Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Gutes Frühstück! Coole Rooftopbar mit kleinem Pool. Total zentral!
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Doe Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Die Badezimmer/WC extrem eng.

The hotel has a very central location, yet the rooms are very quiet.
The breakfast buffet, in my opinion, is somewhat lacking and appears to be carelessly arranged. The beds are - I didn't measure them - very short. I would say a maximum of 1.9m. Additionally, the mattresses are incredibly poor. After two nights, both of us had back pain.
What is truly disappointing, however, is the heavily advertised yet severely restricted access to the rooftop terrace. It closes very early. The whole thing is justified by safety concerns.

Excellent location - we only stayed for a couple of nights but it was perfect by the harbour and right by plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and the staff were a delight. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. We had a large room with a terrace overlooking the square which was a bonus.
Only one thing which let it down from 10/10 to 9/10 as the flush on the toilet in one of the rooms was broken from before we checked in. This was reported on the first day, but unfortunately not fixed until the next day. When it was fixed it was done in no time and they were very apologetic.

Great location, very close to town centre and restaurants. Everything was near by and the staff were friendly.
The rooms are small and not a lot of option for breakfast.

the location was perfect.
1. outdated
2. we were told by the person managing the upstairs pool area to get out of the pool as it only allowed only 4 people at a time. no large signage was around to stipulate this rule. we were told the pool is better suited for adults and not for kids. we were told to take our kids to the local pool/ beach instead. Not very polite and frustrating considering we booked a family stay.
3. the bathrooms were not very clean. the shower basin had rust and mould in the corners.
4. we didn’t enjoy the smell in the room.
5. our son didn’t have a pillow nor did he have towels ready. I had to ask for them from reception.
5. the host that greeted us at check in wasn’t very accommodating and seemed inconvenienced to help.

very friendly employees and hospitality is great! the hotel is perfectly and literally in the center of Zante city. they also offer a tourist guide and services at the hotel. breakfast fast delicious and a lot of varities.
hotel could be a little bit renovated especially the bathrooms. it‘s not bad, but also not the latest anymore. walls are very thin, can probably hear every neighbour through it, especially the door open and closing.

great value for money.
we base our reviews on the cost we pay. we could comment the balcony / W/C being pretty small, however, it was more than adequate for us.

Good breakfast
Very, very bad hotel, very bad soundproofing and attitude. On the second day of check-in, a local youth football team, aged between 9 and 11, stayed in the hotel without a guardian. They were still making noise at 11pm. After receiving the response from the front desk, the hotel did not show any apology and said that noise would inevitably exist in the hotel, without any attitude to solve the problem. For those who want a quiet holiday atmosphere, please don't choose this hotel.

The staff were lovely and it was central to Zakynthos.
The gym and spa facilities were non functional. Hot tub wasn't working at all. The pool was small and only 3 sun loungers. It wasn't open every day of our stay either. room wasn't very big and the bed was very uncomfortable. We are vegan and there were hardly any options for us at breakfast.
1.0
It is located at the Zante town, near the city center.
1. The wifi is not stable. It should be reconnected every half hour.
2. At the first day, fleas are found on the bed which makes me feel quite itching. At the second day, cockroaches are found on the wall of the room when waking up.
3. The towels are very dirty and old.
4. The interior are very shabby and dirty, especially the bathroom, shower, water kettle and mattress.

Very good position. breakfast not as expected, personal very kind and very helpful.
I will definitely return to Diana Hotel, but I will ask for a bigger bathroom, no breakfast.
What I didn't like was breakfast and the tiny bathroom.
For other reasons I strongly recommend Diana Hotel because of the central location, because of the personal wich was very kind, and rooms very clean. Congratulations Hotel Diana!!

great friendly and helpful staff, good location, clean
the building is very noisy , you can hear other room doors opening at all hours through the night . not acoustic doors .
we could hear the other guest snoring through the wall .

Excellent location and friendly staff. Good choice for breakfast.
Hotel is definitely no more than 2 star. Very dated and in desperate need of modernisation. Room was very small and not soundproofed very well.

Can’t beat the location!
Average breakfast. Rooms need sound proofing. You could hear everyone’s conversations and the doors need to be shut closed so every time someone entered or left their room you could hear the bang. Thankfully we were not near the lifts. Hotel needs some updating.

Breakfast was extensive, lots of options and very tasty food.
My room was quite loud, could hear people walking past and conversations in the stairwell.

English breakfast with a huge variety of choice
Structure located totally in the center of the town! :D
Employees very kind and helpful
Big rooms
Breakfast (sweet) too basic with limited choice
One and too slow elevator - Bad stairs structure (path to the first and next floors not easy to find)
Travel consultant not trustworthy (we were lucky for the women at the reception that helped us a lot to avoid money loss)

Central location. Staff was helpful. Variety for breakfast. Breakfast lady/cleaner was the best!
The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. First day the smell of the bathroom was so bad and we told the staff. They told us it's because of having lots of tourists visiting the island and the sewage system couldn't take it. We then walked in the room which smelled like someone sprayed the bathroom with a horrible perfume. A few days later it got better not sure if we just got used to it. Also everything in the bathroom was rusted.

No complaints.

Sentral to other facilities, such as shopping and dining areas. Close to the harbor and taxi station. The towels at Diana hotel were soft. The womens bathroom through the lobby was very attractive. The kitchen and cleaning staff was very polite, as well as the receptionists and the rooftop bartenders. We got painkillers (ibuprofen or something like it) from the receptionists due to a headache - which was very much appreciated.
The beds were uncomfortable and hard. The aircondition gave us a cough and a runny nose. The property was not clean, neither was our hotel room in itself. The furniture was very dusty and the table lamp’s light flickered so much we had to unplug it, due to safety concerns (flammable object). The facilities were all over very disappointing. The “wellness room” did not have air condition - which made working out or being in the jacuzzi unbearable. The workout equipment was problematic and rusty. The “multi-use” lat pull down machine had a missing pin, which made the equipment useless. There were also no dumbbells as advertised in the photos. This was one of our biggest disappointments as an active couple. We ended up signing a gym membership at ICON gym (20 min walk from Diana hotel) for the rest of our stay. A few of the so called “facilities” Diana advertised for was a “Flat-screen TV”. It was an old LG 19” computer screen, which only had Greek channels, not even with subtitles. As a gluten intolerant person, there was no gluten-free alternatives at breakfast.
Some of the staff had bad English skills, which makes communication unnecessarily stressful. However, this is not a complaint - but you would expect more from a tourist dominant business.

friendly, helpful staff!
location was great.
bathroom and tub were dated.
the tub was a weird shape and hard to shower in.
the shower height adjuster was broken and would not stay in a higher position. this, with the weird two level tub made showering difficult.

Pool upstairs was amazing for cooling down, balcony had great views across the square too, robes, towels were great too!
Only concern, is that we were tripping on the step into the bathroom, maybe a bright strip going across? I'm not sure, but other than that, great!
