Bien je recommende pour petit budget mais ne pas être exigeant dutout

Le petit déjeuner était super très complet malgré notre retard beaucoup de choix. Le personnel de l’établissement était très accueillant avec le sourire rien à redire et pas mal de chose à visiter et à faire tout près de l’hôtel

La propreté dans la chanbre laisser à désiré( drap douteux,poussière présente),la salle de bain était le pire la douche était presque pas fonctionnel les toilettes très petite le bidet était plus gros et encore une fois un manque d’entretien generale

Agréable

Chambre rénovée, literie et salle de douche agréables, climatisation, frigidaire, sèche-cheveux. Bon service à l'accueil et en étage, calme.

J'ai dû demander du linge de toilette et changer ma bouilloire défectueuse. Un lavabo ne se vidait pas. Manque de barres où étendre les serviettes près de la douche et du lavabo. Pénalité de 60€ pour une annulation à plus de 24h et pas encore remboursée du solde.

Pleasant

Location Location Location . The large windows kept the tiny room from feeling claustrophobic.

The space was very small. The bathroom was also tiny.

The location was exceptional for the centre of Grasse and was the main selling point of the hotel. The price was reasonable too. The hotel was clean.

The hotel's decor was a little strange, especially the breakfast room. This strangeness did not extend to the bedroom though there was not a proper shower just a showerhead extension from the bath, which was usable. Apart from checking in I never saw any worker at the hotel even at breakfast. Breakfast was ok, but the yogurt ran out and the coffee could be better. Grasse itself was plagued by flies and fearless pigeons. both of which were annoying and a health hazzard. I mention this point as it is most unusual for France.

Great place for a few nights, perfect location in the heart of Grasse.

Hotel Panorama is situated at excellent location and short walk into the old town. Despite being on a main road, the room was very quiet and on top very nice. I also liked the great view from the balcony! The bed was comfortable and the large bathroom was clean with a powerful shower. It perfectly matched my needs and I was happy I chose this place for a few nights. I was given a code to the main door so didn't need any assistance from the reception staff. WIFI also worked well.

The exterior of the hotel is very shabby and dated, in fact, when I arrived and saw the hotel, my heart sunk...it looked so ugly I doubted my choice. Luckily the room was perfect. Also the reception needs some renovation, everything looks a bit old. It definitely needs some upgrade and a proper clean out of all the strange miss-matched decoration!!!

The room was comfortable and of a good size. The hotel's location was excellent, I couldn't have wished for a better place where to be based during my stay!

Next stop: Grasse

The hotel gives a good service. The central position is what we appreciated the most. Breakfast was very complete with local sausages and cheese. Also the view we had from our room at the 5th floor was nice. On the contrary the room furniture was quite oldfashioned, but funcional anyway.

There's just a small public parking in front of the hotel, with only few places. The main solution is the public underground parking, distant just 50 mt away from the entrance of the hotel, but it's not that cheap (but this is quite common in many cities). Otherwise if you reach the hotel by motorbike, there are more spaces available.

the room was big enough and had a good balcony

the reception desk was unattended at the check in, i had to ring several times and wait around 20 minutes before receiving assistance. the sensation in the hall is not of cleaning and freshness

Really pleasant

Room was lovely, had a balcony with a great view. Location in the center of town great. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating, especially when it came to the parking. A really good experience. The only time in my stay in France that a hotel had washcloths. Yeah!!!

The only hiccup was that on booking.com I ordered a room for one - it automatically changed it to 2 I changed it back to 1, and wrote and told the hotel. Somehow this did not register with Booking.com and I was charged for two people, not one. This was an error with Booking.com not the hotel.

Very good

It definitely has a character and although the decor might not be everyones taste, you can tell that a loving hand put them there. I get what people meant by the strong perfume smell but I swear it’s fine and it’s just in the lobby.

They could renew the shower equipment, it works fine but looks a bit rusty.

both the guys at the reception have been kind and pleasant

the room was really poor, the towels had some spots and same for bed sheets. The hotel smell bad. because of a festivity day we paid 40€ plus the standard rate for high season. 120€ in total for a very bad room and hotel

all in all , I would never recommend or stay there again.

the bed was comfortable!

the smell of joss sticks, an overwhelming of plastic flowers . I was sold a breakfast which when I turned up, had no coffee because machine broken and eggs, which I was promised didn’t materialise!
