Hôtel-restaurant agréable et recommandable

Bon accueil du personnel, séjour agréable, hôtel calme malgré la proximité d'une voie rapide, restaurant séparé de l'hôtel (pas de bruits nocturnes intempestifs), bonne qualité générale des prestations.

Hôtel délicat à trouver depuis Thann la nuit, par temps de pluie, malgré le GPS (qui s'est embrouillé entre deux itinéraires possibles)

Für uns hat es gepasst

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Wir konnten unsere Motorräder in eine Garage stellen, wo sie trocken und sicher untergebracht waren. Es wurde uns auch gleich angeboten.

Schade war, dass das Restaurant, samstags geschlossen ist. So mussten wir uns ein Ausweichrestaurant suchen.

Détente, confort et un petit-déjeuner varié pour commencer la journée du bon pied.

Buffet suffisamment varié, et accueil matinal fort sympathique. Nappes et vaisselle impeccables. Calme et propreté de la salle.

Peut-être un peu plus d’espace rangement dans la chambre. Un porte-manteau dans la salle de bains serait bienvenu.

Not as relaxing as hoped for!

Breakfast good. Unfortunately there is no possibility of a Sunday night meal at the hotel or anywhere nearby. However staff contacted a restaurant. 0.9km away and booked a table on our behalf, this was very good. Dog friendly hotel (plenty of grass areas) and like dogs at the restaurant they found for us.

It's a good location near the motorway junction and thus straightforward access into Switzerland. However this means that with a window open on a warm night (no air con), rooms, expecially at the rear of hotel, suffer a lot of traffic noise from the on/off graded, slip roads.

Very good choice

The staff were all very professional and helpful. The service and the food at the restaurant was great. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Pleasant hotel with good on site restaurant and garden. Well placed to pick up motorway for onward southbound travel.

The parking was in the courtyard of the hotel, convenient to pack/unpack luggage and near to the entrance lobby. The room overlooked the courtyard and garden. ( we paid extra for the balcony that we could go out onto). The restaurant was next door within the property. The hotel was clean and included continental breakfast was fine. Great garden with many ‘wild’ areas to walk around, especially useful with our dog.

Bit too close to 2 large roundabouts and the main road that were busy in the morning. We didn’t hear any noise in our room at all but it may not be the case with windows open during the summer.

Well located near main road but not noisy. When we arrived they said our booking had been cancelled for some unknown reason but fortunately we were given a huge family room. Breakfast was good and all seemed well run and clean. Easy parking right outside our room.

Perfect for travellers in transit.

Staff spoke english, which was very appreciated. The room was exactly as expected: it was clean, beds were good, and the bathroom had everything we needed for a one night stay. The restaurant was in a separate building. As a for your information, it was a trucker's restaurant. Meal was great and the restaurant had a nice outdoor terrace. Since we were travelling on motor bikes, we requested for a garage parking, which came at no additional costs.

Breakfast was very cheap (only € 3 per person, which is a plus) but i think it will not be adequate for people with a big apetite in the morning. For us, a coffee and a small sandwich was enough.

A good place to stop

The room was spacious and quiet. It is a well maintained hotel with lots of lovely flowers.

The breakfast was not as good as in previous visits. The coffee was unpleasant.

A good base to explore Alsace

Ideally situated for exploring Alsace. The restaurant served reasonably priced home cooked local food. The staff were friendly.

The hotel is currently being refurbished, so as a result there was no WiFi, which was a disappointment. There was a certain amount of noise heard from other rooms also, maybe we were just unlucky with the neighbouring room during our stay.

rooms and beds are extremly small (we ordered double bed and we are not big posture people). Accoustic for the rooms are very poor, you could hear people talking in the other room.

A useful hotel for an overnight stay.

A very convenient location, just off the road. We stay here ar least twice a year when we travel to Italy. Good size super u a couple of hundred metres away. Very plentiful breakfast.

Nothing to complain about. The hotel is a fair way from the centre of Burnhaupt. However, that makes is easier to get to.
