The facilities, the room, the cleanliness, the breakfast, but most importantly the kindness and the smile of ALL the young people at the service (reception, breakfast hall, pool, everywhere) made our stay unforgettable!

perfect location in Paros with a perfect view on the sea, very friendly staff, very comfortable room with pool and also very clean. Kind of hotel we dream about. We will come back

Staff were tremendously helpful and went above and beyond helping with everything from luggage to taxis to hike recommendations etc
I’d recommend a small store in the hotel with some travel essentials including large water bottles, sun lotion, toothpaste et etc

Terrible experience.
Our room was broken into, our stuff vandalized and items were stolen out of the locked safe!!
This property is NOT safe and I would never recommend anyone stay at this pretend 5 star resort. Not only was the back patio door kicked in and out suitcases ransacked, backpack stolen and cash and jewelry were taken . The combination LOCKED safe in the secure hotel room was opened and items taken out of the safe. How does this happen ???

We were delighted to discover upon arrival that we had been upgraded to two beautiful suites with private pool and gym. The room were amazing and they really made our stay extremely pleasant. The staff was very nice too and our lunch and dinner at the restaurant were very good too.
The only suggestion we could have is to improve the quality of the breakfast buffet. It was good but maybe not exceptional as we would have expected in such a hotel.

The staff was welcoming and professional

Friendly service, immaculate facilities and stunning view.
4.5
If you’re looking for a place to completely relax then you couldn’t choose better for the views, facilities and food. The staff are exceptional and we felt like valued guests from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was very good and the a la carte and snack offerings throughout the day are delicious and beautifully presented.

beautiful property, great pool, helpful and friendly staff, wonderful breakfast
distance from town, and infrequency of shuttle
5.0
I unexpectedly got an upgrade to a generously spacious suite with a private pool. It was a wonderful surprise. The hotel staff were faultless from beginning to end: they even organised my transport to Paros airport at 4:30am. Although the hotel was located about 10 minutes from the main town of Parikia, the hotel provided a shuttle bus service to town three times a day, so you could enjoy the idyllic surrounds of the resort without feeling like you're missing out on the town. The restaurant served a delicious Greek salad. The outdoor gym/weights area was a nice touch. Although some of the weights were a little rusted, it's completely understandable given it's outdoors.
The breakfast selection was a little stale and greasy. I would have preferred a greater selection of fresh fruits, salads and pastries.

Great location and views

Great location, awesome views of sunset, 200m from the beach. Breakfast was delicious, many options, friendly staff, great pool area, gym available.. The room was fairly spacious, comfortable bed, amazing shower. We loved this place!
Dinner at the restaurant is very good but expensive.

View and beach location
Not other restaurants around, but the restaurant in the hotel was better than those we ate at in Paros.

Everything… I liked everything. The best hotel I ever stayed at. The staff was amazing and very helpful, they real went out of their way to take care of all my needs and then some! They even surprised me with a tremendous room upgrade! The private pool was incredible! The room was super amazing! The free breakfast buffet was also amazing! So close to the beach. I didn’t want to leave! I had the best time!

The location of the hotel is good (30 minute walk to the town via a foot path or 10 mins with the boat and taxi shuttle). We had the privilege to be upgraded to one of the private pool rooms. That room was super spacious and the pool was outstanding (size, temperature, view, pool bedding). Staff (front desk, house keeping and most of the restaurant staff) offers a great hospitality experience. Breakfast was nice. All in all a real treat!
Some people may find that the lobby/restaurant areas of the hotel could use a make over since these do appear quite dated. The same can be said about some of the outside spaces (loose tiles etc) That said, the room (furniture, bathroom area, etc) seemed to be totally new and up-to-date.

Beautiful views. nice gardens.
Suite typically doesn’t mean extra single bed tucked into a corner. Staff was too curt. paid for a transfer to the ferry and the staff was not concerned about whether it came or not. They suggested a taxi. restaurant was not good enough for so remote a hotel.

Fantastic hotel, great staff, beautiful views. Our room was upgraded, which was a plus. Will return!

Lovely pool and evening meal
Staff were a little odd, one took a bottle of water away from our table at breakfast that we were using because they needed it for others even though other tables had bottles (surely there would be another bottle?). Also DONT BOOK ANY EXCURSIONS THROUGH THE HOTEL, they messed up on telling us where to meet the driver so we missed the trip and didn’t take any responsibility. Never experienced this strange behaviour from staff at a 5* before

The hotel was beautiful and clean. There was a shuttle bus provided to the centre which was great. Food in general in Parikia was lovely but the hotel restaurant food was exceptional. Even when we ordered room service we sat on our balcony and enjoyed the view and the food was the same excellent standard as if we were in the restaurant below. The staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable.
There was insufficient supply of pool towels and the beds were too hot to lie on without one. We always had our own so it was fine but everyday they said they had none left.

The view and the pool area
location -had to arrive by car poor walk ability

Outstanding facilities and staff. The pool area is the best we have experienced in Greece.
The location is quite rural, and the hotel free shuttles are at limiting times.

The room, the breakfast, the view and the private pool were absolutely amazing! Need to highlight the excellent staff service, in particular, Constantina and Tony. They made my stay even better!
Absolutely nothing to complain about it.
