartment was a bit rundown, like it has seen its best days and is waiting for someone to come spruce it up.

Gym not open due to storm damage. Should have been on the Web site or on the documentation supplied by reception. Shower / bathtub not ideal for older person.

Lovely location right at the water and convenient to amenities. Spacious room with a very well equipped kitchenette and laundry.
Bathroom a bit dated and having to step up into the shower over the bath could be improved with modernising to just a shower.

location was good
the fact that we were right next to the pool and it was noisy from 7am and you couldn’t get a lift with all the people riding them to get to or from the pool, even when the lift was going the wrong way to where they were headed.

Location, views, rooms well equipped clean and comfortable. Pool was perfect for the kids. Loved it will be back
