Noche mágica en Toledo

La ubicación es perfecta, se encuentra dentro de la muralla de la ciudad, el centro está súper cercano y a la vez no hay mucho ruido en la noche. La habitación es súper acogedora, la tina es perfecta para relajarse sólo en la noche y las almohadas son super cómodas ( y anti ronquidos). El hotel tiene un restaurante muy bueno para desayunos con un precio bajo (no viene incluido). El personal es muy amable y atento. El diseño del hotel es hermoso.

Recommended small hotel in Madri center. Just steps from Callao square and the theaters

location excellent, very good value for money. Staffe very friendly

bathroom and shower area is small. Fat or large people will have problems.

A very pleasant & interesting short stay

The dinner & breakfast at the hotel was good and fairly priced, and staff very accommodating

Not being able to go onto the balcony, because the view, from what we could see, was fabulous.

Toledo is well worth the visit

The location was good

We specifically booked the hotel as it had parking. We were travelling and didn't want to take all the luggage into the room. When we arrived we were told that my small SUV would not get into their parking facilities. I would suggest if you don't have a Mini or Fiat 500 you forget it.

overall a lovely hotel in a great location

perfectly situated for exploring the old town. room clean and tidy and ample space for a one night stay.

The room was a bit too warm overnight - there didn’t appear to be any way of controlling the temperature locally. light switches in the hallway to our room didn’t appear to be working on our return from dinner so we had to use a torch. a bin in the room (in addition to the one in the bathroom) would have been nice.

good location - basic but serviceable accommodation

great location - friendly and helpful staff - it was basic and as expected from the description- perfectly serviceable and acceptable for a short city break.

the decor was a bit gloomy and we had to air the room to get rid of the smell of cigarette smoke - as mom smokers this smell was very evident in our room and the corridor outside despite the signs depicting a no smoking rule.

Good

The location was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. However, for a family of 3 the room was very small. A compact double room with another bed pushed against the wall on one side. Also, we were given a basement room, so absolutely no view at all, which was disappointing in such a beautiful city. I would have requested a different room, had we been staying longer and more time in our room.

Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is very well located and reasonably priced.

Even though Toledo is very hot during the day the night was cooler and I needed a light blanket, but unfortunately nothing was provided, only a top sheet. Also, the lift to the top floor wasn’t well signed. In spite of being told it was to the left, I couldn’t see the door leading to the lift, so used the stairs. Older people like me aren’t so cluey any more!

The hotel is located downhill so you need to walk uphill to get to famous tourist sites like Zocodover Plaza

the location is excellent right in the city center and very easy to get from the train station that is walking distance. the reception guy was very friendly and helpful. I arrived at the hotel two hours prior to check in and my room was ready so thy did an early check in no problem. the room and the bed were very confortabile.

there is no communication between the front desk and the hotel restaurant. they can improve that. the front desk very gently offered me to eat at the hotel restaurant I accepted so he told me to be there by 13 30 but when I got there the restaurant was full with kids and they told me the restaurant was closed because they have the tour to attend to.
