Hotel is located close to a few beach restaurants and the beach itself however the indoor spa facilities needs a bit of

J'aimerais bien savoir sur quel critère on se base pour attribué les 5 étoiles Parce que Sincèrement ça vaut même pas un 3 étoiles C'est un petit déjeuner de 2 étoiles et encore Impossible de dormir la fête jusqu'à 7h du matin Rien ne fonctionne dans les chambres Vraiment à fuire

Lovely relaxing week

I have stayed here twice and I really love how spacious the apartments are and how great the pool and restaurants are.

Sometimes in Albufeira you need taxis to get around to Old Town for instance or Zoomarine

Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again

Location was decent.

Rooms were covered in ants, fag buts outside on our terrace. Very old fashioned rooms! Think the hotel should be doing something about the mass amount of ants! Food was the same everyday, can’t even have a bottle of water on the “ all inclusive “ which is very poor. Not even a bottle of water in the room for when we arrived late. I own caravans and even I make sure guests have something to drink when they first go into their rooms. Poor

Terrible stay 80s butlins at best this is not a 5star Hotel .

The location is good but this hotel is not 5 stars it’s 3 at best food is bland

If you like the 80s this is the hotel for you, Room was dated , woken my delivery noises at 630 Am , told there was multiple restaurants to find you can only book the same restaurant that you use for breakfast, it looked as if this hotel has cut too many corners with cost cutting we checked out a day early and paid for an actual 5 star treatment hotel .

Not recommended in low season...as many facilities are closed and services not great.

The location, the outdoor pools, beach, the 2 bedroom apartment with sea view balcony was perfect for our family of 5.

Outdoor pools were freezing cold...even though we were told they would be heated. The indoor pool had so much chlorine that my kids had to get out... their skin and eyes were stinging even with goggles on. It was very cold but we were told it was heated when we asked the question in advance. There was no food served during our stay other than breakfast, only til 10 am. Small, private shop onsite had some food...thank goodness! The woman shopkeeper was wonderfully helpful. We ate buffet dinner in sister hotel but it was not great. It felt like a school cafeteria / canteen and there were no cocktails served. Elevator does not go to every floor. We had to walk up 2 more sets of stairs to get to our apartment after 6 floors in elevator. We had to pay extra for towels which are required at pools. The ATMs were out of service for the low season. Hotel wanted cash for towels. I had to walk around town trying to find a working ATM. Not enough staff onsite.

Really enjoyed our stay- all the staff were excellent & very professional.

Everything & everyone were great, heated pool was fab, near the beach, the outdoor pool staff were excellent & very very pleasant & helpful.

The staff was nice.

It's a very old hotel, it doesn't deserve even 1*. Overall the experience was worse than a 3 star hotel. The internet was not working all the time and each session was limited to 15 min. The shower tab was cracked, we had no night lamp in the bedroom, we couldn't lock the room from outside so we couldn't leave any value in the room. We had 2 sofas in the living room, both of them very old/used. My review is referring to a superior room. We had no sea view. The smell in the room was bad. We tried to go to spa and they told us that we have to book with 24 hours in advance but we stayed ther for one night only.. in the lobby you will see a big picture with the chairman, the first time when I am seeing this in a hotel. The hotel style is very oriental, not something common in Portugal.

I like only one thing about this property is that the location.

Very Poor facilities. Our door lock is not working, everytime we go out we need tell the reception that the door is not working. Room is like a 2 or 3 star room. Toileteries not fully provided. Whole night there is noise of renovation. Cleaning is very poor.

Friendly staff, great location, with decent but outdated facilities

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, which was an immediate good sign. The room I stayed in was also MASSIVE - much larger than I would have anticipated, and I had a lot of space, including a very large private balcony area. The room was clean, though old fashioned and with dated fixtures. And the location is great! Minutes from the beach or from the boardwalk, so it is easy to find something to do and enjoy.

The rooms are very dated, and the shower fixture in the room I stayed in didn't work well (or really at all). I don't want to mark them down too much for this, since I could tell they were in the process of renovating, yet it is a substantial inconvenience. Similarly, there is some noise and mess because of the renovation, and some areas of the hotel and amenities were inaccessible because of this.

overall excellent

had a few nice days in November with temps in the 20s, outdoor pools were icy cold so indoor pool was nice to get a few laps done, the two bed apartment we got was excellent, could have comfortably slept 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.

breakfast a bit disappointing, eggs are a central part of a good breakfast but here there was only some nasty scambled eggs, a topclass hotel would have an omlette chef on at breakfast.

Localização, apartamento espaçoso.

Velho, uma das casas de banho não se podia utilizar- a água corria amarela, alimentação repetitiva e pouca variedade. Checkout às 10h. Em estadia de apenas 2 dias, em tudo incluído, apenas tivemos direito a um almoço e um jantar, apesar de termos pago 2 dias em tudo incluído. O jacuzzi estava interdito.

Este hotel é tudo menos um de 5 estrelas. Não compreendo como pode ter esta classificação. Os quartos e os corredores são muito velhos (anos 80?) e precisavam de uma remodelação total. Ao entrar no quarto o odor é desagradável, o WC estava sujo, as janelas correm com muita dificuldade e fazem muito barulho. Apenas a entrada foi redecorada. A TV não funciona e da recepção disseram que não podiam fazer nada. O pequeno almoço é muito fraco e já vi em 3 estrelas bem melhor.

Wouldn’t go back to this hotel due the the pool & all inclusive package. A shame if the hotel was managed correctly

The location was lovely, right by the beach.

Their All inclusive system was awful!! Make it very complicated to understand! The pool area & pool was dirty!, hardly ever cleaned the pool. It needs more staff to manage.

O hotel é um verdadeiro embuste! Não fiquei no quarto reservado e antecipadamente pago. Quando pedi para trocar, não era possível. O tudo incluído não existe! Querem toalhas? Paguem! Querem ginásio?Paguem! Querem comida boa? Não há! E o pior de tudo é a limpeza. O hotel é de uma falta de higiene inqualificável em todas as áreas, seja nas áreas comuns ou nos quartos. Tudo metia nojo. Pó, cabelos, lixo, gordura, etc. O ar condicionado estava partido e não era limpo pelo menos desde a data da instalação. Arruína as férias de qualquer um. De 5 estrelas não tem nada! Nem de duas...

The pool was big. The reception staff were very nice and very helpful!! Lovely sea views! Close to the beach.

Got stuck in the elevator, seemed to be a regular thing in this hotel as many other people got stuck also more than once. It is quite dated. Very close to the Newtown strip from the apartments at the back could hear the parties all night which I then moved to the front where it was quieter.

Very disappointed with property very very over rated and priced

Well what can we say 5 star it was definitely not 😡more like 3 star. Rooms very very old and tired had several issues with our room one of which was a faulty bedside lamp that was sparking management saw this said it would be dealt with but never was very very dangerous if we had children we unplugged it . Toilet seat was hanging off . Wardrobe door hanging off . Fridge door was broken . Dishwasher was still filled with previous guests dishes although we never would have used them but should have been emptied. Blackout curtains where missing was told they never had any even though there was a rail for them but they did put some up after complaining. Communal areas dirty.
