Accomodation
The rooms were on different floors, the parking was not explained and was difficult to get luggage. We were not advised of breakfast and missed it completely

Location
Broken blind, blown light globe in bathroom and coffee cups way too small

Loved the room! It was so beautiful, quite large. The bathroom was amazing. Loved the location
Nothing. All was great!

I liked having a laundry. The rooms were adequate.
The curtain was coming off the hooks in the second room which let a lot of light in.

Location location location, we were in town for the Arts Festival and the Embassy Suites were within walking distance to most venues
No drier in the laundry, why have a washing machine?
1.5
It was relatively easy to access and it gave us autonomy. The kids liked the pool and the hours it was accessible were good
The lack of parking and the fact this was not disclosed when booking. One would assume when booking for 7 people that parking would be part of the deal. Then to have to pay for each night in a carpark that was not accessible to the hotel and also not be guaranteed a car space despite paying for it is very disappointing and a huge turn off. The carpark was foul. No room service for the entire 4 days which we understand was due to the Easter weekend, however it would have been nice to be directed to where we could dispose of our rubbish. Finally, the biggest turn off was the EXCESSIVE noise from nearby night clubs. Literally deafening until 5am EVERY night. We would never stay again just based on that!

Comfortable room, bed was nice. Odd window in bedroom with opaque glass, but functional room.

Reception was friendly and tried to be helpful. Location is really convenient on North Terrace
The accommodation was very small compared to our previous stay a year ago. The bedroom had no natural light. The furnishings were generally old, worn and not very clean. All of the ABC channels on the main TV did not work until the last day of our stay, despite reporting the issue every morning.

Great location, helpful staff. rooms had everything needed
A little bit pricey, had booked for two rooms, 1 x 2 br apartment and one 1 br apartment so a better deal would have been great.

Good location close to everything and the deal was good which included breakfast at the coffee club which was really nice.
We were put on the 7th floor with no view apart from the next building which was a brick wall. The photos showed the apartment over liking the city. Noticed fridge was leaking as soon as we walked in and no latch to lock the sliding door, had to call for it to be fixed and to their credit was done straight away. The bedrooms had a lot of dust around skirting boards and wardrobes. The internet was bad and only worked in some areas. No internet to connect to Netflix and limited TV channels.

Location
Was dated and runned down, especially the bathroom

The location was close to lots of things. That was great. The bed was comfy.
The vents and light coverings were dusty. There were feathers on the couch.
The space just seemed very plain and not as luxurious as I would have liked. I might have had different expectations just wasn’t what I had hoped to be paying that much for.

Very comfortable, beds were great..staff very friendly and efficient..
No food on site after 2 pm..

Location excellent
The apartment is tired. Couches very uncomfortable lacking cushions.
For a premium 3 bed apartment I would expect that it had items such as coffee maker.

Location is convenient for Adelaide Convention Center
My room had four of us staying in it to volunteer across the road at the convention centre and I didn't have time to talk about this in person during the weekend as I was only in the hotel to sleep.
We had requested 4 separate beds and had it confirmed via email that there would be but were instead provided with a queen and two singles, this led to one of us having to sleep on the couch for the weekend.
On the Friday night of the stay the entire floor smelt like smoke when we got back to our room making it hard to sleep, I actually know some of my friends on the same floor that got a 50% refund due to this.
The hot tub was also out of order which was one of the main reasons we chose to stay in your hotel instead of commuting in, which also ruined our experience at the hotel.
The room itself was also kind of dingy with peeling paint on the roof and loud squeaking doors.
Also, less of an issue but all the appliances of our room were past their test tag date, we noticed because one of them just finished his test tag cert and was curious. This is probably a safety issue you might want to get checked though

Location was great
Room was roomy and comfortable
Staff were really good
Access easy
Bathroom could have had more places to hang towels and water pooled outside the shower

Location
The room I paid extra for wasn't available.

The location is great if you're at a conference in the Conference Centre: it's right across the road. There are also a lot of good food options within a couple of hundred metres. The room was very big, and the open view across the conference centre, the parks and the Adelaide Oval was great.
There was hardly any furniture, which was weird. For somewhere to put my computer and my work case, I had to bring patio furniture in from the balcony. The TV was very small for the room, and was old - it wasn't a smart TV. The washing machine and dryer were both broken and required time-consuming workarounds to get my clothes clean. The bed was that stupid sheet / naked doona / sheet arrangement that is uncomfortable and unhygienic. I've had this at other Oaks properties, so I brought my own doona.

The staff were very accommodating.
The carpet in the first room. But they changed the room for us.

great location, comfortable and clean

The room is facing Hindley street, and there was music playing overnight even though the windows were locked. The Wifi connection was very bad.

Cleaners came to the door at 9.30am and check out is 10am. :(
