Une belle adresse familiale. Un havre de paix dans cette ville trépidante !

La situation certes excentrée mais dominant la ville au calme et à l’air vivifiant. Bon accueil aimable ! Piscine agréable. Petit hôtel très bien entretenu d’une propreté irréprochable ! Vaste chambre avec balcon et mobilier. Ascenseur et place parking. Excellent restaurant ! Même une navette gratuite pour amener les clients à la station de métro la plus proche. Que demander de plus… Tout fut parfait. Merci à toute l’équipe.

Le petit-déjeuner mériterait d’offrir du pain et des fruits frais!

Perfect for our needs, as a family of four, to visit the area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone made us feel very welcome. The self service breakfast was fresh and tasty and the pizzas in the restaurant were delicious. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and well serviced. The shuttle service to and from the metro was really helpful. We didn’t have time to use the pool as we were only staying a short time and we packed a lot into each day, but it looked crystal clear. We would stay at the Ranch Palace again.

The location was not ideal, (unless you have a car) but this was overcome by the shuttle service too and from the metro.

Very Comfortable and accommodating

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and picturesque. I especially like the dinner area and the free shuttle service to the metro was really good. The owner of the hotel was very accommodating and helpful!

Perfect one night stay

A bit dated, (must have been amazing 20 years ago!) but super clean, big comfy bed and friendly staff. Perfect for our one night stay, after arriving late at Naples, the kids wanted to stay longer and use the pool!

Our room faced the front so was a little noisy with no view, but otherwise all was fantastic!

we loved everything about this property! great location just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city Centre but also not too far out. they offer free shuttle to the metro which was a lovely touch too! would highly recommend

Exceptional

The hotel and staff were amazing. They were friendly and helpful. My mother uses a cane and they did everything to make it easier for her to get around including a room on a lower floor. The restaurant was amazing and the waiters were the best And bent over backwards to help.

Nice clean hotel far from center with small room and tiny bathroom

Nice hotel with a very good restaurant.

Room for 4 that we had, however, was very small for 4 people even though 2 are kids, bathroom was tiny with nowhere to put any items, one of the beds was an armchair-bed and the mattress was awful, my child couldn't get any good sleep and complained of backpain for days after the 1 night she spent on that "bed". It's far from the center and far from the metro.

Poor means to a touristic end

The room was quite nice, and the cleaning service was flawless.

Several things: -They charged 20+ euro per person for dinner, without specifying said price anywhere, not even in the info panel they had at the entrance. This is outrageous, you can have an equally good dinner in a nearby restaurant (2 minutes by walk) for 6-8 euros each. -This is the first hotel where I see that they charge for using the swimming pool, and the price is also ridiculous (15 euro per person, per day, only until 19:00 CET). I get that hotels want to charge for everything, but this is just petty. We only booked this place because of the pool during summer, otherwise there are better, cheaper and closer places to the city center. -If I don't have an access to the balcony, why should the neighbour, with said access to said balcony, be able to walk up my window? This is just poor room design. If the room doesnt have a balcony, then dont extend other rooms balcony to your own window. -The breakfast buffet selection was quite narrow, with mostly cakes and croissants. What if a diabetic, or somebody who has some related health issues, or just somebody who wants to stay fit comes here? Well, you have cereals, a few yoghourts, a single dish of ham and whatnot, and a few boiled eggs. While this is not as bad as the previous points, this selection is very scant for people who prefer salty breakfasts or has to eat healthy.

Good location, Convenient parking, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Fair price.

Generally Very Good. Close to airport. Nice parking. Avoid fuss of Napoli city. Room condition was fairly good. Breakfast was good. Staff is nice and friendly. Definately recommand to traveler with a car.

Sofa bed quality wasn’t good. not a.good mattress. Need to improve or need to nofity in advance. Also be aware of any food inside the room. Ants may come.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. They couldn’t do more for us after we were forced to stay overnight in the city following the cancellation of our flight.

Extremely poor communication prior to arrival. hotel didn’t even respond to Booking.com. when I reached out or Booking.com reached out we were told to try back at another time or day and when we did we was then told AGAIN to reach back out at a different time and or day.

I recommend!

We stayed for three nights in the hotel with my father and the staff was so helpful, friendly and also smart in the sense that they told what to avoid in Naples. Super nice!

For visitors coming outside Italy the traditional Italian breakfast is somewhat exotic and maybe some English/French subtitles would help to manage all those pastries :)

It's a very nice & comfortable hotel. Lovely view, helpful staff & a good restaurant. Convenient & good value for those travelling in their own cars. We enjoyed our 1 night stay very much having availed of their shuttle service.

The only downside for tourists is it's location, which is far from the centre & public transport. However, the hotel provides a shuttle service from the nearest metro station (Policlinico - Line 1) to the hotel.

Overall a great experience

Great hotel with great employees. I highly recommend as they always try to find solutions.
