Good location. Easy access.
A little cramped. We were not able to operate the external shutter/blind. Tv switch broken. Had to plug in and unplug to turn on and off.

Quiet and friendly little Ibis hidden around the corner of a housing estate. Staff member we did with in the evening and morning were very hospitable and helpful.
All good :)

The en-suite split in two. The lighting worked well. The shutters kept heat and light out
Road closure on most direct route not forewarned to us? No ideal options for eating at the hotel

The young man on reception could not have been more helpful. The bedroom was well appointed, clean, comfortable and great value for money.
The main ceiling light didn’t work but I didn’t complain because the other lights in the bedroom were sufficient to allow me to see well enough. This is really a tiny detail in what was really an excellent stay and wasn’t a real problem.

A bit hard to find the location of the hotel.

Overall a really good value for money budget hotel. The staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel was clean, bright and friendly. Next door is an excellent reasonably priced restaurant service good quality tasty food.
It would have been helpful to have the exit number from the A20 autoroute list for directions. It is exit 30. There is another Ibis just up the road which can waste a lot of time finding the Budget Ibis.
If I had known that the Ibis chain refuses to pull out of Russia since the invasion of Ukraine I would have looked for another chain of hotels. So much for business ethics.

Friendly staff, breakfast ok. Room simple but as expected for a budget hotel. Easy parking and close proximity to motorway makes it a good choice for a stopover driving back from S of France, as we were. Good to get a fair priced small pizza there.
In my room the shower door leaked - do not leave anything in shower room when taking a shower. In another room used by our group the shower head leaked badly. So in general shower equipment needs some attention.
Not a comment on the hotel but advice for dinner. We only wanted something light and walked to the restaurant next door but they only offered substantial set menu options. We thought fine we will order 3-4 and share. So went in for a drink and tried to order, but were rudely told we must order the full option each, even though the place was quiet and I thought they ought to be happy if we ordered for 4 people and shared (we were 6). Her attitude was so bad we just paid for our drinks and left. The food might be ok there but be prepared for unfriendly service. They need to learn to serve what the customer needs! Happily we returned to hotel who served us three pizzas to share which was perfect for our needs.

I liked the hotel and staff very much. Everything was good.
However, I pre booked a taxi to the airport—it cost €52 for a 15 minute taxi ride. I tried to complain and at first refused to pay the taxi man, but he was screaming at me. I will report the hotel if something isn’t done about the scam. I will be making a formal complaint to the local authorities. There is something wrong when a short taxi ride is more than the price of the hotel, breakfast and the night snack!

Within walking distance to large supermarket.. Easy to find... Great French restaurant next door... Small room but we were aware of that being an Ibis budget... Good budget stopover for bed and bfast...Nice view from our room over fields, the other side of building looks out onto motorway...
No kettle in room but we were aware of that on booking... Limited selection for bfast depends what you are expecting...

the staff were helpful and friendly
the property was at the end of a practically unmade road. the restaurant wasn’t open so we couldn’t have dinner. there was some sort of electrical problem with the lower floors so we were put on the fourth floor which was really difficult with 2 dogs having to get into a lift

Hotel Location was great, but even better was the small restaurant neighbouring the hotel. The food was incredible.
The price offered on the display board outside was cheaper than what we paid - so wish we had raised this.
