The pillows are very soft. I couldn't sleep with this pillow. If possible, make an offer to your customers for an ergonomic pillow. The 220 V plug does not exist next to the bed. I use a breathing device for sleeping. To use the plug, I slept on the opposite way of the bed.

The jacuzzies are very small, there fits only 3 people. Water in main swimming pool is quite cold. During the weekend it was very crowdy. Third bed for kid was very uncomfortable. Our room was on the last floor so the ceiling was very low, and it was very dark in the room. Breakfasts were very tasty. The whole environment and vibe is really nice.

Coming from Krasinski Hotel, Ryn was a bit of disappointment.

Location and the character of the hotel are the main attributes.

We were very disappointed with the restaurant. I had trout that was very rubbery, cabbage underneath wasn't fresh and potatoes gratin were old and heated up; quite awful. The online menu was completely different from the one we got. However, the cream soup was very good. So, at least I didn't left feeling hungry. Also, staff wasn't very friendly or helpful, especially in the spa area. There was a problem with an elevator and finding anybody to help us to find our room was a challenge.

Wonderful stay in medieval castle

Wonderful experience, exceeded all our expectations!! Rich breakfast, comfortable beds and rooms, all truly authentic medieval style. Breakfast hall (inner yard) is breathtaking.. Great pools and saunas made us forget everything on Earth! Would love to come back some day…

My stay was for one night only but i would certainly return for a longer visit.

The hotel was initially booked without any research because it was a convenient stopping point on a longer journey. The hotel has a lot of character and is in a great location between two lakes.

Castle Dream Spa Vacation. A must!!

This property and experience should be on everyone's travel to-do list. It is simply stunning and the staff are all 1st class professional. You will literally be staying in a castle in this beautiful f small Polish town in the lakes region. The pools and spa are delightful, the food is exquisite- bordering on the gourmet. And finally, it is very well situated because there are other beautiful towns to explore

Superb

Excellent staff, amazing food, comfortable bed, outstanding spa and massage facility. Neat look and feel.

The wall sockets were very loose. Some of the shelving was loose as well. Late night concert was loud.

Zamek is beautiful

It was wondeful stay for family, especially when hotel isn’t busy. It better to do not at the weekends. You can feel that all space of Middle Age is yours.
