Emplacement hyper calme, nous étions au 4ème étage, réveillés à 8h le matin sans aucun bruit !
Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel ! Des produits locaux de qualité, fromages, yaourts fermier excellent.

Jus oranges pressées, oeufs brouillés, poitrine fumée, saucisses...
Allez, puisqu'il faut mettre quelque chose : le son de la TV plutôt de mauvaise qualité.

Nice ambience in the foyer and dicing area. pleasant surroundings and outdoor sitting area. Friendly staff.
a wee bit up and down on different floor levels after you get out of the lift. whereas once our luggage was up in the lift, we discovered one set of stairs close by our room that went straight to reception.

Location , if you don’t have your own transport , the hotel is a good walk away from local amenities.

Asked for a quiet room but we were put in a room with a window on a bus and car route into Laval busy from early morning. And with the hot weather and no air conditioning, we had to have the window open. But the bed was comfortable even if we didn't sleep.
The floor in our room had not been washed in some time, as our socks were grey from walking once from bed to bathroom in a very small room. There was a stray black pubic hair in the shower before we even had one ... they need to do better cleaning

I have ordered two rooms with connecting door, where one of them was supposed to be with air-condition. We got two rooms on the ground floor with no air-condition and no real option to open windows and also without a connecting door. After some assertive discussion, they moved us to two more spatious rooms on a higer floor, still without air condition nor with a connecting door, but with a possibility to open the windows.
