Convenient location for our purposes. Staff at breakfast were nice and helpful.
Seriously dated and in need of refurbishing.

Very convenient location for Wembley Stadium. Lots of shops and eating places nearby. 6 min walk from Eastcote station.
A little bit outdated but that was not important to me.

The modern exterior did not meet the expectations of the inside, however, was clean and everything you may want, could do with a referb. Pleasant stay and bed was comfortable.
Bathroom was out of date and in need for an update.

The location near the tube, the free parking, comfy bed, large room. Good proximity to places to eat and drink. Lovely green areas around
Room very poorly lit. Wouldn't be able to read once it was dark outside. Shower curtain around bath didn't extend to the actual shower.

good location. i can see improvements being made, definately better in new extention with air con.
breakfast experience was horrendous. kitched staff were unhelful. no food laid out. had tio ask for stuff more than once. embarrasing !
meant to have been upgraded to a superior room, even though it wasnt asked for, this was far from supreme.

Location was ideal for my needs. Price was a lot lower than other places in the Harrow Wembley area.
Room could do with refurbishment worn carpet broken handle on wardrobe old bathroom plumbing

I liked the location which was easily accessible by foot to pubs and restaurants. Carpark was free for guests. Had a kettle, ironing board and iron and a hairdryer. Breakfast was a good choice for a vegetarian.
Had a 'Deluxe' room but the bed was only a double. The room was pretty basic for deluxe and the bed very uncomfortable. Had very little sleep. Mattress poor and hard. Bathroom needs a makeover and a very small bath and grubby shower curtain. Skirting boards had splashes of old tea/coffee so hadn't been cleaned properly and the carpet was threadbare. Poor TV, basic tea station (two teabags). No fridge for milk etc. No minibar. Noise level from road on a side room not great.

Nothing to fault

The breakfast was well below par. The food was poor. The only time we saw a member of staff in the restaurant was to ask our room number. No extras were offered and not even tea or coffee were served at the table both hot drinks we had one tea one coffee were luke warm at best. The room we were in was far too hot
A bit of personal service at breakfast. Clearer directions to the accommodation we were in the annexe at the rear and the signage was poor to almost non existent.

Clean rooms and comfortable bed.
The fact that there is no restaurant for lunch and dinner on site. Also, the pathway that leads to the rooms has miss growth and can be slippery in wet weather and is poorly lit.

Location was perfect for Connecting to London (about 45 mins on tube)

Location is excellent.
Relatively noisy as no double glazed glass on a 30 mph road.
Asked to pay for parking which is quite odd, most hotels would let you park for free few hours after checking out.

Reception made us welcome and provided tea and coffee whilst we waited for the room to be ready as we had arrived earlier than we expected. Liked the potted history of the hotel in the information pack, kettle, TV, towels, toiletries provided and clean.
One of the blinds did not operate with loop, string pull in bathroom was short and grubby, noise from road proximity, plastic on pillows, tired bathroom.

Access was good, and the room was a fair size. The receptionist and cleaners we spoke to were pleasant and helpful. Thanks
The shower cubicle was a bit too small as i couldn't shower the mrs. It would be better as a wet room.

Attentive staff, clean and well kept, rooms fresh, bed comfortable, linen crisp.
It's an old building but well maintained
Nothing negative

The bed was clean and comfy, the staff were very nice.
The value was good 😊
The shower tray had dirt in that looked like earth or peat or compost and a bedside lamp didn't work
