Everything was excellent they went above there duty in helping us we had a problem and they sorted out very quickly no trouble

Brilliant all round. Great variety at breakfast, love that you can have everything made fresh there and then. Amazing location and lift to beach is perfect. Rooms cleaned and tidied thoroughly. Great easy access to all facilities and services. Couldn’t ask for more.
If I’m being pernickety, the bed mattress could have been a bit comfier/better and plugs on both sides of bed would have been good.
4.0
clean, well maintained
The lifts never seemed to reach the floor without having to use some stairs.

staff were very attentive- hotel really comfortable - a lovely established hotel
5.0
great hotel with fantastic pool - 2 big pools alongside - salty warm, and regular cold
good outside jacuzzy
rooms and bathrooms are perfect - modern and well decoratet
huge beds with luxury sheets and pillows
the walkaway is right out of the hotel with restaurants, tourist-shops and the beach
we found even better beach if you walk 10 min to the west side - wonderfull place, less tourists than in the east side
rooms are spread all over the hotel place, so you have to walk and climb stairs every time you go out of the room
we upgraded for poolside room - you have to check the view from the other side rooms - it seems less pleasant

excellent location right by the sea. There are a lot of restaurants just outside the hotels. Most importantly , service from the hotel staff was excellent ( give it 10 out of 10). They were very welcoming and helpful. always got a smile on the face. The heated salt water pool was a godsend.
Wi-Fi at some part of the hotel wasn’t good.

fabulous location, close enough to the main areas of costa Adeje without being right in the noisy areas , rooms are spacious , house keeping is first class , breakfast was the best part of the day with an extensive selection of everything you could possibly want . Just step out on to the main strip behind for more restaurants , shops and bars , I will be back ❤️

We have been to this hotel once before and we decided that this is the best hotel for us in Costa Adeje. The hotel is spotless with excellent facilities and the location is perfect.
The Meal on new Years eve was very average for the cost .
The bathroom can smell a bit musty

location is excellent staff are very attentive and the hotel is wel decorated and very clean
We went to the restaurant le Capula we were all totally un impressed. it was seriously over priced by about 300% to others excellent local restaurants it had Zero atmosphere and was very slow service, the decor is tacky with cheap printed ceiling. Chairs are very uncomfortable we would never go back it’s one of the low points of holiday and Hotel stay

Our experience was first class from the beginning of our visit. As has been mentioned before, the reception staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. I also want to single out the young manager that attended to our questions and requests. He was very customer oriented and helpful. Normally I don't focus too much on reviewing hotel staff, but in this case it is warranted, as it really stands out compared to many other 5 Star hotel I have stayed in.
We had a really nice room and our requests were fully met. We especially enjoyed the balcony with a view over the pool and garden, and we even had seaview. Some reviewers have mentioned that the rooms seem dated. Perhaps the design is not what a newly built hotel would use, but personally I actually really liked it overall. The room is really big and where do you still get a walk-in closet these days?
When we asked for a late check-out we were offered to move our luggage to a courtesy room with toilet and shower. Exactly what we needed!
The pool landscape is fantastic and the garden landscape is very well taken care off. We enjoyed both the heated saltwater pool and the slightly cooler pool with waterfalls. Also the large whirlpool was a delight.
I'd like to mention something about the nearby beaches: One of the reasons I chose the Adrián Hoteles Jardines de Nivaria was its closeness to the Playa del Duque, which is often referred to as one of the nicest beaches on Tenerife, because of its golden color sand. Well, I can tell you, this is definitely not or no longer true! The color of the "Duque Beach" is just the same grayish tone as the much closer Playa de Fanabe. I guess the imported Sahara sand has been blown away over the years. Don't get me wrong in my opinion, Playa del Duque is still a worthwhile beach to go to, but it is at least a 15 minute walk from the hotel while Play de Fanabe is right in front of the hotel and its sandy beach and the clean water of the Atlantic was just as nice.
Before our arrival I debated for a long time if I should keep my reservation at the Adrián Hoteles Jardines de Nivaria because of its rather high price even in November. You can definitely find cheaper options and vacation rentals with community pools closeby are also a good alternative. However, at the end I am very happy that we kept our reservation as spending time in the "oasis" that the pool and garden landscape offers combined with the hotels location near the promenade and two nice beaches is quite unbeatable.
I still think the price is too high, but the overall very enjoyable experience of our stay sort of balances out that only pain point.

Clean, very helpful and attentive staff, excellent food, well taken care of, room cleaned several times daily, free underground parking (very important). Gym was great but under construction, machines were moved and available as well as sauna/steam bath but weights were unavailable, and they offered to use another hotel’s gym nearby for free. Spa was fantastic. Heated pool was great. We liked that shaving, toothbrush, sewing etc kits were available under request and not a given, this is a good environmental approach to stop unnecessary waste.
Mostly great experience but a few things to improve: Must pay a package just to be able to open the minibar. Wifi could be improved in some of the pool areas, this was a bit problematic for us because our data plan wasn’t working well either. Jacuzzi pressure is too high and splashes too much, so it would be nice to lower the pressure or be able to adjust it to make it more relaxing.

location, close to beach, heated outdoor pool, lots of greenery, plenty of comfortable sun beds, staff efficient, lovely rooms, first class hotel

Breakfast was great! The garden is magnificent, and sunbed beneath banana trees was awesome. Location is very convenient and parking was very accessible.
The staff were very welcoming and helped us for whatever need we had.
Sometimes can hear people walking around with trolleys, but most of time very very calm
