Very pleasant

It was undergoing renervation work. This meant very limited meal offerings except breakfast.

Good location, clean and quiet at night , but undergoing a refurb so noisy in the day.

Centrally located, plesant staff,

First its undergoing refurbishment and I was woken both morning at 7am with hammering from the room below. This will obviously be over soon, but it's too early to allow work to start. Shoes a lack of consideration for guests. Second - I had a newly refurbished room which was of a good standard, but the bathroom design is poor. The way the door opens means you have to step into the shower to get access to the sink and toilet. Third, the bar closes at 11.30. One of the advantages of a hotel should be extended bar hours. I was returning after 11.30 and would have appreciated a beer!

Great central location.

Great location. Well placed for most of central London. All in all not bad value.

The first room (standard double) we were given was just awful. Ground floor, not much light. They should be ashamed to even offer it to anyone. In the end we opted to ‘upgrade’ the room by paying an extra £40 a night. That room , was great.

Excellent, super staff and great location

My daughter partly uses a wheelchair (she has long covid) and the Staff were excellent in caring about making sure we had rooms next to each other, had an early check in, she knew someone was responsible for her in the event of an evacuation, checking everything was OK (aircon needed tweaking) - they were warm, caring, professional and friendly.

Evening food wasn't great but that's not the purpose of this stay, maybe a bit more of a healthy choice would be nice or simple baguettes available

Prima hotel, zeer aardig personeel en centraal gelegen.

Prima hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Centraal gelegen op 5 minuten van Oxford street en een Metro. Zeer betaalbaar hotel op zo een locatie. Wij hebben het top gehad.

Tapijt mag wel eens worden vernieuwd.

Expensive for very little value - location and nice reception staff were the only good things

The room smelled of mould/damp, was dusty, and the breakfast didn’t have many options for people who don’t eat diary - only some soy milk.

Perfect stay for those wishing easy access to central London (Harley street; Oxford circus; Marylebone).

Location was super close to Harley Street Clinics (2 minute walk)

Could not get any sleep

The staff were very good and did their best

Very loud, building going on all day till 4.30pm I had surgery and needed to rest. The staff change our room but it was only one hour before the building work started near that room. The hotel should have shut really , we were not warned about it on arrival.

Disappointed by the lack of communication and aftercare by the staff to help me resolve this situation

It’s in London

I was provided with inconsistent information regarding the parking facilities available. Resulting in me being given a fine. Staff were not helpful in anyway and seemed very uninterested in helping me resolve the situation even though it was their doorman that advised me to park my vehicle outside.

On short notice it was an okay place to stay.

We had to find emergency accommodation on 30 September 2023 and Holiday Inn was a second attempt. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding of our situation and for that we are forever grateful. This was the final stay at the end of a 7 week holiday and the first thing that went wrong. Like I said the staff went above and beyond.

The carpets were stained and dated. The towels were thin and thread bare. The cost was outrageous, and on top of that we had to pay additional for breakfast. The Wi-Fi did not work for the entire time that we were there and the staff gave out vouchers for the bar.

La Posizione centrale perfetta durante il periodo del Frieze e lo staff disponibile è perfetto.

La Struttura è datata, sembra che non ci sia una manutenzione neanche minima. Poi moquette da per tutto, che non da un immagine di pulizia, vecchia macchiata e odoro strano coperto da deodoranti. Letto non comodo, non è un hotel accogliente ne confortevole, almeno per la mia esperienza.

Nicely located hotel that is (comparatively) reasonably priced.

Location is perfect, right in the center of London. Compared to other hotels prices are OK. Room was quiet, relatively spacious.

Bit run-down. Bathroom was rather small. Breakfast was reasonable but not great.
