The location is good, the staff amazing, and the room is nice, but the bathroom and the clean service weren't that good. but I recommend it and will stay there again

The bathroom had an issue, now towels no slipper, the room service didn't put water or change the cup or clean it , but they add it and fix it when i request

حدث التماس في الشقه وتم انزلنا الى غرفه اصغر ولم يتم تعويضنا

الإيجابيات: المنظر حلو لكن الدرايش وصخة. الموقع ممتاز. تعامل الموظفين ممتاز اذا نزلت لهم بس اذا دقيت على الرسبشن مايردون الا متاخر. موظفين المطعم خدومين وخاصةً البنت المغربية.

السلبيات: الشقة رائحتها تعور الراس، غيرنا الشقة ومازالت الرائحة موجودة. مغسلة الحمام مسدودة، طلبنا تصليحها وقفلت مرة ثانية. المفارش قديمة والقطن متجمع، مراتب الاسرة متسخة وفيها بقع. الاثاث والديكور والحمامات قديمة جدًا. لا يوجد عوازل بين الغرف المجاورة والي فوقنا. جميع اطباق المطعم عادية والمشاوي باردة بالنسبة لسعر البوفيه، ٥٠ ريال للفرد. طلبنا تنظيف الشقة في الصباح ولما رجعنا اخر اليوم اكتشفنا ان الغرفة لم تنظف بعد. قزاز الدرايش وصخ ومبقع. احد الغرف فيها سرير كنق لكن المرتبة حاطين مرتبتين لنفر ملزقينها سوا. المخدات فير مريحة. التنظيف اي كلام. المصاعد بطيئة. اخر ليله ضرب التماس في انارة الغرفه الرئيسيه وطلع شراره ودخان ورائحه كريهه ونزلونا لغرفه وحمام مع انه كان حجزنا شقه غرفتين وحمامين ولم يتم تعويضنا كلمنا المدير طارق ولم يفعل شي تم مخاطبه استاذ جورج وقال سيتم ارجاع قيمة الليله الي صار فيها التماس مع اعطائنا ليله مجانيه اذا جينا مره ثانيه الموضوع صار له شهر ولم يتم التعويض الى هذا اليوم

My experience would be better if property is cleaner and provided better beddings.

Room Size is good, staff is supportive. They are greeting every time you pass by and room service staff is very good.

Cleanliness is not good, bedsheets, Sofas are not up to the mark, very old Pillows not comfortable at all. Bathroom had a very bad smell all the time, seems like exhaust was not working properly.

Terrible Experience :(

I'm very sorry to say that I made a big mistake by booking a room in this hotel. It was not a pleasant experience at all. The staff at the hotel was not friendly or welcoming, and they were rude. Even the security people were not nice and said things that hurt my feelings. The hotel's restaurant was also not good. They didn't have good food, and the worst part was that they didn't let us order food from outside. They wanted us to buy their food, and that was not fair. The room was not well-lit, and the carpet on the floor was still dirty and had lots of germs, even after cleaning. The place looked a bit scary and made me feel uncomfortable. Even though I had booked the room for three nights, I left at 11 PM on the very first night without asking for my money back. I found another better hotel late at night. I really don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
